It is really easy to use. However estimated information options on more of the questions would be good. But all in all it is a great program.
THE PROCESS WAS MADE VERY EASY AND THE WEBSITE WAS VERY USER FRIENDLY. AFTER I HAD ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS AND DOWNLOADED THE ACTUAL FORMS THEY LOOKED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THAT. THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE AND THEY EVEN LOOK OUT FOR YOU AND WILL PRINT THE FORMS OUT ON OFFICIAL PAPER THAT THE COURTS REQUIRE. AND AGAIN, THE FEE WAS VERY REASONABLE. Everything went smoothly at first, they're responsive to questions though their case agents are kind of non-communicative. Got my papers however please note that they are actually secretly a subscription service. They will attempt to charge you 50$ a month :O they also will attempt to charge you $187 if you want to cancel. This is NOT made clear before hand. Also note that reviews are asked before you finish the process (I. E. before You're even aware of the hidden side. This is artfully done. Notice the amount of reviews that say, "so far".) also when receiving papers from the company they were completely out of order and took me a long time to sort out. Be careful
I am going through another tough time. I have been divorced more than once, and have done it on my own. This has made this process so much easier than I have done in the past. I appreciate this service being available to me this, and hopefully the last time.

They charged my credit card twice. They did not provide me with anything. I called to cancel the order and they said no! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!

My situation with my wife was a very good one. We agreed on everything,. This process was extremely fair priced, and all my paperwork was correct the first time. The County Clerk in New York said all of the paperwork was correct and professional. That is how I know this is by far the best service out there. Thank you for helping me make this process simpler than usual I really appreciate the help. It was fairly easy and straight forward filling out the forms. I am hoping the rest of the process will be equally easy.
No, do not under any circumstances try to use this website. You are unlikely to get a divorce, but you will spend hundreds of dollars trying.
It is setup to bleed as much money as possible from you. You have to complete each page until you can move to the next one. You don't know what you will need until you get to the next page. They asked for a lot of very obscure documents. Very few of which actually made it to the forms they make up. Taking several pages to do each page means the process takes months. I finally got everything entered a week before that months subscription expired. Can you guesss how long the 'ready in 30 minutes' forms took? Yes, they were ready about 30 minutes after my subscription expired. Then my bank refused to send them another $36 monthly subscription. So, i cannot have my forms. They will not send out the mailed forms I paid over $50 for either.
When I asked for my papers or a full refund, they stated that they do not give any refunds and that I'd just have to give them yet more money.
You think that is bad? See the photo for a later conversation. If you think that an 'attorney' that refuses to tell you their name and registration details is honest, well, I have a bridge I'd like to sell.
Awesome, after 6 months I have to start the whole process again, with another company.
If you read other reviews, you'll find two types. Most are absolutely glowing. Then there are a quite few saying what I've just said... Make your own mind up which are genuine, from a company who won't tell you who they are...
Not only do they NOT provide you with the paperwork you need, they then refuse to give you an refund and are rude when you try to deal with them. They hit us for 139.00 and an unauthorized charge of 60.00 to mail the papers and we have yet to see them. They keep providing us with a wrong tracking number and basically say, sorry about your luck.
They shamelessly take advantage of their clients. Their check out website was set up in way that one cannot easily move to the next page without agreeing for a rush order for an extra $91. I immediately called them to cancel this rush order and was told that the request was placed and I will be reimbursed in a couple of weeks. My papers were received in about 10 days ( not a rush order time frame). When I called 4 weeks later I was told that my request for a refund was denied with no reasons provided. Customer service is trained to behave like robots with no consideration. They do not offer a solution, refuse to transfer to a supervisor.

Me: I was charged for an expedited shipping. I called to cancel the expedited charge right away. I received my document as a routine shipment, not expedited. My request for a refund was denied.

This is certainly a more comfortable and easy way to file for divorce. Any questions can be answered by a simple phone call or email. Very helpful representatives
