I ordered a customized friend/sister mug. I didn't see what I wanted at first on their website so I asked them for what I wanted. They immediately sent me the design and it was perfect. Exactly what I wanted and my friend loved it. Would buy from again!

I was very excited after I ordered this mug for my best friends birthday, never excited about giving a coffee mug before. I received it, it was in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted. I ordered the larger of the two sizes and was very pleased. I want one for myself now. I had a very pleasant experience.

The greatest mug! I bought my husband the dog dad mug after seeing it online. After I ordered, I had a question, wanting to make sure that the dog's name would be spelled correctly. I got an immediate response from customer service, assuring me that the correct spelling was used. My husband was thrilled with the mug, and everyone who sees it asks where we got it. My daughter loves sugar skulls so when i saw the sugar skull laser etched pendant on my FB feed, I had to order it. It made a great Christmas gift and she wears it often. I was pleased with the shipping and packaging. I would order from GearBubble again.
