The gaskets finally arrived and are the correct ones, the issue I had was the shipping time. I ordered the parts on a Monday and received a notification that the shipping label had been issued the following day however the parts weren't shipped till the following weekend, when i complained about shipping time they acted like this is average for them and blamed the carrier when in fact they had sat on the order for almost a week before the carrier even received it, also I didn't receive a tracking number till the following week when I inquired about an arrival date. It took them almost a week to ship something that was ready to ship the next day! My advise is if you are going to use this company make sure that you don't need the parts anytime soon because they don't get in any hurry and if you want a tracking number you better request it. I will not be using them again!
I ordered a part for my washer a drain hose, after reading some reviews on here and other places I was super nervous when I saw it said processing after two days, I emailed them quick response back, then I called spoke with Taylor she found my part and got it right out to me! Thank you so much Taylor! Any email I sent any call I made they were super helpful! I will use this company in the future! Again THANK YOU!
I was able to locate a washer agitator for my old Maytag washer here at GRP. The price was great, shipping was timely. I now have a washer I can use again! Thank you!
Ordered my parts and received in a few days. I will be using again to order a sliding oven rack once they are back in stock.
Part shipped quickly, arrived unopened, I did not use, returned unopened part and they charged me a 25% restocking fee. This is outrages

Needed a sensor for our dishwasher. This site was great in that, by typing in our model number, it was verified that the part was correct.
We went with this site because it said the part would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received 2 email2 that the part had shipped - one from UPS and the other from Fed Ex - both we bogus. Online chat was helpful, giving me the correct tracking number BUT it was USPS and the part didn't arrive until Friday.
I would order from here again, but plan several more days than published for delivery.
Sent half an order, a day late and then I had to investigate for them to let me know the rest would be out to me about a week later! Then said it was my fault! Won't spend a cent here again! Ever!
I am not happy with this company. I will not be using them again. When I went to check out, it said delivered by Thursday (see pic), but then they back out of this later by saying on ANOTHER part of this website, could take much longer. So how are we to depend on and trust the company to ship it out anytime soon and receive it soon enough to do anything! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Easy to install - all worked perfectly, I had the dish washer for some time now - works great but the front panel got the wear so the new one just make it like new.
Not the rack in picture but was able to modify to get it to work. I cant see any reason for there to have to be 100 characters in this review. Its kinda dumb.
It was the exact part I needed and it was shipped fast. I received it much sooner than I expected. This was faster and more pleasant than the local parts house.
Garbage company. I ordered a gas outlet, and they shipped me a single screw and charged me $17. I contacted their customer support after I received an email invoice for the screw telling them that something went wrong. This was BEFORE I got a shipping notice. They said there was no restocking and that I was going to have to pay, again, $17 for a single screw. I wrote back, again BEFORE I got a shipping tracking number. They replied again that I couldn't return it. Almost a day later, I finally get a tracking number and my card is charged, $17 for a screw that I didn't order. I double checked my browser history the day I tried to make a purchase from this garbage company and I didn't see a single page looking at a screw. Only the original part I tried to order.
Fortunately, I found the same part for cheaper from partsdr com. They had great customer service and got me the correct part promptly. Glad I know about them, because I will never order from GRP for anything ever again.
Saved a bundle of money by buying the replacement part and having a friend install it which took 15 minutes. Great company and quick shipping.
I am waiting for months for my order, A thermostat and an icemaker. $ 113,50 value.
Waiting, mailing them, getting response, with ( false?) promise, no action, waiting, mailing, getting response etc etc.
Fact is, I paid them for something I did not receive, and they cannot proof that it was delivered.
Genuine replacement parts is probably thinking that I will get exhausted contacting them and asking to deliver what I paid for. This will not happen.
Be careful with this company!

This water filter was easy to install. Pricey compared to the knock offs. I like it but Orono my won't spend an extra $40 next time
Prices are great, shipping is great, and parts were exactly as described. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs parts. I hope my stuff doesn't break, but if it does, I'll definitely buy from here again

I ordered the part that I need to quickly for my refrigerator. Their website stated I'll have it in 2 days now it's saying 5 days on UPS after I ordered. They are more expensive and don't offer guaranteed shipping or free shipping like some other sites.
