My Chuwi stylus suddenly stop working after a few weeks... I reported it to Geekbuying customer support, also including a short video showing the problem. They took action and shipped a new stylus to me. Right now, I am a very happy customer, using the new stylus on my tablet.:-)

GeekBuying are an absolutely amazing business. I ordered a Leagoo Lead 7, and it was here in three days (Ordered on Friday, got in on Monday morning, through TNT). Dora was exceptionally helpful and was patient and responsive to my thousand and five questions about the phone, shipment and changes. After ordering the phone i realized i wanted to add a case for it, and they created a special link just for my case, which was shipped in the package at no additional charge. I have to say, it was overall some of the best service I have ever received, and I cannot wait to purchase more products from them.
Teclast x98 plus 2 tablet pc with good features. Optionally a linux ubuntu or mint operating system would be desirable. Delivery took its time, but was fine. Key for win 10 was not valid. It was sent in a day but a new, very good. All best, gladly I buy here again.

I ordered a Mele F10 Air Mouse from, Geekbuying.com, which arrived promptly. I wasn't as diligent as I should have been about checking its performance, and the time limit for returns and refunds had passed when I discovered some anomalies with the keyboard. But even though the time limit had expired, they offered a substantial refund on the purchase. I'll be ordering a replacement from them in the next day or so. Also, contrary to some of the other reviews, my e-mail messages were answered promptly and responsively.
Only after 1 week that i have payed and after open a claim in PayPal i have knew it that i have to pay more 28.32 Euros what was not contracted.

2 DAY shipping is a load of B... S... Placed order on july17/17 received email the next day saying it was shipped. It then took 10 days to access the tracking. When tracking finally works it shows it was sent for shipping on July 25/ 17... 8 days later it is finally in the hands of the shipper as of July 26 it is still in China

I bought an item that was around 7 dollars and found out I didn't need it anymore after it got sent. I tried to contact company to return the item only to be told it would have to be sent back to where it came from in Singapore and I would have to pay for the shipping back which would cost me double the amount I paid for it. Never had this problem with any other online market. Hopefully will never have a need to buy from this place again. Also didn't care for the subtle cheeky response I got from customer service when I told them I didn't want the item.
Note in response to the response from GeekBuying: This was a quote from the last email you sent: If there has no problem we can not pay you the return shipping fee, also we can not give you the pre-paid labels.
So, yeah, giving you my order number isn't going to change what you said in response. You stated you wouldn't pay for the shipping back as I stated in my original review.

Had the misfortune of ordering from Geekbuying. Product that became faulty after 6 months and Geekbuying did everything in their power to weasel out of responsibility, including:
- Stating that the fault was not covered by their "guarantee"
- Offering a measly 50 Euro towards a repair
- Insisting I ship the product back to their China warehouse at my own expense
- Insisting I had to ship to their Hong Kong warehouse at my own expense when Chinese customs rejected the item
Eventually got 70% refund after 8 months and 80+ messages back and fourth with Geekbuying "support".

Just want to say that Elaine from ''geek-buying'' customer service was in patient with timely reply by considering overseas customer. In my case becuase of defetced item elaine give me her best service.
I ordered a drone via geekbuying and trust me, it is the worst purchase I have ever made.
I received wrong tracking details, I had to raise several tickets to get a response. Misleading and contradictory information withing the responses and forget about trying to contact them on the phone, they have the most useless, expensive and unexisting customer service over the phone. You will be listening music for hours and suddently they hang-up the call without responding.
Once the parcel was received, the drone was received broken and at the moment I am in the process of raising a formal complain.
Please stay away from this company.

This is the suggested E-Shop site from Smartphone manufacturer Ulefone (http :// ulefone.com/ buy. Html).
Obviously online scam/fraud from Ulefone and Geekbuying to steal customer's money.
They took money (order No. *******) for Ulefone Smartphone and now both playing stupid.
I have sent tons of e-mails to both and nobody is answering.
Even the order vanished and I can't get the status or cancel and request the money back.

The UV vacuum cleaner stopped working under the warranty period. This was covered by the warranty and repaired. They sent a video showing it working. I noticed a detail that have to be fixed in that video, notified them, and it was also fixed. So, a very good experience. On the other hand, following the Geekbuying conditions, I had to pay the shipment to the repairment center (the return was covered by them). I think that the brand should also cover this shipment.

Have bought a few items from Geekbuying as they are cheap, however my last order went missing from my doorstep. DHL agreed to a claim but this had to be done by geekbuying so I emailed them asking them to do so. Over a month I had emails to and from Geekbuying but all they kept saying was for me to go to my local post office and start a claim? Why? That's not DHL, all they had to do was call/email DHL and they would get the info they needed.
I then filed a PayPal claim and to my amasment PayPal sided with them?
So a parcel never made it to me, I'm out of pocket yet PayPal and geekbuying won't help. What can I do now? Nothing but will be sure to never use geekbuying again this for sure.

I had bought a mini-pc recently. Upon receiving I faced some issue with its power adopter. The matter was raised Aftersales Customer Service Representative Ms Elaine. She was prompt is resolving the issue. It was Customer Delight service.

I bought a few products two weeks ago with DHL Express for fast delivery I was told it's in stock after numerous chats they sent part of the parcel today with DHL economy which means it will take another ten working days and I paid extra for DHL Express. I also told them to refund me if it will take more then seven working days which they wouldn't. Do not buy from this site!
