Possibly THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM!
Do yourself a favor - KEEP SEARCHING.
Issues:
1. Wrong part sent to me - their answer, "While the parts may vary in appearance, they have the same functionality as the original part. The manufacturer no longer produces the original part number and has updated the part to work with more models". Wrong!
2. Getting an RMA # - literally 20 emails later. I sent the part back in the exact same box, packed the exact same way, never installed part because it was completely different than part needed.
3. After returning to them with tracking, no response until three emails later stating - "Once your return has been received, our warehouse will inspect the item(s) to make sure it complies with our Return Policy. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time item is received and
Inspected to process the return. As we are experiencing delays" - Simply ridiculous.

My mother board

I'm so glad to find a new replacement Mother Board. Site had one in stock. Not a bad Price$. At my home in@ a week. So sad that Whirlpool knows they have issues with original part. Only reason they offer $100.00 towards new appliance

Great service

We needed a part, power control board, for my mother-in-laws dryer and after a short search was able to find it and place it on order. It was a quick and easy process for ordering and the part was delivered in a reasonable amount of time considering the Christmas and New Years holidays. We are waiting until the current board fails again before replacing it with the new one. We are happy with the process so far.

Starter relay for fridge

I ordered a starter relay for my Kenmore refrigerator and received a defective part and the company is trying to make me jump through hoops to return it for a refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Be very careful to read all their policies before making any purchase.

I tried uploading a copy of my receipt to this site, however it will not let me add it.

Poor Service

When you compare this company to any company on the planet earth doing a ecommerce platform this company may be the worst. They do not fulfil orders in a timely fashion and if they do they do not provide tracking consistently. The only way to contact them is by email even though they have a live chat feature that has never worked and a phone number to nowhere. The customer service experience may be the worst on the internet toda.

I ordered a new planetary base for my KitchenAid 6-quart standing mixer. I was impressed with the part availability from Genuine Replacement parts. It was delivered within three days. A perfect fit; I quickly installed it on my mixer. My wife has already made a batch of cookies with the mixer.

RETURN

I received the wrong Item. So I emailed them back. Got fast response but was told " Your part is under $30 so with our restock fee AND shipping it's not worth returning." In other words the heck with me. They did not check to see why I received the wrong part or anything like that just said nope your not getting money back and we are not taking part back. It WAS NOT any kind of electronic part. I mean they must make a little money on the part I received. Why would they not even offer help like a discount or inquire to see why I got wrong part and help me get correct part. This is for my elder moms dishwasher whom cares for my Dad who is a VET in a wheel chair. I explain the dishwasher being broken is making my Moms life so much harder. They or the person I was dealing with did not care. So I am out of the money and have a brand new GE plastic part to just throw in the trash. UNREAL!

Perhaps if they arrange for part one needs, this is good service but when spoiled by the likes of Amazon, this comes across as a scam. Product delivered from 3rd party so this company only processes, does not provide customer service and has the most slanted return policy ever seen (shipping materials must be returned intact, products delivered in damaged condition are used as excuse not to return money, unbelievably poor customer service). Its a crap shoot that you get the product you need. If you do, great. If you don't or if it is damaged when you get it, you will probably get burned. Would not recommend for any expensive parts or if can find elsewhere. The whole set-up and experience comes across as sleazy.

This company stole $70 from me, I order a part does not work and they are refusing to return my money. Do not I repeat DO NOT do business with this people. They send me a used part instead of a new part. Follow my advice never do business with this company. Read their response DO NOT ORDER anything from this company they are a scam

Terrible company!

Terrible customer service! They sent the wrong item and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I had to pay to ship the item back which almost costed as much as the product. After it was returned I had to chase after them for days for a refund. THIS PLACE IS ONE BIG SCAM! They'll steal your money, don't buy from them!

The quick response to my call was outstanding and very friendly. I had a small problem with my order and it was solved very quickly. Very responsible company and the employees were again friendly and knowledgeable. I finally fixed my Maytag Dryer and my Wife is happy. Keep up the good work! I know where to go for my future needs.
