Ordering was fine, delivery acceptable but I didn't realize they had a no return policy. I was very surprised when I tried to return it because I actually had a different issue with the oven and I didn't need this part. In past experience with other sites there was always an easy return process if the part was not right. It's so common I didn't think to check (my bad!).
