I was a little nervous to buy a phone over the internet, but reading the reviews of Orchard, and seeing how positive they were, I did it, and absolutely no regrets! I bought the iPhone 7 Plus, and as advertised it was in great condition. It works fantastic, and Orchard stayed in touch, are easily accessible, respond promptly, and just give the best customer service. My experience was such that I trust this company!

I'm extremely impressed with Orchard's service. I have had three phones for ages because I hate the hassle of trying to sell them for a fair price on e. Bay or Kijiji. Amazing experience. I loved the all inclusive price with shipping and taxes in. When I got to the checkout and was offered accessories I thought "this is where they will make their money". I was pleasantly surprised to get those at prices lowers than elsewhere the might claim to be the best buy. The video explaining the way they measured phone "quality" was very good. The follow up upon delivery was also very good. Very good process and product from beginning to end.

Buying online can always be tricky, and you never know what you're gonna get. Except with Orchard. Not only did they really deliver with what they promised and quickly but their service is amazing. I had some issues with my sim card and was wondering if it was a phone issue or card issue. I sent Orchard an email and they got back to me right away! I was able to talk to a real person aND they were fantastic! The problem was with the Sim card which was an easy fix. Next time I need a phone I'll definitely buy it through orchard!
