I mistakenly tied my wife's personal page to my Facebook business page when I first created it. Effectively made it impossible for me to use my business page as I intended. I tried everything FB Help suggested to rectify the problem to no avail. In fact I made it even worse and incredibly frustrating.
Don't remember now how I stumbled across this site but I sure am glad I did. "Ollie" walked me through the steps to fix the problem. He was incredibly patient and helpful when I stumbled three or four times in the process until we confirmed it was fixed.
All this for $9! Next time I have a problem I am going to this site first thing.

I had a problem with a Motorola Bluetooth headset during the warranty period and was unable to reach Motorola to get action on my complaint. My Problem Solver, Robert Winters Ronaldson, took the case on Feb. 5 and persisted on getting me satisfaction for nearly three months. I have the highest praise for this kind of service.

I had a problem with a U. K. hotel booking charge, which to my surprise turned out to be from an American company. They wouldn't answer my emails without a booking reference which I didn't have. GetHuman got involved, advised me and informed them of the problem. Finally thanks to the help, I got an explaining email and all is solved.
I luckily stumbled upon this site and when I was about to give up hope GetHuman was able to fix my issue of getting back on my pof.com site within a day. I answered a few questions that they asked and they were able to get back on my site with the very same password that pof.com kept saying was incorrect. I can not get help with my Unemployment claim and this site which claims to help has not helped at all. I am unable to "Get a human" to speak to to say the site is not allowing me to return a signed PDF, and of course the "Get Human" site responds with two options. I will not be trying this again, and I solved this already. Just as automated and useless as the site that won't allow me to ask for help!
Very helpful after we finally got through to help desk. Website very hard to navigate, after all we are only trying to rent a property for three nights, not launch a space shuttle. Please make it easier to navigate.
Received a telephone number for Ryanair that you cannot find by yourself. Great when needing to talk to a person rather than a bot. Although I could not use it this time due to the covid 19 shutdown, I checked that it is a low call charge which is different to the premium call rates on the official Ryanair website.
It gave me confidence to have people watching. Although I got my money back, that was not what I wanted. I had waited over 7 weeks to get my seeds. The sites where I ordered them did not even reply.
My warning to others, Do not order from either of the sites below.

I used this service a week ago and found out a week later I was charged a £40 membership fee whilst I was very sure I had not agreed to this. I wrote a very angry email and called the company as well expecting to be on hold for hours, then probably have to spend hours trying to cancel my membership and probably never see my money back as is mostly the case with Internet services. HOW WRONG I WAS! I got straight through to a representative who told me not too worry and within an hour my money was refunded. So impressed with this company and has restored my faith that not all online businesses are crooks. Thanks again!
I just followed directions on the screen and my problem was fixed in no time. Could have saved a lot of time if I had contacted Google in the first place, but I didn't know the root of the problem was with them.
On installing the fridge freezer we got concerned about the warmth of the outside walls. Contacted Customer care and were told it is quite normal and to wait 24hrs fothe freezer to settle down. They explained the unit was working towards optimum temperature. This should be explained in the manufacturer instructions
When you go into a car rentals website and they tell you to get the insurance for your car selected that reads a certain specific price and when you try to obtain it it won't work but they have already charge you for the reservation and when you call they triple the rate that was advertised already in their site, I asked to have my reservation cancelled and then they tell you that you have to call some other department. When this things happens you can call GetHuman. They care and go out of their way to help you.
They did get in touch with the cable company like I paid them to do, so I can't fault them for that. Unfortunately the cable company fix made my problem worse than before and when I responded to 'Ed' that it didn't work, that was it. No more response. Radio silence. So I paid for them to do... nothing.
When I found a link to contact gethuman about this, every link sent me back to the same text chain they are still not responding to.
And it's even more frustrating since you can't google help for customer service since that's... what they do. It's like an Alice in Wonderland wormhole.
Ironic that a company built on helping you deal with lousy customer service has, wait for it, lousy customer service.
I was trying to contact gethuman.com to let them know that a company they say does not have a live chat actually does but amazingly they listed no contact information about themselves. I guess they're not as human as they say they are.

This company is great. Very helpful. Parcel was received shortly after contacting this company. I would use this company again and again. International parcel are delivered with tracking which is a comfort to me.
It took a while to get a reply so I was worried that it was a scam at first.
But in the end they did fix my problem.
I was having trouble with setting up subdomains on my godaddy hosting and I couldn't reach Godaddy customer support.
I tried using them to call Samsung Canada. It showed that it would take 21 min, I waited and when it was like 6 mins left the time just stopped and after waiting for 45 mins, I thought to call Samsung by myself. Surprisingly, Samsung picked up the call within 2 mins. I think they fish for numbers from people so that they can sell them to scammers in India and Africa. BEWARE, People!
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
