I correctly entered the model number for my Electrolux dishwasher and ordered a circuit board, control module which was described as an OEM part. A few days later I received a package from GRP which was obviously too small to contain the correct module. I opened the shipping box to find another sealed box containing the module with 2 large decal warnings stating that opened boxes could not be returned for refunds or exchange. I call customer service and they confirmed I could not return if I broke the seals and they claimed to have sent the correct part based on my model number.
The part number of the module they sent was listed on the box and an online search provided a picture of the part in the box. Obviously not the correct part.
I searched another vendor's site and verified the part number I needed was a different number. Also it provided the correct picture; however, the part was no longer available. I checked again the GRP website and it listed the wrong part number, the part they had sent.
I called and requested a return authorization, which they granted although they refused to provide a return shipping label. I explained they had sent the wrong part and I thought they should pay return shipping but they did not care. It was their policy. So I had to pay $15 shipping.
They quickly acknowledged receipt of the returned part and sent me an email I would have to wait 3 or more weeks for my refund as they had to examine the part before issuing the refund. I replied the seals on the box had never been broken and a refund should be issued without delay. They replied no, it was policy.
Finally, about 3 weeks after they received the part, a refund was issued.
I do not normally write negative reviews but this experience was so exasperating I could not ignore it. Wrong part numbers on the website and indifference to customer satisfaction. I will never do business with Genuine Replacement Parts again.

Bad refund policy

Had no issue getting the part. But discovered that another part was broken and the part I ordered was not necessary. In returning the part I had to pay a non-refundable $29.42 in shipping to return the part plus an additional $5 restocking fee. That's on me. I should have read the fine print. However, the email told me to wait two weeks to receive the refund. Waited almost a full month and still no refund. Only after calling customer service did I get a refund issued. The return cost me almost $35 on a part that only cost $43.45. I'll avoid doing business with Genuine Replacement Parts in the future unless I'm absolutely sure that I will not need a return.

Wrong Part

GRP, shipped the wrong part. I sent pictures of the part and my refrigerator model. It has been over a week, they still have not resolved my issue. Also, the part looked used! Poor customer service!

I easily located my parts on the website. GRP promised a very speedy 2nd day delivery date and delivered with no expensive expedited shipping rates. Almost the same cost as shipping a priority envelope at the post office to receive a front glass for an oven door. And most of all, it fit perfectly!

I received the wrong part even though the model number to my dishwasher was given correctly. No big deal, I returned it. That's when the problem started. I received an email (you can't ever reach them by phone) that my $289 refund was denied because it wasn't returned in the manufacturer's box. I received it in a plain cardboard box, wrapped in a plastic bag. I responded by letting them know this. They state their distributor told them otherwise, therefore no refund. So they now have the wrong part and my money and if I want wrong part back, it costs $10. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Now they're claiming the part was used. I'm sure it is since it was not in the manufacturer's box. The part was so completely different that my husband didn't even attempt to install it. Horrible customer service. Very upsetting. I feel like I'm the bad guy. If I could give no stars, I would.

GE washer

Needed to replace the backsplash on my GE washer since the timer mount broke off the back. GE wanted $350 for a fully assembled backsplash and wouldn't sell me just the backsplash piece I needed. Searched the internet and this was the only site where I could find the piece I needed. Replacement part arrived w/in 24 hours of placing my order, took 30 minutes to repair my washer, now all is good to go again and I only paid $70 vs the $350 GE was asking. Pleased w/ my experience!

I ordered a part based on my model number for my oven. I received the $200 part (plus my payment for the shipping...) and the part is not correct. I let them know within 30 minutes of receiving the part. It's now 1 week later and I am no closer to returning it than I was a week ago. I'm on Maternity leave and this is NOT how I thought I would spend it. I fully recognize we all make mistakes. It shouldn't be this hard to fix it! I attached picture showing exactly how I knew this part wasn't right. My chat with them follows:

I attached many picture views... the part with blue protective tape on it is the one I just got, never installed. I also attached pictures of the part I needed... and also, a picture of the part you show online, that does not indicate any holes at the top. The part I received does have holes.

Like I had said, I bought this part because it came up as the correct one on the website when I put in my model number. It also looked like it was right in the picture, but it didn't fit my stove. I already paid to have it shipped to me, but I need to be able to send it back and was hoping you could issue a return label.

Canceled my order and stole my CC info

I placed an order online with valid name, address, and credit card info. Their fraud system flagged my order for validation. I called and provided the information the agent asked for. She said I would get a confirmation email that the order went through. Instead I received a notification that they canceled my order. I called back again, another agent told me they canceled my order because I had to look up my credit card info on the first call and didn't know it be memory. Instead of trying to help me replace the order, they told me to place the order online again and hope for a better outcome. Are they serious? This place is a joke, and now they've stolen my CC info. Stay away!

They took my money the day I ordered my part. I order a part but I had to email them that I had not got a email of shipment. Now I get emails from the company and usps has been so exciting and ridiculous to the point I wish I had just waited.

Poor Customer Service

Received a cracked part for my washing machine, called and spoke with a customer service specialist and was informed to take a picture of the damage part and a replacement would be sent out. So I did, next they change the parameters and want additional photos of the shipping box, the model no. Of my washer ect. They where informed the packing box was not damaged and the part was in another box inside. They make it impossible to do returns.

Have purchased parts from GRP in the past and have always received quality OEM parts from them. The shipping is has always been extremely fast and well packaged. I would highly recommend GRP to anyone wanting quality OEM parts for their appliances. I made the mistake of purchasing a part from another company that was an aftermarket and I thought I was saving money. The aftermarket part only lasted about 2 months and I had to throw it away. I then purchase the OEM part from GRP and it is the exact replacement part which is higher quality than the aftermarket part. I didn't save money at all buying the aftermarket, instead I wasted my money on a part that was of very poor quality. Don't make the same mistake I made. Buy the OEM part from GRP and rest assured that you are getting the exact replacement part for your appliance. Highly recommended! I would have given them 10 stars but that's not an option. The staff at GRP is extremely knowledgable and very helpful to ensure that you will receive the correct part. Their prices are cheaper than if I ordered the part from LG and is the same part as the original. Thanks again GRP for your service. I won't ever make the mistake of buying a cheaper aftermarket replacement part again. I am a lifetime customer and will tell anyone that I know that is looking for parts for their appliances to only shop with GRP.

Guess you cant cancel an order

I guess you shouldn't be mad that a company processes their orders quickly but when you place and order and cancel it with in a hour you would think they would simple pull the order and not ship it. When they do ship it you think the return and refund process should pre pretty straight forward but it wasn't. I didn't expect to be refunded the shipping since they indeed did ship the product to me but to be charged a restocking fee for a order that shouldn't even have been shipped is just bad business.

My package was lost. I finally got through to GRP and the girl says that it's between me and UPS. That's just crap. I choose them because they offered the fastest shipping. I didn't choose how it was shipped. ( They Did) We are also business owners. If this type of thing happens. We reship no questions asked after verifying the shipment is lost. They should be taking this up with UPS and getting there customers part out ASAP. Obviously not a legit company. From all the negative post I have read. Sounds like the can't even afford return shipping if they send you the wrong part.

Need a return? Better sell it on Ebay!

So I purchased tonight on their website and let me tell you this the most ridiculous experience. I order to part from them for my fridge they have no photos no assistance so better hope you know EXACTLY what you need. I ordered my part they canceled it due to "fraud". So I reordered it and when it arrives they send me the wrong part. I contacted customer service and they said by the time I get my return with all their fees it's going to cost me 2/3 of the price I pay. That I would be better off selling it on ebay! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER come back to this site. Worthless.

I paid over $80 for a part. I waited 4 days for the part to arrive. When the part arrived, it was literally a part thrown in an oversize box-no protection around it. A small plastic piece broke off the part during shipment. We had waited for 4 days and my mother in law was tired of washing dishes by hand so i super-glued the broken part in place and installed it. Disgusted by their unprofessional shipping of the product. They offered an exchange but wanted me to jump through hoops taking pictures etc. and I had already installed the part. They never did apologize though. I would get your part elsewhere.
