You call a number that you THINK is the phone number of the company you need to consult with, say Amazon.com Inevitably, someone from India answers. Your first issue is his/her accent. In my case, I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Then he asked me for my Amazon information, phone number and shipping address. I stopped the call when he asked for my account ID. Forget this site. It's a hacker's dream. Now I'll have to block spammers for months.

This is the second occasion HSBC have allowed money to be unlawfully paid to an American from my UK account. For this last issue, I have to wait up to (quote) 60 days to learn if they will replace the debited theft back into my account and all due to their oversight/error. I have banked with them & the Midland Bank before that for over 60 years. I am a private & retired individual.
The agent I connected with by telephone gave me the very best service. I am an 82 year old senior and he was so patient with me as I am not that computer savvy. He solved my problem with a great attitude and lots of patience. Don't think I dealt with such a great customer service agent anywhere in the past. Pay him well and keep him around.
GetHuman did absolutely nothing to directly help me resolve my issue with Poshmark. All they did was send me a series of emails telling me to send another email to Poshmark, which I had already done prior to contacting GetHuman. They offered no other alternatives nor did they do anything themselves. A complete waste of time! I can't imagine how they get anything resolved for anyone.

I was having problems recovering my password, the person stayed with me on the phone and tried multiple ways to recover it until he finally got it. I was in tears of happiness! I would recommend this to everyone!
Don't let them log into your Computer and try to talk out with purchase their product. They try to sell you something that may have the virus. They are not solving your issues or problem. They claim they work for Yahoo technical support but they are not. Yahoo didn't employ them. Beware and be careful
They have scammers working for them. A thorough investigation into their workers is needed. They scammed me into sending them 500.00 through Apple Pay. The representative said we were disconnected and called me back from another number. Walked me through a process of installing an app to get into my phone, installed Apple Pay, and proceeded to scam me into a bitcoin transaction in which I lost 500.00. It would have been more than 500.00 if I continued to believe the representative was working on my behalf from Gethuman.com
The person I talked to did not listen to me, so she could not understand my issue. She also repeated things 4 and 5 times, even after I told her I was aware of what she was telling me.
She w/could not answer some very basic questions.
It was a waste of time, and her combativeness made it quite stressful. I would not recommend them to anyone.
The following text was put in an email to Menard's Customer Service, asI was not aware of a telephone number to call, so used the email process instead. I did not purchase item from Menards because to re-order 1 day later "Hello. I sent request to cancel the order above at approx. 7:00 p.m. EST. After discussing with plumber, I would like to rescind the cancellation and go ahead with the order. Can you please confirm the order will process with expected ETA to Kokomo Menards on 8-31-21"
However, the CS rep. Either didn't read the entire email or was confused by the word 'rescind'. In any event, the last part of "go ahead with the order... can you please confirm the order will process. " should have made it clear NOT to cancel the order. Rep did reply to this email and not the first email requesting cancellation of order. C. S. Is lacking.
I used GetHuman twice today for the first time for an answer to questions I had for two separate businesses. I was able to get my answers without having to go through the endless amount of automated options that I knew were not likely to be able to provide the info. That would answer my questions because they were able to get me straight to a real person.The second business I wanted to contact, I was able to avoid a lengthy time waiting on hold because with GetHuman I was given the option of having them call me back when my turn finally came up. I thought GetHuman was great and would recommend them to anybody who hates automated systems and lengthy waits on hold. Valerie H.
My complaint was not about anything too serious. It was one of those principle' Issues. Someone caused me a loss by not doing their job, and then not telling the truth.
After GetHuman assessed the complaint and I received a refund. I guess it made me feel like the little guys aren't always dismissed. Thank You, Get Human!
I appreciate the fact that in the course of my search for solution that best suits me I found gethuman. I found a platform where could purge myself. They have been with me all the way through. I also found the experience not a painful waste as I had the opportunity to encourage someone in the Christian walk. I thought I could buy a tv on Facebook marketplace as a means to encourage the great family of Facebook to which I belong. I will pray that it continues to be a place of more positive relationships with the love of Christ spearheading. I am now sitting comfortably in my lounge glorifying our Heavenly Father for the speed the angels of money dispatched for my case did it.
I paid Get Human to get rid of an old photo account that I created in college and forgot about. I didn't have access to it because the account used had since been deleted. Although they told me it was taken care of, I still see my old profile. I finally got in contact with the website on my own and wish I didn't waste my money on this service as they didn't fulfill their end of the bargain but of course immediately took my money. Don't use this service - they just take your money and you don't have any recourse to get your money back if they don't resolve your issue.
My Facebook page was hacked and i contact GetHuman to help me about page return. Support guy, Ollie spend days with me and we take page back from hacker. About money 9$ that is nothing compare to time i spend building my page. Facebook takes 50 euros for 100-150 people, when i was hacked I had 17 700.9$ for this kind of help is like a coin. At first I tried various ways to contact Living Social, but with no luck. They had charged me for two service offers instead of one. GetHuman told me the number to call, and the first call and Email report didn't produce results. But when GetHuman told me to call Living Social a second time at the number provided, the problem was resolved quickly. The LS rep was fast and courteous, saying that my credit card would now be charged for just the one service, not double-charged. Thank you! Lavonne B.
Explained the problem I'm having with Instagram and told gethuman that using the automated system at Instagram is not working and that reaching a real life human being was the only way to fix my account. They assured me they do this all the time, that they have a direct line to instragram personell, and would have my account fixed in days. It's been four weeks and I had to demand a refund. Literally all they were doing is filling out the same electronic forums I had already done hundreds of times, which I reiterated numerous times to the gethuman "case worker," and received absolutely no help at all. Worthless.

I was going to give up since the phone went to another unknown location that had an answering machine that was full. I dialed it several times so it was not my error.
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
