I ordered a gift that was supposed to be delivered before the holidays. It arrived several weeks late. Come to find out, i was charged 2 times for a "membership" I did not authorize for $19.99 the past 2 months. I am in the process of trying to get a refund by disputing these bogus charges. Stay away from this company, It is a scam.

This company is a total sham! It took a month to receive my order and then, when I tried to return it, they provided a false address so that the item was returned to me. Watch out for their offer of $5 off, or some similar deal, it comes with a monthly recurring $14.99 charge for who knows what? Their site contains only glowing reviews that I believe are bogus as non-affiliated sites all contain mostly disparaging reviews. Keep far away from these shysters unless you want months of headaches!
Love my cushion. I got the brown fabric which is a lovely warm color. The cushion is comfy, well made, makes me sit up nice and tall and looks good on my chair. The clever fastener to fold for carrying is great. Delivery was a bit slow, but customer service was great. I definitely recommend this cushion and I have tried many kinds due to my injuries.

The only emails I received from them are telling me of more products. They took my money. Every email requesting information gets the same form email back. $20USD might not be a lot for some but it is for me.

It's been over two weeks and all I've received is the liners - not the footbath or tub. The customer service is less than worthless. They tried to tell me they can't refund my money because it's shipped already but when I yelled at this dumb woman multiple times for the tracking number I found out that it hasn't shipped at all!
I ordered a product that I actually did receive but months later I looked at my PayPal account and I see a charge for $19.99 that happened for many months. I researched it and found out this company has been charging me to be a "member". Chatted with them and they basically said sorry for your luck.

I bought the foot bath and I got all that I ordered and then some. Paid with my credit card and nothing was said to me about joining a golden club, well they will charge you a monthly charge of 15.99 just to have it. So buyers beware they will charge your credit card or what ever you pay with and not tell you. I will never buy from this company again as it is a fraud! I gave them 1 star and that is to many.

Don't use this company. They claim to be based in Arizona, but merchandise is shipped from China. They state they ship in 1-2 days; my order was shipped in 16 days. It arrived in 24 days. It did not work. They requested a picture, then a video. Said they'd send a replacement. Then they suggested the things to try that are not in the directions. Nothing worked! No replacement ever sent. No refund! AND, beware of the monthly "membership fee" that they claim you signed up for, even though you didn't. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

They say the company is located in Arizona but all the products are shipped from China. You will not receive your order (if you ever do) until at least three months post purchase with no updates.
They proclaim you get a free month of their membership with your purchase, this is a lie they instantly charge you for it.
You receive a monthly membership fee through your card. I couldn't even log into my account to cancel because it didn't exist.
If you order from here instantly cancel your card before the payment goes through. It's the best bet instead of trying to negotiate with the banks for your money back.

Order a water proof canopy based upon a picture showing frame and canopy. Only received a canopy and no frame. Was told by customer service that they do not sell a frame. I was told I had to pay to return the product and based upon their website, If I don't get a refund in 90 days, i would be receiving one. No integrity, an DO NO order any product from Gear Elevation.

Company Gear Elevation If I could put a negative number I would I've been trying to get this product the ion detox tub for over a year started in March of 2020 they can't refund my money they or won't. I have 57 emails back and forth with this company The last transaction was to tell me that they can't refund the money The one before that was to tell me that the replacement has been lost. I thought I could charge my device for 6 hours then unplug it and turn power button on. Power button does not turn on unless you keep it plug. You can't walk around with it on because you can't charge it. The by too short to wrap around your belly. Oh they char you a monthly that they don't tell you until after tou purchase the device. So tell your bank and change your bank account number. They be lying. I hope God curse their business for lying to many customers who are upset with their service. God help us please.

Not only was I unsatisfied with the product I ordered but apparently I automatically signed up for some VIP membership that was NOT mentioned anywhere! I ordered what I thought was three witches as shown in the picture. It took weeks to receive and when I finally did receive it I was surprised to see it was only one witch. I emailed them and never received a response so I paid $35 for one! Since then I hasn't been charged $19.99 twice! I finally called and found out that when I ordered it signed me up for some BS membership. They refused to refund both so at the end of the day I paid $55 for one stupid witch! Awful company!

Gear Elevation is also know as Energy Commerce Elevation. We attempted to place an order for a foot bath. When we tried to pay, our card flagged the order as fraud and we refused to pay. The company placed the order anyways. They also put you an recurring membership without your knowledge. A week later the foot bath arrives. We tried to dispute the order and asked for a return label which they ignored. They are sneaky and deceptive. They charge you for stuff you don't order. They put you on a recurring membership without telling you. And when you ask them to pay for shipping back because they sent you something you didn't ask for, they ignore you completely. I let my credit card company know and cancelled that credit card. I can almost guarantee you if they had my credit card, they'd reactivate that recurring membership.

This site is straight-up fraudulent. I made the mistake of using a debit card to purchase a product from their site, which turned out to be a Chinese piece of junk, and then they started submitting charges against my card a month later. When I confronted them about the fraudulent activity, they tried to pretend like they paid for some kind of phony service with recurring charges, lol. I filed a report with the FBI, FTC, and BBB. Don't give these thieves your credit card.

After waiting on my order for more than the estimated time they gave me they delivered my order to the wrong address. I called and emailed customer service so many times for this not to happen and the worst is that they confirmed that they changed the shipping address until I got a delivery confirmation from UPS and they delivered to the wrong address. I contact customer service and they say that before UPS Re-Deliver they need to do some investigation first. I am still waiting for my package to be delivered to me.
