Do not rely on this company to get order to your residence on time. Certainly spending $268.12 on a birthday present that has not arrived on time is not acceptable.

A small drone was purchased from them for a grandson. They started charging my account for fictitious membership that was totally unknown to me. Even when I discovered this recurring charge, they refused to reverse the charges except the last charge. This is scamming company. Buyers beware.

I called customer service and they said that I had to call them before I sent the product back. I looked on the wesite again and NOWHERE does it say that. I sent it back and sent them a photo of the package and tracking number. Exactly what the RETURNs page says to do. They are suggesting that they are not going to return my money. I've been emailing for days and they interpret my emails as if the product has not shown up. I'm completely confused and disappointed with this company.

While the product ordered was as expected, I was hit with a $19.99 'subscription' fee. This was never authorized and I am disputing the charge with PayPal as well as 'Energy Commerce Elevation LLC'. Fraud, for certain. The 'commerce elevation' is theft, pure and simple.

My ion foot bath was sent by slow boat from China. The instruction leaflet is incomplete and was written by someone whose 1st language is not English. When I called to ask about the salt to water ratio (not in the "manual") and about the alarm constantly going off no matter what amount of salt I used, it was obvious the rep was not a native English speaker, no help and constantly apologizing before I was cut off. 2nd call no better. Told I would receive instructions by email in 24 to 48 hours. Product not operable out of the box, customer service a sick joke. But hey! I was given Gold membership status to buy more of their junk. Literally JUNK. This company does not specialize in the health device they sell, but you can waste more money buying stuff like an LED rose bouquet or a beard shaving apron. (I am not making this up.) JUST STAY AWAY FROM GEAR ELEVATION!

This water bottle is beautiful! The amethyst crystal is large! The bottle is sleek, and the sleeve is a nice touch. The bottle did arrive with a slight defect in the way the screw-on bottom was threaded, which caused it to leak a bit when drinking out of it, but I reached out to their customer service and they responded immediately, and a replacement bottle is on the way. Excellent customer service - I will purchase from this company again for sure.

I order this on Jan 5th and still have not received a tracking number or anything from this company only the purchase number. I've emailed them a dozen times and you always get a fast response in your email claiming they'll get back to you in one business day but they don't and its now the 23rd of Jan. On December 10th, I ordered an iPhone AirPod case. I was charged $20.25. I never received it. I called to confirm my address, which was correct, and ask why I had not received the product. They had no answer for me, cancelled my order, and placed it again on January 10th. I did not receive my $20.25 back. When they re-placed the order, they charged me for VIP Membership, which I did not consent to or sign up for. They charged me $14.99. I have called to get a refund for both charges and to cancel my order. They will not refund either charges and I still have not received the product I paid for. My order has been cancelled. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Now luckily, my bank declared it as fraudulent behavior and refunded both charges. Do not trust this company, they are scammers.

I would have hit zero stars if I could have! BEWARE! I have been given the run around about my order on December 22,2022. I could have had my order before Christmas if I had gone another route! (AMAZON)! Customer service NEVER personally responds! The chat people try to help, but they are WAITING for a response also! I was told that my order had been processed, the next day they said it hadn't. NOW I am afraid I may have hit some small stupid button that enrolls me in some kind of membership! Some of these reviews are right on target! All of this is over a set of salt and pepper grinders! There has been an awful experience!

I ordered a heavy-duty apron as a gift and gave the shipping address and, of course, listed my own address as the billing address. Instead, they listed the shipping address for both, and when I inquired, I received several emails from customer service saying they were preparing "a response." One of the messages inquired whether I wanted this product at a 10% discount. When I clicked yes, they issued a second order instead of applying the discount to my first order. After several more efforts with email and messaging, I finally found a customer service. The woman said that the company could not intervene in the shipping process, and the person who receives the two packages may return one. Blah, blah, blah. When I asked for a refund, she told me she could offer a 25% refund. When I refused that option, she then offered 50%. I could have stayed on line and haggled, but I consider it a lesson learned. Check the reviews of companies. This one is NOT GOOD. It is NOT RECOMMENDED by the Better Business Bureau, and it's certainly not recommended by me. Darn.

Bought their Ion Detox Foot Bath, tried it once with my feet in it, then again with distilled water and no feet. Results of both tries were identical. Water turned brown from the metal electrode, not from any "toxins" exiting my body from my feet. They then spewed additional BS trying to say it was working, that the color change was normal even without my feet in the bath! It took over 2 months to come from China (even though their advertisement said it ships from US) then they offered to refund if I ship it back to an address in Phoenix. Well, I live in Phoenix and I DROVE to the address, only to find out IT DOESN'T EXIST! After more than four months and a lot of paperwork, I finally got my money from my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AND PRODUCT!
