Experience was simple with the app on the iPhone. I was a bit slow in shipping the device to Orchard, and they followed up with a reminder from a person (at least the language seemed like a person rather than a canned message).

After shipping, I was given a nice surprise - they sent me email saying my phone was in better condition than expected so would pay me more.

I received the electronic transfer in a shorter time than specified.

It seems Orchard is doing something right to provide good service to sellers and good prices to buyers.

Recommended, and would be happy to deal with Orchard again.

My second time to sell an iPhone with Orchard. They follow through; they list, sell the phone, and pay up within the agreed timeframe. Exemplary communication and customer service. Orchard has perfected the process of upgrading your phone. Process can not be easier. Highly recommended.

In the amount of time it took in my search of a new phone, Orchard company employees were great help! They helped with the purchasing of the phone as I ran into some issues with payment (my fault) and a suggested discount code that was set up for me as I came from kijiji. Also they followed up to make sure the phone arrived for me a few hours from Kingston fine, which it did and was really appreciated. I loved the small business feel of friendliness from all I talked to!

Ordered an iPhone 5S for my wife this past Saturday evening. It arrived on Tuesday and I am very pleased with the condition of the phone. For a phone rated as "very good" condition, it surpassed my expectations and looks to be in "mint condition". While I have not put a Sim card in it yet, as it is a birthday gift for the better half, I am certain she will be pleased when she opens her gift. I will gladly spread the good news about how good a company "Get Orchard" is if one is looking to pick up a slightly used phone.

I just sold my iPhone 5 with Orchard. The service was excellent. They quoted me a price for my phone which I accepted. They sent me an Indestructo shipping box with a pre-paid shipping envelope. And about 2 weeks later I got paid by e-transfer. I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone else wanting to take the hassle out of selling their phone.

I ordered an iPhone, but my browser seemed to stall when I clicked the "order" button. When it was still spinning 10 minutes later I started over again.

Unfortunately the first order did actually go through so I accidentally ordered two phones.

I brought this to Orchard's attention and within a few hours they responded, apologizing and offering me a postage-paid return label for one of the phones and a refund for that phone once they received it back. As we coordinated things over the next few days they remained very responsive, often returning my e-mails in 15 minutes.

The phones arrived, I sent one back to them using the return label they sent me. As soon as they received it I received a canceled order notification and a refund on my credit card a few days later.

They were true to their word and very responsive. I know if I have a problem they will be on top of things and will make things right.

I just received my iPhone 6 and am very pleased with the condition of the phone. I received great advice when I called the 1-800 support line before I bought the phone. The woman I spoke with was not a pushy sales person and addressed any concerns I had. I felt even better about my purchase with the opt-in 1 year warranty. I will definitely use this company for buying any future phones and will certainly recommend it to others.

This is the third or fourth time I have used Orchard to get some money for my old phones. Their online sign up process is quick, easy and you know the "value" of your phone right away. They send you the prepaid box for your old phones, no concerns whatsoever. As in past, Orchard actually gave me more money for my old phone than originally expected as my phones were in better condition than expected. Money was transferred to me on time, via email Interac. I bought an iPhone 5s from Orchard last year. Great service, great phone. Absolutely no issues. Recently I ordered a Samsung S6 in "Very Good" condition. It arrived in two business days and I cannot find a flaw anywhere on the phone. It was good value and the process is so quick and easy. Very pleased.

Clean and simple website, easy transaction. Customer support fast to answer and with personnal and useful answer. Quick delivery, product as good as promise.
For a few bucks more than what you could find on kijiji, this is way more simple and secure.
I would buy there again for sure.

I ordered a 4S and received the phone in perfect working order within a few days. A pricing question was answered promptly by e-mail, and I also had follow up e-mails sent to track the shipment and make sure everything was alright. Would use GetOrchard again and recommend them highly.
