Contacted to get help with Experian. Experian customer care is non-existent. GetHuman never returned my request for service but did send constant follow up messages to ask if I was satisfied. So poor customer service and annoying as well.
When they just launched, about 10 years ago maybe/ they offered a good site with phone numbers and the number to press in a raw to bypass automated systems. But now they just offer countless of useless loops that go back to the beginning, without giving you actual phone numbers or links to live chats for the companies (i. E. skype) ever! As i say, just endless loops leading to the beginning of the first page yo get when you writ down the name of the company yo need to contact.
This is a terrible sign and i would no spend a penny on them. It's obviously scam
I hired this company to fix my WeChat wallet. On their website, they said, "You can't get a human at WeChat, but you can hire GetHuman to take care of your problem for you." Their advice to me was on three separate occasions to tell me to delete my app and re-download it. Shockingly, it didn't work. Any of those three times.
When I complained after 12 days had passed and I was nowhere nearer to having my issue fixed, they responded with "WeChat is a terrible company to reach in terms of getting customer service. One of the reasons that we recently launched this help service was to try and help people with WeChat and Facebook issues since the companies are exceptionally hard to contact since they dont have phone numbers to call."
They eventually refunded my money, but considering that the reason the company was founded is to provide a point of contact for WeChat and they've admitted to being unable to do that...
It pretends to help but looks more like a clickbait site. No results have so far been obtained on this somewhat busy and confusing. Lots of ads slightly disguised so that u might click on them and waste more time than u already are wandering back and forth with no results to show for your time.
I was interested in updating my mailing address with Direct express. GetHuman claimed that updating personal info, including mailing address can be done online. They claim that once an account holder login, he/she will see three tabs along each other labeled 'my details,' 'my email' and 'my setting'. The account holder should click on the first one and proceed to update the info needed updating. The fact of the matter is there are no three tabs appearing upon logging in. You have to select the account first. Then on the next screen you will see a tab for account holder details. If you click on that tab you will get to another tab labeled 'security profile'. This security profile tab only allows you to change your password or security question or profile image. But mailing address or email address are not shown anywhere - let alone updating them.
So I would advice GetHuman to stop misleading Direct Express Customers.
I contacted get human about 3 weeks ago to help me resolve issue with google. They promise to resolve problem or refund within 24 hrs. I got no human response only an automated robot "Ollie", which kept asking for the same information over & over. I have contacted them with no success. I think Ollie ripped me off
I saw PayPal was a 28 minute wait. I tried gethuman. They claimed they refreshed every 20 seconds but for 3 hours it said my call would be answered in 21 minutes. I finally cancelled it. What a waste of time! I should have just put my phone in speaker and waited the 28 minutes.
Not recommended at all. I have paid for the trial luckily and i had the worst experience ever.
They answered only for once saying " We are checking your Issue"
Aside from GetHuman being super easy to use and costing me nothing but free time, the service rep for Comcast who received my call was sure it was a random prank/robo call. She almost hung up, but was curious enough to see it through. Once I answered after GetHuman called me back, she was blown away for about 5 minutes before we could even talk about why I called. It was hilarious. She asked for the website and kept repeating it to make sure she did not forget it and also said she would use it from now on. GetHuman kept me updated on where they were in the process of getting me a rep to speak with! They also sent me text messages when they called back and I missed it, or if they ran into technical difficulties (that they went through for me and I didn't have to deal with the headache!). They're legit. Thanks GetHuman!
I went to GetHuman.com looking for a phone number for HP, because the scanner part of my HP 7612 wide-format multifunction printer was not working, strangely. They offered me help in dealing with HP, for only $9.00. Their person, whose name was Rob, managed to get HP to contact me and offer to send me a whole new printer, which they did. The whole experience was effortless for me, and on this evidence I would say that this company, GetHuman.com, is well managed and has developed a great product. (By which I mean their efficient way of interacting with suppliers.)
(I should say that HP also came out of it smelling like roses.)
Thats a oity I am reading all the reviews with hope that my air b and b issue of not being paid could be resolved but it looks like gethuman is only as human as i and probably cant do any better than I have been for past 9 days and getting nowhere!
I reported a problem resolving an issue with Penndot. Get Human said they would send a guide in 36 hrs. It's been 5 days and nothing. They gave me a confirmation code, but I don't see anywhere on the site to put it. A waste of time. They just want you to hire them. There are no FREE guides, as implied in an article in the AARP magazine. Can't understand why they recommended this site. Worthless.
In virtually any instance where a company does not have a readily available customer service number, I can check GetHuman and make contact with someone at the company who can help me. Your service is truly unique and I appreciate it.
You'd think changing a password on a yahoo.com email account would be easy, right? Hah! After my account was hacked, I spent the better part of two days trying to simply change my password but kept winding up in a circular maze of cyberhell between Yahoo, AT&T, and DirecTV!
Ed from GetHuman had me fixed up within minutes. I would highly recommend GetHuman, especially Ed, for helping me with this seemingly easy but impossible feat.
I initially went to GetHuman.com to find an inside number for United Airlines so I didn't have to wait for an hour on hold again (god, the music) only to be told they were unusually busy and to call back (which happened. At least they didn't say my call was important to them). Then I saw the $9 offer and I gave it a shot.
Edwards Winters Ronaldson took on a horrendous problem with UA which was initially non-responsive and opaque (you know how they do). It took several weeks, but he hung with it and eventually my money was returned from a cancelled flight 2 months before. Best $9 I ever spent.
Ed stuck with us for 2 days to resolve puzzling and irksome Skype account installation and sign-in problems. This was even when there were problems with Skype's server. But everything is now working on 3 devices. Couldn't ask for more.
The one company you can't get a human at is GetHuman.com. Oh the irony.
I tried to use GetHuman.com to contact the IRS, and to contact UPS. In both cases the call never went through. The only result was a bevy of followup email asking me if IRS or UPS resolved my issue, and leaving silent the question of if GetHuman.com worked.
I eventually called both direct, and got humans.
Then I tried PayPal. The site counted down from 40 to 6 minutes, and then nothing. Never worked for me.
The developers of GetHuman have most definitely found a need and are doing a great job of meeting it. Lots of enterprises, and governmental agencies, appear to make a concerted effort to avoid direct contact with their customers by failing to provide a highly visible, easily locatable method to reach an effective customer service agent by phone, fax, email and location address. Finding GetHuman was a boon to all of us frustrated by Big Company's lack of transparency and first line of helpfulness to its customers. Great and much appreciated detective work. Keep up the good work.
The customer service of Philips is incredibly bad. Phone calls are not taken, emails give you an unsatisfactory answer and when you ask them for more specific information, you never hear from them again. Another experience with a customer service of Philips (electronics) was so bad that I had to end the conversation. The woman on the Philips customer service end did not speak the national language very well, but what was much worse, is that she didn't know squat. Even the most basic questions about a high end monitor, she had no idea what I was asking or talking about. It was very bad. The main office of Philips did not even want to hear my feedback about their customer service, ans from my recent experience, nothing has been learned nor changed. Quite amazing for a 'renowed' big company.
This site truly helped me. My wait time was 30 min at 4pm on friday! Representative was able to answer ALL my questions. Would not have been able to get through on main 1040 line, says due to high volume they caint answer the phone and it hangs up. Call *******582, dont push 1 for english, wait for it to ask for 3 digit extension then push 652
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
GetHuman has a rating of 2.8 stars from 295 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. GetHuman ranks 6th among Directories sites.
