I got what I ordered within estimated delivery time, even though they had some problems with their shipping agent. European warehouses is a big advantage. No hassle with taxes and quick delivery.
Avoid this company. I returned a phone as per their instructions. They received it in December and by March they have still not refunded my money and are not responding to emails.
I wasted a lot of money buiyng from them!
I bought 3 levono hw01, not a good product.
Anyway, the price was not the best but they promise fast shipping.
The proble is that most of the time you have to pay customs taxes, so it's very bad affair. At last I paid 120 euro for 3 items I could pay somewhere else less then 60 euro. And I asked If I could refuse the item, But I hade to pay a lot of money to send them back. Never had such a bad experience!

Very helpful and polite customer service, however when you ask about shipping they tell you a different story. 16 days since order and no product shipped.
I placed an order 9 days ago. The site said that processing time would be 1-2 business days, I have yet to receive any communication on my order. I have sent emails with no reply. The site says my order is still processing. I find it poor customer service for a company to not provide any communication, especially around Christmas time. When someone does finally respond i will probably cancel my order.
Update: So after my 4th email and posting a review geekbuying finally responded with a confirmation email saying my order had shipped... however... they sent me a fake tracking number. *******835 is supposed to be my DHL tracking number.
Update: it's been 6 days since my last update. The "tracking number" has still not updated. I'm convinced that it's not real. The one and only response i got from geekbuying, after i posted this review, has been absolutely no help. I still don't know where my package is.
Update: About 6 days ago they contacted me and said that the fake "package" was accidentally sent to the wrong address, go figure. They finally sent another tracking number and actually sent my purchase. After 21 days i finally got my purchase that I was supposed to get in 10 days. If companies are just honest with the customer it would save a lot of frustration.
This is the 2nd time I made a purchase at Geekbuying.com and I recommend it as a trustworthy website due to my experience with it:
1) I purchased a Xiaomi powerbank from Geekbuying after a purchase from another website proved to be a fake. Geekbuying powerbank proved to be genuine.
2) I purchased a case for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, which did not arrive by mail for 2 months. Geekbuying gave me a refund for it.
Therefore, I recommend this website.
You can do a "good" business with a lot of companies out there. You order a product, pay and they deliver in a somewhat acceptable timeframe and you´re happy. Everyone can do that. But you only realize if you chose a good business partner when problems come up and when they are handled quick, professional and with the customer in mind. And this is exactly what happened here. A product I ordered failed to work after some time and the only thing that was needed to get help was to write an E-Mail. I got a very quick response with 2 options (refund or a new one) and my problem was solved.
No more questions asked, questioning if you´re right or wrong or something else which is just building up tension. Just help at the right moment when I, as a customer was sad that a product I bought failed (which geekbuying has really nothing to do, they did not "produce" the product).
That´s when you realize you found a good business partner. Solving problems is sometimes hard and in terms of revenue not positive for the company, but in the end it pays out. And I´ll order again, that´s for sure:-)
I purchased an Amazfit Stratos smartwatch after 8 months after the black shining color is coming out. Its fake watch please don't waste your money $160 you could get the better watch I made mistake for buying this a chinse fake watch from Geekbuy

I had an item which started to act strange and eventually broke down after a few weeks of use and I got fully reimbursed after 2 e-mails. I was very happy with the customer service.

Geekbuying did not honor the negotiation, more than two months waiting to receive a smartphone, I paid for the BR priority line freight, I also paid the shipping insurance, I asked to review the invoice to avoid customs problems, they ignored and sent an invoice with the information wrong, value and description does not match the device I bought, do not assume they made a mistake, say I do not want to pay for the fees, the device has stopped since 12/26/2018 at customs due to documentation, geekbuying only knows how to ask for it I wait and that the responsibility is not theirs, lack respect, lack to be honest with the client, it is not fair that they ignored my request for reviewing the documentation and now they leave me without the device for which I paid, I am waiting two months and nothing, Excuse me, I want the handset I paid for or my money back. At the time of purchase they fill people with guarantees, but when a problem arises they ignore the customer, shameful.
