I registered to sell my unlocked iPhone 5 through GetOrchard about 3 weeks ago, and today I was paid. Initially, remote diagnostics were run on my iPhone and it was determined that a fair price would be $191. I was pleased with that, as I would only get $70 by bringing it back to Apple. The folks at GetOrchard sent out pre-paid shipping material and I quickly and easily was able to package up the device and mail it off to them. Shortly thereafter, GetOrchard contacted me and let me know that the phone was in better condition than they expected, and hence they would be giving me more than I had expected; their price for me was now $206! Today I did the e-transfer (also a very easy process) into my chequing account. Wow!
Ive used Orchard a couple times the last couple years, and have always received fair pricing on my used iPhones. Their simple app is really easy to use and love that you get the price instantly. And the last phone I sent in, they responded when they received it, that it was worth $50 more than what they originally quoted, as it was in better shape then expected. Not often do you get a company that will do that. Highly recommend anyone wanting to get a fair honest price for their phones to give Orchard a try.
The best part about Orchard is their customer service, they are very easy to reach and it is easy to navigate their site. I'm very pro-secondhand-buying, but this was a huge mistake. I bought a phone from Orchard just over a year ago, they have a 1 month return policy and at about 6 weeks the battery on my phone started to die. At this point, 1 year into having a phone and using it quite lightly, my phone can't stay on for more than a half hour, and dies at 70% battery. I can send it back to orchard for a battery replacement (which I would have to pay for) but this would mean weeks without my phone (impossible with work) and I don't want to sink more money into this. Extremely disappointed.
I have now sold 3 phones with Orchard. The service is top notch, with prompt emails from real people if you have a question. Orchard pays fairly and pays more than trying to sellit yourself.

I had purchased my phone on Wednesday of this week and I have already received the phone today (Friday). I ordered a SIM card and a screen protector with the phone, when the phone arrived, they had already put the screen protector on.
Shortly after receiving my phone, I received an email from them asking how everything was and if I was satisfied. The customer service level is spot on!
I will recommend anyone I know to only buy from Orchard going forward. Its nice to see a company truly understanding what customer service actually is.

Using Orchard to sell your iPhone is awesome, simple and the staff are awesome. The app they build does a seamless diagnostic to determine the value of my phone, then gives me a variety of ways to sell my phone. I would use them again for sure and hope they expand to other brands like Samsung and Motorola!
I'll never buy a refurbished phone again. Sure they replaced the battery, but the phone itself stopped responding after the return date expired, and I was out a few hundred dollars. Bleh.

Phenomenal resource for selling your used iPhone. The app to assess the status of the use phone is both thorough and user friendly. Within two days of having submitted the phone information via the app, I received the shipping package. More importantly, the actual selling of my phone occured within days! 100% recommend this service to anyone looking to buy, or sell, a used iPhone!
I bought an unlocked iPhone 5 32 gb on Amazon in "like new" state. The product arrived at the expected date, was in really good shape and fuctions perfectly. This is a fantastic company! They are who they say they are and did exactly everything they promised to do to sell my iphone. I only happened to find out about them by accident when I was searching how much an iphone 4s was worth (had just gotten the new iphone 6). I read some reviews which rated them very well and decided to take the chance. I put my iPhone up for sale with GetOrchard. I put down a conservative estimate and Orchard came back stating my phone was actually met a higher criteria. Very honest and reliable service, would definitely use it next time I sell my iPhone!
I ordered an iPhone 6s through Orchard after my phone broke and it came within a few days. I ordered the phone and chose regular shipping and was told it would take 4-9 business days. It took only 2! I love my factory reset phone, it works like new for half the price! Would recommend Orchard to anyone!
