I'm not thrilled by the prices, but small batch products are like that. Pretty straightforward; I ordered, was told how long it would take, it arrived a few days earlier than expected, and was what I wanted. End of story:-)

Product quality

I have purchased a couple of necklaces from GearBubble. They are so wonderful not just to look at, but are made well and can be worn anywhere anytime without worry of losing them. I don't feel that way about many. Most I change the chain so I know it won't break. I haven't had to do this with these. Thank you for good quality at reasonable prices.

I ordered a pendant necklace from them on 3 Feb for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. It finally arrived on 26 Feb well after Valentine's day. Well what actually arrived could've been found in one of those plastic bubble vending machines found in grocery stores that kids are always asking to put quarters into. I'd certainly have rather paid 50 cents instead of 40 bucks for this worthless disappointment they mailed me. In retrospect however, after a couple of emails insulting the support team (since they can't be reached by phone), their incompetence has made for a really unforgettable Valentine's day for us and one in which we'll be laughing about for years to come. My actual rating would be a negative integer they definitely do not deserve a single solitary star

I ordered a BFF mug for my best friends birthday and GearBubble sent it to her directly. It was on time and packaged excellent. I had some questions which I emailed to GearBubble and they answered me promptly with the answer. Very please with their products and customer service... Don't believe all these negative complaints whoever wrote them should be ashamed of themselves.

Avoid this company!

Ordered a personalized mug and it arrived chipped! Sent them a pic of their defective merchandise and all the company would say is "We'll look into it!" This was weeks ago and no further response from them. Wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money!

Pillowcases

First of all you don't make it easy to leave a review! You send me an email and ask for my opinion with no easy way of doing that. Your website said I would receive my item within in 4-6 days, it took 18. So the pillow cases I ordered for my grand daughters' birthdays didn't arrive until a week after their birthdays, very disappointing. I only ordered 2 pillowcases, I received 4.2 were correct and 2 said meme instead of nana. You must of sent me someone else's order by sides mine. What should I do with them?

Utter rubbish.

I bought a colour changing mug which did what it said but was really say over priced. I also bought two necklaces, one for each of my daughter's for about £28 each. The quality is appalling, cheap metal, cheap metal chain, utter rubbish for the price. I shall be making every effort to get all my money back, at their expense of course if they need them back. Total scam. Do not buy anything at all from this firm.

My son is a chemist, so I get him all the chemistry/scientist related t-shirts. He gets so many compliments at work when he wears them. Even the big-wigs come down out of their ivory tower to check out his shirts, they love them. They've changed to dress code to include science only themed t-shirt (the only others that are allowed are sports ones on days of playoffs) We've started a new trend in his building with GearBubbles unique science t-shirts! Thanks gearbubble!

Cat Dad loves his mug!

Your company was excellent to deal with! Not only did you start on my customized mug, as soon as I placed my order, you kept me informed of its progress, step by step. Your estimated delivery date was the day after Christmas, so I was thrilled when it arrive 2 days BEFORE the holiday. Our son loves his tribute to Cynthia' mug! It's exactly what I expected (based on your online photo) at an affordable price. I hope it lasts and is enjoyed for years.

No Issues with purchases

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I have bought many times from this company and never had an issue. Sorry I didn't leave a positive review in the past, but now after seeing what looks like a concerted effort to give negative reviews I suspect another similar up and coming company has an agenda. Most negatives seem to be from the same, or similar individual. Sad! Anyhow, thanks again for the wonderful service, the pendant will be great with my costume this Oct 31!

The products r sub par. No phone numbers to call. Automated response emails. Really. Tracking system sucks. I wanted 4 weeks for my girls items now on week 5 for my wife. Won't buy from them again. Items look nice on line. I was sucked in.

I ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas just arrived at the local post office instead of it being delivered I received a card saying can't post your parcel as I have to pay a further £11.00 for it then they will let me have the item that I've already paid the agreed price it is totally a disgusting practice on searchable side judging by the amount of complaints here they have cheated hundreds of pounds of customers and if everybody looks into getting money back should all club together disgusting

I ordered & received a coffee mug where the images on the mug show up when hot liquid is poured into it. Everything was shipped in a timely manner, and nothing was broken upon receipt of the package. I love it! And am enjoying it - no complaints at all and I would recommend this high quality coffee mug to everyone. Further, I would add that all the attacks this company is getting in so-called "bad" reviews are purely politically motivated because of the conservative/Republican content of some of the products. These complaints should be ignored. It's another example of left wing nut jobs trying to shut down a perfectly fine business.

Again, I bought into their guarantee of Mother's Day orders arriving in time. It was ordered at the end of April, the day before their advertised cutoff date. It's a week later, and I still haven't received the gift. Customer service is no help. I'll never order from GearBubble again and don't recommend that you do either.

Great quality service

Customer service was impeccable, I had a problem and they took care of it quickly. All other orders are shipped in a reasonable amount of time. They have always stood behind their products which allows me to guarantee my customers top notch quality items. The platform is easy to use and manage which is also a huge plus since I am not a seasoned pro on computers. All my orders have been made and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Whenever there is the rare instance of an issue on a customers order customer service helps right away. The product is resent without costing me, the seller. I cannot say enough good things about how this company works.

Please please please stay away from this business! I paid $300+ to join the Low Hanging System and had 2 sales. Shipping takes forever and I wrote to support asking them to cancel my account with GearBubble. They never did.
I ended all the listings I had there and for a few months even continued to receive statements showing $0 due. I communicated with them through phone call, chat and email and still the charges keep showing up -- I got one on my statement again today.
They are not an ethical business -- since I have no sales and no dropshipping fees, I don't even know how they came up with the figure of $17 to charge me every month.
Stay away from this company. I have since found much better ones that provide the same service and don't charge a fee to join.
