This company provided me with the correct part I needed at the best price I found online. Shipping was fast and secure. My new fridge needed an extra glass shelf and now I'm good to go with a shelf delivered quickly and intact.
They had the parts in stock, they shipped quick, and the parts arrived lightning fast. The parts were OEM and fit as they should. I would definitely order from again.

Prices are competitive, but don't order form this site if you are depending on their estimated deliveries. I was given same day shipping estimates from a warehouse a state away, but got next day shipping from a warehouse half the country away. All for a delay of 5 days. Last time I order from here. Only thing customer service was offering was a refund of 85 percent of the price of the part, if I paid for return shipping (in addition to the original shipping). On a 75 dollar part, that would be about a 30 dollar fee just to return it when all totalled. Ridiculous.
I ordered on July 21st - received email that it shipped - would receive on 27th - next email said I would received on 29th - checked tracking and it hasn't even left California yet on the 29th. Not happy at all. In 8 days my purchase hasn't even left the state, but I get an email asking for me to review my item.
Finally received it on August 4th in the worst condition I've ever seen a package. I did not even have to cut a piece of packing tape because there was nothing holding the package together.
How disrespectful! I spend my hard earned money on these products - pay a terrible amount for shipping - and this company doesn't even have the decency to pack the item so that it arrives at my home in good condition.
Unbelievable.

Website is manipulated to suit their magical policy which seems to just be a "get out of jail free card". Long story short, they don't accept any returns, nor will they help you even if the part you're trying to swap for the correct item is still in good condition. Policy is hidden behind a TLDR contract that basically tries to exempt themselves from providing customer solutions. A company that would rather change their website and on the fly than deal with providing good customer service or even consider a part (wouldn't even let me send it back for inspection) in good condition for an exchange is not worth your time. A "policy" is not a legally biding contract, customers will come back to companies that provide good service.
We ordered two parts, one for a dryer and one for the fridge. Neither was actually needed when the appliance repairman showed up. Without even opening our boxes/original shipment, we inquired about returning the parts and were told that if we pay to ship back to them, we would get a full refund. Once the refunds came they were significantly less when I called to find out why, they said they charge a restocking fee and SHIPPING FEE for the original shipment that was delivered to me. When I ordered the parts, the shipping was free. When I returned the parts, I had to pay for my own shipping to return the items. That's fine. But to charge me an additional shipping me for when you first delivered the product to me is ABSURD! You're already charging me a restocking fee that I was never told about when we inquired about the return. Unbelievable! Will never order from GRP again.
I did receive the part but it don't fit in my microwave even though that they say it does before I Purchase it, and i did not like the fact that I can not return it to get my refund back just because the price is under $30 so now I am stack with a part that I don't need.
Check your pricing on other sites. The Repair Clinic just saved me $20 over the price of an order
I had placed. GRP wanted to know why I needed the product sent to another address other than my billing address. How many times have you ever had someone question your intentions when placing an order, especially when you paid for the items? Nosey? Find better customer service with anyone else. Not Cody.
I was quoted a 2 day turn around for parts and paid extra for this service.
My shipment has been delayed, postponed and delayed again. I've only just now received a shipping confirmation which indicates that a label was generated today - well after this product was due to arrive.
My purchasing decision was made taking into account shipping speed and cost - I'd gladly pay more for something sooner. Despite a healthy ($30) markup, my product will arrive after even the most pessimistic quote on eBay. I paid significantly more and will end up waiting longer thanks to Genuine Replacement Parts. Next time, I'm choosing eBay.
Misleading retailer, disappointing service, poor customer relations (they quote policies and claim there's nothing else which can be done).
We keep our old Maytag fridge in the garage to minimize shopping. Two months ago it just stopped cooling. We were just going to junk it, and started shopping for a used one, but decided to research fixing this one.
We did some troubleshooting and found it might be the run capacitor. Ordered it from Genuine Replacement Parts for about $40 (including shipping).
We ordered it 5 days ago and got it yesterday. They had emailed a couple times for confirmation, and to let us know to contact them if we had questions about installation.
It worked! That saved us at least $250 for a used fridge.
It is not their fault that what I needed to replace is only marketed as part of a larger assembly.
Purchased the mini washer door because the hinge had been broken, So, the old one was already "off."
The new one came packed more safely than necessary (manufacturer's packaging in a larger box with air pillows). But, hey. It got here completely pristine. And, it was easy to install.
Also, I was much more comfortable knowing that I was purchasing OEM, and not aftermarket.
The only thing I had to do was insure that I was buying the part that actually needed to be replace.

The only thing that could have made the purchase better (easier) would be to have more images of the item, from different angle/sides. I couldn't see, for sure, that what was broken on what I had came as part of what I was buying.
Ordered a water line for a LG fridge. Right OD, wrong length, by 2". Customer service rep angie wants to argue with me about it. Your website needs to include dimensions. I might use them in the future. You have been warned.
Even though I sent them the exact model number of my stove, they sent me a part that did not work. The instructions indicated that a portion of the old part was to be combined with the new one. BUT, due to design changes, that was impossible. I did sent them photos indicating that the item was not appropriate.
They kept my money and the returned item!

I purchased in February a Whirlpool refrigerator from an appliance retailer. It arrived without one door basket and one shelf, which I was told were extras. I ordered them from Whirlpool and the door basket arrived in a few days. The shelf (a plain tempered glass shelf with plastic edge guards) was backordered for a month. It never arrived and every time I looked for 5 months it was further backordered. I finally cancelled the Whirlpool order and got it from you (your price was also less) and it came it two days.
I ordered a replacement board for my garage opener and when I was reading the description, I was making sure it would be compatible with my system. The product website shows enough detail to confirm that it will indeed work with my garage opener system. I placed an order and arrived extremely fast within the first expected time frame given to me. They have also reached out to make sure I received my product and it's working as expected. The item also comes with easy to follow instructions on installation if that is needed. If I have problems in the future with any parts for my system, this will be the first website I will check. I purchased a product based on a website listing. What came did not match what was listed. I sent images of both the listing and the product I received and explained the discrepancy. I asked for a refund and planned to send the item back.
My request was repeatedly ignored and instead I was told I am required to send more and more photos to document the problem.
This company is deceptive, does not provide customer assistance and should be avoided.
