Works as it should
Online ordering was fast and easy. The part I ordered does not seem to be working properly. It is a timer for a Whirlpool washing machine. I had replaced that same part 7 years ago and it worked fine until now, so I ordered the exact same part number from you. The one you sent, same part number, is not working like it should. The machine goes into a rinse for a brief time then stops for at least 5 minutes before doing the same thing again, over and over, like it's stuck in that setting. I've given up fooling with it and ordered a new washer.

I ordered the wrong part for my dishwasher and the return was easy. I reordered the correct part (lower rack) and it came within a week! It fit perfectly. Very pleased with your company and the service I received.

Only slight complaint is that it took a few days longer than expected to arrive and the tracking of its status was not very good. Not a big deal overall and part works well.

I got the part I requested for the price I paid.
Overall, the experience was positive. It was easy to order, the order arrived in a timely matter and the product was what I ordered. However, the product was not quite an exact fit but I was able to make it work. This is not the fault of Genuine Replacement Parts, but rather just a lack of having the original KitchenAid part from the manufacturer. The part has been redesigned and replaced with a Whirlpool part (from the same parent company).

Part received was just what I needed. Only downside to the experience was that it came a day later than originally promised. But that was probably due to high COVID-19 demands on the courier system, so somewhat understandable.
