I ordered my wash machine part online from GRP's website and everything went smoothly until I tried to check the status of the part 2 days after order. They were not able to offer any update as to where the part was only that is was still being processed. I sent several emails trying to determine the status of my order but to no avail and system only showed still PROCESSING order. I ordered the same part from another supplier and order was filled same day and tracking number issued. I sent email to GRP on 6th day requesting my order be cancelled and later that day I received a email from GRP stating order had been sent so could not cancel it that's it. Order received that day and system still showed it as being processed. They told me I could return for a refund if I wanted... needless to say this was my first ordering experience with GRP and will be my last. Oh ya paid extra for expedited two day shipping but customer service indicated they do not offer this service and could refund my additional shipping charges. Customer service was a complete failure in this case. Guessing the treatment I received is not the norm or they would be out of business with this kind of customer service. A gentleman did finally call but only offer up a apology.
Ordered "OEM ice maker replacement" was sent a 40 dollar big box store equivalent. Certainly not OEM as advertised. Was able to return but cost me over 30 dollars between shipping both ways and them charging me a restock fee. BE SURE to read their 6000 paragraph return policy... then go anywhere BUT here for your parts!
Your order arrived promptly and I am pleased to be ready to replace my charcoal filters in the microwave when required. I had used up my last one in my home inventory, so now am prepared for the next time. Thanks for excellent response.
Blew out the plug on my oven and searched online for a replacement. I'd never heard of this place before so I was skeptical but the cord was relatively cheap and it was the only place that said they could get it to me within a week. It ended up coming in just a day. It was packaged properly and after installed, my oven works perfectly again. Excellent service, five stars, would highly recommend!

They didn't even ship the item until the day that I was supposed to receive it. Then they used USPS and not FedEx or UPS like it listed when I checked out. Attempted to talk to customer support and they were not helpful or apologetic at all. They pretty much said they can ship whenever and with whichever carrier they want despite what it says when I checked out. It wasn't until I emailed them for an update that they told me that their inventory wasn't correct and then blamed a manufacturer backorder. I agreed to wait another 5 days if they would refund me my shipping for the hassle ($7). They ignored that request until I threatened to submit a CC claim. Afterwards they cancelled my order. Huge waste of time and effort. Nearly a month with no working oven and a pissed off wife. Thanks GRP! Try and get your team in order, right now it's a sad state of affairs.
If you want to return something, you are out of luck. They are TERRIBLE. Go to another company. They are NOT helpful!
Ordered an OEM washer motor (not even stocked locally) at a great price including shipping. Online transaction was very straightforward with excellent GRP communication from order through delivery. Although very rare in my homeowner repair experience, the OEM part was defective. After exchanging a couple defect description and confirmation emails (including pictures) with GRP Customer Service (very courteous, prompt and professional), they took care of me and shipped a new motor at no cost to me the very same day. GRP is at the top of my appliance replacement parts suppliers.
I ordered a stove part from here, even though the same part was cheaper on a few other websites, mainly for the fact that the website states they use Fedex and UPS and could get it to me in two days. This was for my parents and I needed it right away so I was willing to pay more. However, I never got a shipping notice and when I emailed to ask, I got back a USPS tracking number and another response saying they don't guarantee delivery times. Holly even took the time to copy and paste their whole shipping policy, EVEN AFTER I had said that another part of the reason I ordered from them was because they stated on their website that they use Fedex and UPS for expedited shipments. I know my expereince with USPS these last few months has been HORRIFIC to say the least so had I known they were going to use them, I would NOT have ordered from them; just like a coule of other websites I didn't order from just for the reason that they would be using USPS. It seems that they don't care that they don't keep their word and don't even bother to inform their client if you don't ask them first. Wow. Great service. I won't be ordering from them ever again and I'm sure they don't care or that it'll make a difference to them, but at least I can write about my experience on here and try to get the word out. I received my part, but it was later than the website had said. That is probably on FedEx more than than genuine replacement parts though. Sadly, it appears as though the part that I purchased was not the issue with our fridge. It was worth a try. Thanks. Getting a new fridge next week.
I ordered the item with my model number through their website. The sent the wrong item and would not send a prepaid label for returning. First they said that they sent us a replacement for the item that we ordered since the one we ordered was not in stock. Then they blamed us for the item sent in error saying that it was because we came to them through Google?
I am sorry, but unless you are familiar with them, how else would you find their website if not through Google?
Pretty terrible excuse for sending the wrong item. They should have just said, sorry for sending you the wrong item, we will send you a return label and issue a refund. That would have been the right thing to do!
Have been fighting with these jerks to get my money back and they have come up with a new excuse everyday. P
I ordered replacement parts for my dishwasher which the website said was in stock. I received a notice that DUE TO A COMPUTER ERROR THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK so I cancelled the order. These thieves did not refund my money. They charged me $54.70 for shipping costs and restocking fees for items they did NOT HAVE IN STOCK AND THEREFORE COULD NOT SHIP. I also ordered these same parts from APPLIANCE PARTS 365. They also did not have the parts in stock. GUESS WHAT. I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND IN JUST 5 DAYS. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't see how they received such high ratings unless they paid people to write reviews. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM APPLIABNCE PARTS 365 OR FROM APPLIANCE PARTS WHO SHIPPED MY ITEMS WITHIN DAYS. My original invoice was for $71.78 for parts and $8.88 for shipping. They said they had a restocking fee of 25% which would be $17.95 Yet they CHARGED ME $54.70 FOR SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING. WHAT A MARK-UP. I SHOULD CHEAT SO WELL

Good prices and reasonable shipping costs for hard to find parts, and it was shipped in a timely manner. I received it in a reasonable amount of time and am very satisfied with their service!
O 01-15-21 I ordered parts for a dishwasher from GRP and the www site says there were 47 units in stock, On Monday 01-18-21 there was no tracking info so I sent an email. GRP responded with they had overstated the inventory amounts and they had zero units, I responded with an email requesting a cancellation of the order, They stated they would try?. On Wednesday 01/20/21 my credit card was charged even though they didnt have the products as well as being asked to cancel the order, Again back on the phone to GRP and now they are very sorry ( I agreed 100%) They did issue a refund. Will never do business with them again again. Shady dealing when they charge your account knowing there had no inventory. Looks like they are struggling when they practice poor business decisions. Ordered replacement parts for our Whirlpool stove - quick delivery, good price and they fit and look great.
I trusted GRP when I was searching for a replacement for my Maytag ice maker that was dripping water. It looks like they got it right; it fit perfectly and seems to be working fine. It was unclear exactly when I would receive the part. It says 3 day shipping, but it took about a week to process. Got it in about a week and a half. Still not bad.
I ordered from GRP because the site said they had 4 in stock with 3 day shipping. Immediately after getting the E-mail that it would be arriving late, I called to cancel. They couldn't because it came from a 3rd party. They said if I refused the delivery I would have to pay the re-stocking fee. The part took 7 days to arrive, not the 3 days advertised. Didn't come thru FEDEX, it came UPS. Now to top it off the part is defective and I have to wait 10-15 days for a refund. I ended buying the part at a local store & the new part works perfectly. GRP is terrible. Don't buy from them.
I ordered a lid switch assembly for my Maytag Electric Washing Machine and when I received the order, I received an LG gas valve assembly. When I called about the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do about sending me the correct part until I sent photos of what I had received. I'm still waitingbto hesr from them even after submitting the requested photos.
I ordered a part that their website said it was in stock. I never received the part nor an explanation why I didn't receive it. I submitted an inquiry and they told me that to part was out of stock. I guess they wold not have contacted me to let me know. Now I'm waiting on a refund. Beware, they will just take your money and never send the items that you order.
