It was very easy to find the part I needed for my refrigerator on the website based on the info inside the door. Less than five minutes I had found it, ordered it and paid. And, it arrived very quickly. The part cost less than I expected and shipping cost was reasonable. Overall a great experience!

Don't do it!

Ordered my part and they allegedly shipped through usps. Item tracked 24 hrs and then vanished from usps tracking. Emailed back and forth with the company only to be placadid and nothing ever done about my missing purchase. Looks to me like the created a shipping label but never shipped an actual product. I'm left at this point thinking the company is a SCAM!

NOT Genuine Parts--beware

I purchased a replacement stove top for my mom and within 3 weeks the paint was chipping off the surface. I submitted a claim with their customer service and after numerous emails with pictures and proof they did NOTHING. This place is selling fake products.

Worst service EVER

Defective Part. No honoring of warranty. Endless runaround about how it was my fault for ordering the wrong part (even though I got two Sears technicians to help me order it, and evaluate its defectiveness). GRP led me on an odyssey of nuttiness by demanding numbers, and then insisting those weren't' good enough, etc. STAY AWAY from this company. Crappy parts and crappy service. I am out $72.00 and a lot of time.

One Leg!

I contacted this company looking for genuine replacement TV stand legs for my LG TV, I thought when I ordered them I ordered a set of legs. I paid $32 including shipping and received one leg in the mail. To my surprise I called and said one leg? They replied to me they could not find the part number for the other leg that it doesn't exist and that they can't find any information on my television. When I requested a refund, it's funny how it was priced at $23.77 and nothing under $30 can be refunded! Total scam. They are rip offs! Don't buy from them!

Unreliable

Purchased part expecting it to be delivered on the date given. Could have purchased for free via Amazon receiving a day later, but I paid to have it the day I needed the part. The part is not being delivered on time. I'm going to use Amazon. More reliable and equal or less expensive.

From Great to Horrible

I needed a replacement knob for my cooktop I purchased from Best Buy. Best Buy provided details for the part I needed and directed me to GPR. I went online and place the order. The delivery was a day late, but not a big deal. The part I received was 1/2 the size of the knob I have on my cook top.

I sent an email asking about exchanging it with the correct part and to my very pleasant surprise I received an email stating it looked like I wanted to return something and the process started automatically. For that, I gave their automation a 5 star for sure. After that however, the experience with support was just annoying, frustrating and the people I interacted with seemed to copy and paste the same message and image! Almost as if they had all gone through some sort of brain conditioning with no ability for independent thinking.

They continued sending a picture of barcodes for a Whirlpool model asking me to find it inside the door or on the backside of the unit! Seriously? I had sent them the details from the purchase, images of the unit, model number and serial number but they kept asking me for the "whirlpool like" barcode with the same details! Well, the unit I received had no barcodes but it did have the serial number and model number on a plate on the bottom of the cook top which I had already provided albeit did not look like the "whirlpool" model with the barcodes.

Finally after more than 20 emails, they provided the correct part number and they did provide an RMA number with $5 restocking fee and stated that they would not be reimbursing the shipping fees. They told me it would be better for me to sell it on eBay! The knob was priced at $18 and change and about $9 for standard shipping!? I found the part on another site for $12 with $5.99 standard shipping.

We are not talking about a lot of money and had the experiencce been better with the robots asking about the same informaiton I had provided without the barcodes, I would have returned and purchased it from GPR, but never again.

I will let the readers decide for themselves, if they want to take a chance with these guys. But know that there are much better options and more economical available to you.

Met expectations!

Needed a microwave turntable plate because my son accidently broke ours. Quick and easy experience to shop the website. Found the exact replacement part. Not to expensive. Shipped directly to me and in a reasonable amount of time. Hopefully I don't need to do this again but if I do - this is exactly the site I'd shop at.

Terrible service

I have ordered my spare part on March 03,2021.
The item was wrong, therefore I have requested a replacement for the proper part that I had already purchased twice from them. After 29 e-mails, pictures they couldn't open, pdf files the couldn't read, yesterday (April 15...) they advised as follows" From the
Item's cost, we typically charge a $5 restocking fee on items priced
Under $100. In your scenario, supposing we charged you a $5 restocking
Fee, your refund total (tax included) would be about half of your
Initial investment; however, taking into account what you would spend
On shipping the item back to GRP, which we estimate to be what you
Paid for shipping, your refund would be offset to an approximate third
Of the initial cost.
We notice that most customers become very upset once they learn their
Return is a fragment of their initial investment by the time they
Receive their refund on purchases under $30. Many even say they wish
They would have gone another route by trying to resell the part on
EBay"

I would never buy anything anymore from this vendor.
