This is a foreign company that steals from you. I bought an item that was a piece if junk. Tried to return it an ended up taking 50% back to to the outrageous cost of returning it and then found that they have been charging me $69.99 for a subscription fee that I never agreed to and they ae reusing to refund me.

I ordered over a $100 worth of items, not only did they not get it to me they also gave me vague answers when I called about where my package was. My package was apparently "in transit" for 2 weeks and when I ask where it was exactly they said it was in Chicago then send me a tracking link that says it is in Colorado. They would also say to just wait another week when I asked for a refund to the point I had to argue for a refund, even then they tried to make me wait another week and silently say "or 2". The company has no clue what they are doing and customer service just says whatever they can to get you to shut up and let it go.

This place is a scam. Ordered 2-3 weeks ahead of time for a Christmas gift and they came 2 weeks late. Then today they just charged me $80 for I have no idea what for but it wasn't a purchase that i authorized and not only that I called my bank and they're saying they locked it because of too many failed entries. I ordered a very inexpensive item from them it took 15 days to get a shipping update when I finally got an update I noticed it was going to the wrong address I emailed the company they said there was nothing they could do I asked for a refund they denied me. So I had to go through PayPal to get a refund they told PayPal it was delivered but left out it was delivered to the wrong address. Next thing I know I have an unauthorized charge on my bank account from them now I have to wait for some investigation to get my money back. It was a horrible experience and I don't recommend them to anybody. When I wrote a review on their website of what happened they took it down

This is a total scam. I place an order on Dec 2 it took almost a month before I received it. Then 1 month later they charged my account $79.99 for some reward program that I never agreed to. I ordered what was supposed to be a posable life size Halloween skeleton. I viewed pics taken by previous buyers. I received mine. It could fit in the palm of my hand. Yes I got fooled. Shame on me! I honestly don't even recall what I purchased - but what I do know is I did not sign up for a membership for $69.99 a month. Called them immediately - asked her what that was for - she said: "You get 10% of all items and free shipping for 3 months." I told her she has about 1 minute to reverse that charge or will call my bank and do it that hard way. She "cancelled my subscription" - what a fricken joke. I asked her how many thousands of calls she gets a day of people pissed that they're scamming them and signing up for a bull$#*! subscription - she couldn't answer... Poor woman - think how many calls she gets in a day with people like me...

I purchased a single item to the value of $18 in May then in June there was an unauthorised debit of my credit card for $94 from this company. It appears they sign you up to a subscription service with no contract or authority from you. The website shopping cart at checkout doesn't alert you to a subscription charge, it doesn't identify the subscription frequency or amount. The company behind the scam "Energy Commerce Elevation LCC" is dealing in deceptive & fraudulent behaviour.
