I ordered three parts, and received two that were wrong. I sent photos clearly showing the error but they insisted they shipped the right parts. I had to pay $19.00 shipping to get a refund on their mistake. Never again.
My order of microwave parts arrived faster than I expected, and in mint condition. It would've arrived even sooner had FedEx made deliveries to our area on the weekends. Expect me to order from GRP for future purchases.

My shipment has been delayed, postponed and delayed again. I've only just now received a shipping confirmation which indicates that a label was generated today - well after this product was due to arrive.
My purchasing decision was made taking into account shipping speed and cost - I'd gladly pay more for something sooner. Despite a healthy ($30) markup, my product will arrive after even the most pessimistic quote on eBay. I paid significantly more and will end up waiting longer thanks to Genuine Replacement Parts. Next time, I'm choosing eBay.
Misleading retailer, disappointing service, poor customer relations (they quote policies and claim there's nothing else which can be done).
My package was lost. I finally got through to GRP and the girl says that it's between me and UPS. That's just crap. I choose them because they offered the fastest shipping. I didn't choose how it was shipped. ( They Did) We are also business owners. If this type of thing happens. We reship no questions asked after verifying the shipment is lost. They should be taking this up with UPS and getting there customers part out ASAP. Obviously not a legit company. From all the negative post I have read. Sounds like the can't even afford return shipping if they send you the wrong part.
Very pleased with product (refrigerator door shelf) and quick delivery. The part was delivered three days earlier than expected, which was very helpful. Would definitely order from Genuine Replacement Parts again.
Order was shipped quickly, though unfortunately was slower than first indicated. When your fridge isn't working every day seems like forever! The part arrived well packed, and works great. So nice to have a cold fridge again! With the help of a YouTube video I was able to do the replacement myself with little difficulty.
They have great price but not much option to choose delivery. They only have Fedex. I rather choose UPS next time. The Fedex delivery individual did not get out of the truck and drop the package. He sat in the truck and look at me while I was at the gate waiting for him. I had a note on the gate to toss it over, but he did not do so. I don't know why Fedex hire that moron.
The Customer Service Department was absolutely fantastic! They verified this was the replacement part I needed down to the color. My new dishwasher got scratched up on accident and now it looks brand new again. It only took about 30 minutes to replace. Thanks to everyone at GRP! You saved the day!
Ordered freezer thermostat friday afternoon and it arrived sunday morning!
Total price with "free" two-day shipping was actually a few dollars less than competitors with supposedly cheaper prices when their extra cost for two-day shipping was added in
Speed was of the essence in this case since i had to jump the inoperative freezer thermostat and manually manage the temperature by tweaking multiple on-off settings of a mechanical timer until the thermostat arrived...
My grandson found out my soap dispenser had broken on the dishwasher. He said, "Oh, Yaya, I can fix that for you. That's not an unusual thing. Let me get the model!" He went with my phone flashlight and did so. He told me to order it right away so he could install it before he returned to school the next week. I ordered and kept fingers crossed. THANK YOU FOR QUICK SERVICE! I would order from you again! Not only did it arrive quickly, but he exclaimed, "yep, it's the exact one we need!" He got the 15 torque driver and went to work, separating the door, disconnecting the circuits and prying the clips. 45 min later it was in and put back together! Now, the clincher… my grandson is EIGHT, he is daunted by nothing!
I ordered a simple dryer belt and paid the higher cost they charge here because the order process indicated it would arrive the next day. My other option was to pay significantly less but wait an additional four days for the part to arrive. Once GRP processes my order they tell me it's delayed for four days and won't let me cancel the order because "the order was processed for shipping, once this happens, the order can not be stopped". Not that the order was shipped, it was "processed". I gave them an extra star because they were quick to get back to me when they told me too bad, sell it on ebay.
Delivery was prompt. Maybe I didn't read closely, but the replacement part doesn't include the buttons or the chrome colored plastic pull handle. Glad I didn't toss the old one that had completely pulled off from the washer.
Finally, I continue to be amazed at the cost of replacement parts. I guess it's market factors. I just hope the washer lasts long enough to justify the expense.
Ordered a water line for a LG fridge. Right OD, wrong length, by 2". Customer service rep angie wants to argue with me about it. Your website needs to include dimensions. I might use them in the future. You have been warned.
Parts arrived quickly and in good protective packaging with some pretty clear marking as to which side is "up"; which was ignored. After 4 days the gaskets have not yet recovered their shape so I will try the gentle heating method prior to installation (its included in the directions, I'd just prefer to be gentle with these parts.)
I am satisfied with my order. It arrived in a timely manner and was the correct item. The only complaint I do have is I had to contact customer service to get my tracking info. That should be automatically sent out as soon as an item or items ship. But besides that no issues.
Prices are competitive, but don't order form this site if you are depending on their estimated deliveries. I was given same day shipping estimates from a warehouse a state away, but got next day shipping from a warehouse half the country away. All for a delay of 5 days. Last time I order from here. Only thing customer service was offering was a refund of 85 percent of the price of the part, if I paid for return shipping (in addition to the original shipping). On a 75 dollar part, that would be about a 30 dollar fee just to return it when all totalled. Ridiculous.

The package I received from GRP had 2 bags, 1 for the Strike and 1 for the catch, the strike bag was open and empty! I need to have the strike resent to me so I can fix my Maytag dryer.
