When looking for a phone for my daughter, I didn't want to buy new but still wanted an iphone if possible. The first one arrived and had several problems but the real test of a company is how they deal with issues - and Orchard handled this perfectly. They first tried to fix it but when that didn't fix the problem, they sent another. I would definitely recommend them and would use again.

I've used Orchard four times for older phones I no longer needed. They offer the best prices with the least hassle. This is a great company that provides a much needed service. And it's good for the environment too.

This is a legit website. They do test and make sure all your phone properties are working properly before they sell it. Even if you decide you don't want to sell your phones anymore, they will ship it back to you. Amazing customer service and fast response! This is the second phone I have sold to Orchard. Very timely response. This time when sold my IPhone they quoted me a price and because my phone was in better condition than the price they quoted they gave me an extra $25. Don't find that kind of honesty much any more! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone selling their phone.

The phone literally came in two business days during the holiday season. Phone was supposed to be in very good condition, looks like new. Constant communication to keep me in the loop. Extra touch was it came with the key to open the sim, I did not have to dig my old one up. Exceeded my expectations! I will definitely continue to do business with Get Orchard. I downloaded the app, they sent me a box, I placed my phone in the box. Mailed it to them. I received an email about my phone going on sale. Once it was sold (in like 1 day) I received the money via e-transfer. This is a great way to get rid of an old phone. Instead of placing an ad on craigslist, and having to meet someone in a random spot. So I would definitely use their service again.
