Orchard

Every part of my experience dealing with Orchard has been great. I have purchased 3 phones with them. Or was it 2? I can't quite remember as I ordered one in "like new" condition but when it came it turned out it couldn't really hold a charge for very long. I contacted Orchard and they immediately offered to exchange it and send out a replacement. I was looking for an older phone and they didn't the exact one I wanted in stock so they let me wait until one was available. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company and do regularly to friends.

Ordered my phone on a Friday night - received it on the Tuesday morning- awesome packaging with personalized follow up from customer service. Received 2 emails after receiving my phone from company representatives to know if everything had been smooth in the delivery and in activating the phone. The company is great and they have an awesome customer service! I also love my personalized wooden iphone case. I am already recommending the orchard to anyone I know who wants to buy a used iphone. "Get Orchard" definitely provides the most professional, reliable, efficient and trustworthy alternative to buying used iphones online on sites such as craigslist. Awesome choice!

When looking to replace a worn out phone for my daughter, I went online to various buy and sell sights. After a failed meet up with a seller I discovered Orchard. It was refreshing to purchase a new to me phone without feeling like I was going to get rolled for cash or a stolen blacklist phone! I'll be back for another one day to be sure!

This is the second time I've used Orchard. The process is simple: run their app, get a price quote, send in iphone (they pay shipping) and wait a few weeks to get your money. Orchard consistently beats every other site by offering about $100 better price when they sell your phone.
They even raised the price I would get because the phone looked in even better shape than I reported-that's honest customer service!

It's been about 3 weeks since my iPhone 6 arrived (quickly) in the mail. It was advertised "good as new" and lives up to the claim. I was able to connect it to my existing Koodo account within minutes.

I had a minor complaint about the cord and screen protector so I called the support line and Orchard staff were quick to apologize and send new ones out. I love a company that wants customers to be satisfied!

Orchard was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I got a new phone for my son, which I was very happy with, even though my first choice of model was sold out. When my first choice came in two days later, I was notified, I replied, and boom! Exchange was made, easily and painlessly. Same thing when I wanted to sell my old phone. Purchased extended warranty on iPhone. Returned phone with home button problems.

Orchard basically called me a liar and said the phone had signs of water damage. I told them that if it had water damages we got I that way. Who would return a phone for warranty it I had be exposed to water.

Bottom line is that they refused to honour my warranty and returned the defective phone without repairs.

Orchard had lost a good customer as I will never purchase another phone nor will I recommend them to anyone else!

A friend introduced me to Orchard and I couldn't have been happier with the simplicity and effectiveness of their program. I had an old iPhone 6+ here that was retired and going through the bother of trying to sell it was daunting at best. Along comes Orchard and saves the day. They mailed me the shipping materials and waybill, i boxed up the old phone and sent it right back to them. Within a few weeks, the money they promised me was in my account via e-transfer.
