Orchard

It's been about 3 weeks since my iPhone 6 arrived (quickly) in the mail. It was advertised "good as new" and lives up to the claim. I was able to connect it to my existing Koodo account within minutes.

I had a minor complaint about the cord and screen protector so I called the support line and Orchard staff were quick to apologize and send new ones out. I love a company that wants customers to be satisfied!

Orchard was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I got a new phone for my son, which I was very happy with, even though my first choice of model was sold out. When my first choice came in two days later, I was notified, I replied, and boom! Exchange was made, easily and painlessly. Same thing when I wanted to sell my old phone. Easy, painless, and charming customer service.

It was a good feeling to keep old phones out of the landfill and save money at the same time. I will definitely use Orchard again!

Purchased extended warranty on iPhone. Returned phone with home button problems.

Orchard basically called me a liar and said the phone had signs of water damage. I told them that if it had water damages we got I that way. Who would return a phone for warranty it I had be exposed to water.

Bottom line is that they refused to honour my warranty and returned the defective phone without repairs.

Orchard had lost a good customer as I will never purchase another phone nor will I recommend them to anyone else!

A friend introduced me to Orchard and I couldn't have been happier with the simplicity and effectiveness of their program. Absolutely pleased with Orchard. I got my device on the day they said it would arrive complete with a box and personalized case with my name on it <3 as well as a coupon with a personalized note. It was efficient and effective service they sent me follow up emails and even their phone numbers in case I needed to call. Oh they said it was "ok" in their review of the quality but i must say it looked new to me :) would definitely buy from them again wish i could keep them a my secret but would definitely recommend them to anyone!
