Generic replies to emails. Delivery time was stated for 7-10 days. So once 10 days hit I sent an email in and it took 4 days to get the reply and the reply was to the nature of "give is up to 7 days to resolve this". All in the meantime I didn't get my V day gift. I then went back to the website and the delivery time was 4-6 days, wow! How is it that quoted ship times went down when there are 1000's on back order? Worst customer service ever. Product was not as shown on the website. I paid $35 for something I could have got on ebay for $10. Its was a printed picture, not even that good of resolution and coasted with clear. Cheap POS. I asked for a partial refund initially due to "wasting my time" and got ignored. Here are the emails...

Another week just for an update? Thats absurd! So I will be getting an update 9 days after I was to get my order? WOW! You totally screwed up on this one. How are you even to remain in business with all this deceit and unauthentic replies?!?
The only way you can make this right is to give me half my money back for my lost time and for sending it at your leisure and not as advertised!

When I placed this order, the website specifically said 7-10 for delivery and today is day 7 with a message on you order tracking that states Your order is being processed. What does this mean? Will I revieve my order in the quoted 10 days? And now your sales site say specificly You will revieve your order within 4-7 business days. Its different.
So when will I get my order?
