I ordered the wrong item and shipped it back (with expensive postage) for a refund in the exact same condition it was sent to me and they claimed it was too damaged to give me a refund. There were small scratches around a screw hole. Make sure to take pictures of product when you open the box because they're refund policies are awful. Very disappointing and costly.
Company buys Google ads for part numbers that are not accurate (or even in the store) and will not accept returns of any kind if the part does not work if you open the box and attempt install. Very deceptive practice and components like this aren't like consumer electronics.
Will never use again and advise all to look elsewhere for businesses that have better policies for the customer so you aren't left with a part you cannot use and bought from deceptive marketing.
My refrigerator light burned out and I need a new one, after a search I found it here! I ordered it and it was shipped next day. Can't tell you how nice it is to see my food again!
Easy to use Home Depot no way. Was not sure I would get the right parts. Parts came correct and on time actually a day earlier. Good company fair prices and very happy, washer is running as new, for a 10 year old unit.
The web site is very responsive without any extra stuff to get in the way of the search. Ordering is direct and efficient. The delivery was on time as expected. When the part was received, there was a slight difference in fit with original part. Customer service was easy to get a live person who helped with arranging return, followed up with email message with clear instructions for the return.
The overall experience would be an ideal model for any public facing corporation. Too bad so many companies fall so far short of this model.

Don't believe them when they say 1 day shipping! We ordered on Saturday and the website said delivery would be 1 day, arriving Tuesday. I called on Tuesday afternoon and they told me it might be here Thursday. When I complained, they said "the system" misread the the location of the parts. They were rude, not helpful, and I can't return the items even though I will no longer need them Thursday because the repairman comes Wednesday because they don't accept return of individual items under $30, even though my total order was over $100. Total BS!
Genuine Replacement Parts had the parts I needed to fix a problem with the kitchen sink faucet. Genuine Replacement Parts' website gave me great confidence that they had the exact part I needed AND they did!
I ordered a suspension spring set for my stack unit washer/dryer. I am without a functional washing machine. The package arrived days late. It is not the correct part (looks like a pump housing or something). There is no phone number or email address to reach out to. There is only a chat with restricted hours. Those are the facts of my situation for your consideration. I am including a photo of the parts I ordered from their website, a photo of what I received, and two screenshots from emails that I have gotten. The screen shots have my personal information and order number blacked out.

There was a mix up with shipping address and it was such a hassle to fix it. The also charged me with additional fees just for a correction. I had the feeling that the person helping me disliked trying to make correction. Wish I had ordered with another company
Easy ordering process and prompt delivery of a quality part. I should have used this place first. I ordered a lesser expensive one from Amazon because I thought it would be easier and arrive faster, but it broke in less than a week. Don't make the same mistake I did, get your parts from here. The shipping is just as fast the part is OEM and quality.
Website was user-friendly. Easy to find the part matching number on my broken part. Quick install and working perfectly. Delay in delivery was not fault of GRP as tracking showed delay was from CT to my home. This is the 4th part I've ordered for different issues with appliances and all have continued to work reliably. I confirmed this was the case and they referenced some fine print on their website and denied the return. Will never shop with GRP again.
Had a problem of a persistent leak under the washing machine. Cleaned the drain holes in the door seal which helped the problem but did not completely cure it. Watched a few videos in YouTube to get an idea of what the door seal replacement involved. None exactly matched my washer. The replacement was fairly straight forward, except I have a stacking washer and dryer. The only tricky part was replacing the outer spring clamp securing the seal. The videos recommended buying special pliers to expand the spring. In my case the spring was longer than the maximum opening of the pliers. I was unable to put it back in place by myself. Once I enlisted the help of my neighbor, four hand got the clamp in place immediately.
The new seal was noticeably more pliable than the old one. There we no noticeable defects in the old seal, I guess with age (+/- 15 years) the rubber hardens and starts to leak.
Clothes dryer had been noisy for some time before it stopped spinning altogether. Expected a broken belt, but found it needed a tension roller. GRP showed me which one matched my model number and had helpful video on installation. I had my dryer up and running again in less than a week.
Ordered a part, confirming on the phone, then received the wrong needed part. They refused any responsibly so I was told full refund if I in original box and not used. It cost me $45 just send it back which I did in two days. It then took them over 30 days to refund me, and then shorted me $17 for my refund. When I called her email, nobody returned your call or email and the customer service is horrible horrible.!
After receiving a temperature sensor for my refrigerator from Genuine Replacement Parts I found the connector was wrong for my fridge. I have since found that there were two temp sensors listed and I ordered the wrong one. The part I ordered cost $21 plus some change. In my attempt to send the wrong part back I found from one of their representatives that their return policy was clear that they do not allow returns on items costing less than $30. That information is not shown in their Terms & Conditions page which pops up in the ordering process. To find that limitation one needs to click on a different page reflecting the details of their return policy.
I do not know if they are above board on other aspects of their business. I am not willing to find out.
We are performing a upgrade of our kitchen and don't plan to replace all of the appliances. The refrigerator and range will be costly enough. I found that the dishwasher front panel and handle could be replaced easily with stainless steel. I found Genuine Replacement Parts on the internet and purchased the parts. Saved hundreds of dollars by not replacing the dishwasher. The site seems to have replacement parts for all appliances and it's easy and quick to use. Wish I found it sooner. Definitely recommended.
I am a disabled vet on a fixed income and found genuine and research on how to repair my washer. Entered in the model number and the part I needed came up so I ordered it. It's a control panel and literally plugs into the washer. Not even "installed". Come to find out after emailing customer service, it was the wrong part, which they are not responsible for and must not be responsible for their website bringing up the wrong part as well. After several emails, they will NOT take the part back and refund me my $220.56. Washer is not fixed and I'm out $220.56 when I had faith in getting the correct part from their website.
They wouldn't even do 1/2 a refund or anything. I don't think this is very good customer service or return policy for a business taking advantage of a disabled vet on a fixed income. Must not be an American company.
This item fits perfectly for my oven. Good packaging and the shipping was fast... Price is high for just 1 piece, in my opinion, but the quality is very good, cant tell its a replacement knob and not the original. Will definitely shop again for future needs.
