When replacing the new burner for the old burner, the tabs on the new burner are not identical to the old burner. Before you disconnect the wires, you need to look at the old burner and take a picture of the numbers(1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, etc.) on the tabs and how they correspond to the wires from the stove. Then match up the wires to the numbers on the tabs of the new burner.
Product did arrive 1 day later than estimated.

Great Service

I ordered a drain pump for my washer and it was easy and my part was supposed to be delivered on a Friday and Fedex said no Monday and GRP emailed me apologizing for fedex.
I did recieve the part on Saturday so it was all good.

I had to replace the bottom heating element in our oven so I looked on GRP website put in my ovens model number & part number which they had in stock. I placed my order & part came in just as they quoted, I pulled the old element out & pop the new one in, problem solved! Great price & easy fix

We had an event coming up and our ice maker malfunctioned. Searched online for the parts over the weekend, and paid more with this company due to their shown delivery date. Time was important. They said the parts would arrive Wednesday. Big joke, and in my opinion the site is intentionally misleading customers as to delivery date. They didn't even ship until Tuesday and then sent a notification that "Fedex" had told them my order would be arriving late. Tracking shows there were no issues with Fedex, just that GRP lied about when the parts would arrive. Took a full week after my order as they shipped it the slowest way possible. When contacting Customer Service as they missed my needed timeline by a mile, I was sent a cut and paste statement from deep on their site saying they weren't responsible. Extremely poor customer service. I should have searched BEFORE I ordered and I would have seen the warning from the Better Business Journal about their pattern of issues. Never again!

Ordered my replacement part for my GE dishwasher and received it only a day late due to weather. Had contacted GRP to inquire some details and they were super helpful on the phone and followed up with email.

They were the least expensive and the fastest. (Fast, in that other places were saying a week or more. These guys it was 1-2 days. I thought they must be local but they aren't. They just do fast delivery.) So a good place to get parts.

Parts did not fit

I purchased a bin and frame for my KitchenAid refrigerator. The parts arrived very quickly but they did not fit. The customer support spokesperson claimed that they had shipped the part I ordered, However, they still advertise those parts as the "genuine parts" for my refrigerator's model number. I did open the boxes to check the fit of the parts but pack them back in the same boxes and packing materials that I received them. READ THE FINE PRINT, if you open the package they may charge you a restocking fee. You have to pay for the return shipping fees which amounted to ~35% of the value of the wrong parts. I paid $161.65 and was refunded $142.78. Which meant they did not reimburse the taxes or the shipping I paid. I had to call several times to get ~50% of my money back This is one of the worst companies I ever deal with. Their costumer support sucks. I will never buy from them again.

We returned unopened parts after part of our order was backordered. The company has emailed us confirming the refund but we were never refunded. I have contacted them a number of times and I am only given the transactional ID. See Below: I have not been refunded and I have called my bank as they have suggested. I want my money back.

First, my part wasn't shipped until 5 days after I placed an order. I have to contact them directly to chase down the status of it. And magically it was shipped 2 days after that. Received wrong part and the return process is painful, I have to sent a bunch of proof that it is wrong. After I got approved, I have to pay for return label! It is a shame. Btw, I did pay for the original shipping cost now I have to pay for return at their fault.

Needed to replace the crisper drawer and found it on GRP site.
1. It was in stock, and
2. Approx $30.00 less than the Maytag drawer.
Easy to locate if you use the diagram they provide.
Ordered and shipped and received in a few days. Very happy.

Dryer door seal

The door air seal was a perfect fit at a reasonable price. The only issue I had was the delivery. Fed-Ex was suppose to deliver on a Friday, but they did not deliver until Monday. They calm they tried to deliver the product on Friday, but my security camera did not show a FedEx truck in my driveway on the day they claimed.

I purchased a replacement bowl for my kitchenAide mixer. I ordered the correct bowl, however there was a design flaw that made it unusable. I had to return it. Even though it was defective, they refused to refund shipping fees and had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee for a defective item. They knew the it was defective, since they dropped it from their products list after I notified them of the design flaw. KitchenAide also dropped it from their product list! This is the only company that charges for delivery and return of defective items, as well as a restocking fee. Be ready to assume all responsibility for shipping and restocking fees for defective items. This is the worst company. They assume no responsibility for anything!
