I love the rep i spoke with. She was extremely knowledgeable and figured out my problem in minutes with only asking 2 questions! She was a life saver and had my account back up and running in 5 minutes versus me waiting 24hours for a email back or 24 hours to try and verify new amounts on my account on my own and getting it wrong again and having to wait again. And as far as the phone number for customer service they couldnt help me at all with my issue so thank god for this chat
They were very helpful and helped quickly. Very reliable.One phone call spoke for about 30 minutes then figured out the issue was not my thermostat it was an issue that Honeywell was having. Once they fixed there issue the thermostat was fixed.

This site clearly used to get involved and provide help with issues. The new site implies it helps. All it seems to do is point you to a database of what they believe is a similar issue. Like, have a problem with Amazon, it will point you towards 27,000 issues people have had with Amazon.

Get human gets through to the problem and solves it. It took about five hours but she got the the problem solved. My debit card had a lock on it and I was unable to use it for about 5 days and she got it she had the funds released. Thank you GETHUMAN!

I was frustrated at not being able to complete the purchase in the shopping cart at ebay as it refused my order due to it stating no international sales were done, despite me having contacted the vendor and her agreeing to sell to me in Europe. Ebay has no telephone number to contact in Europe, only UK, no chat and does not permit contact outside the website, no telephone numbers or email is permitted so one can solve the problem between customer and seller. I finally wrote and asked the seller to change her settings on ebay to allow international postage for my purchasse and then the shopping cart worked. If it hadn´t worked then GetHuman would have gone in and contacted ebay about the issue, I hope.
Television would not turn on sky helped with the fault a very nice chap at sky sorted it out with me following his lead all it was it needed to be disconected from the mains it got confused when sky downloaded it at 4 in the morning.
Seems like a total scam to get people's phone numbers; they don't do what they advertise. Visited the site, entered my phone number and never received the txt message that would ultimately had the vendor call my phone number.
Walmart was trying to keep the sales tax on an item I purchased online. I couldn't find a phone number on their site and found gethuman.com when I googled it. The phone number worked perfectly - and I talked to a person. Problem solved with one phone call. Worked great for me!

I received the help that I needed quickly and properly. At first I thought that I was not receiving assistance because it was an automated process with no involvement with another person. As a result of my concern with receiving assistance I wrote a formal letter to the IRS. In fact the IRS review of my return determined that I was entitled to additional funds in my return. I treat my tax payments during the year as a savings account and I pay more that the needed amount.

This company was very helpful once i lied a little. I needed a new controller for older Comet II with hard wired motor. They wanted to sell new motor as well which is unnecessary for some people... like me. I was a Industrial Electrician for General Motors for 30 years. Rewiring this little simple motor was well within my expertise. I didn't want to argue with Nova about my ability to rewire motor, so I lied a little. But having saiying that I understand they did not want to send controller to someone who could not make it work. I would definitely reccomend this company and would do business with tham again..
Getting the direct technical support phone number from gethuman saved me a lot of phone directory number punching, I suspect. That was a big help. The number I called was valid and I got through to an actual human being who was extremely personable AND helpful. I go the website and now it wants an email or phone number. OK but then it says it sent (or texted) me a code. It didn't. Maybe the websites down? ANYWAYZ. Three different browsers, a PC, a teb. Let and twenty min. I'm crying to y'all 'nouf said.

I have gotten a couple of useful phone #'s for Customer Service for companies on this site in the past. However, tonight when I couldn't figure out how to get to Amazon Customer Service, I accepted the offer to have their "robot" wait on hold for me & connect me. The site said the wait was 20 minutes. However, the "time remaining" showed as 3 minutes upon refreshing for over an hour & never connected; when I canceled the call it showed I had done so after 1 minute. When I finally found the real Amazon # (*******331) from a google search, it took me an amazing SIX minutes from the time the call connected till I hung up, having had my problem solved. I wonder if the people who got scammed actually clicked on ads by mistake (I started to do it myself) & were hacked by them rather than this company. But in any case, the service they showcase obviously is not functional.
GetHuman has been helpful in their follow-up to my problem with poor communication regarding my TILE PRO. Happy to have their help and hope I don't have more problems with my TILE because their response is very slow and there is no phone number for technical difficulties or any problems for that matter. Thanks GetHuman, but please post a phone number so you will have a human response... seems to make sense right?
