I'll never buy a refurbished phone again. Sure they replaced the battery, but the phone itself stopped responding after the return date expired, and I was out a few hundred dollars. Bleh.

While our team diligently tests out each device, sometimes, an issue can come up after the phone has been sold, or later down the the line after the warranty has ended. Sadly, there aren't any tests to predict if an issue may come up, and we're really sorry that this was the case with your phone.
