Having placed several orders; it is evident that the company takes pride in the quality of items offered. Packaging is awesome and protects items during shipping. Their Customer Service is "Second to None" and can only serve for others to emulate. Looking forward to conducting additional business with this company.
I've purchased several items from gear bubble and I've always been very happy with my purchases. Everything comes in a timely fashion and great quality.
I bought a "Stop Destroying the Earth... It's Where I Keep my Cats" tee some months ago and love it. Very well made, and with a great message. I had excellent service from this company. I don't understand some recent poor reviews... my experience was excellent as stated above.
I am a repeat customer of GearBubble products and that's because I have always been pleased with the quality, printing and delivery speed of their products. It looks like a lot of "people" recently left negative reviews, all suspiciously on the same day, which tells me they are fake. Ignore them. This is a REAL review from a REAL customer. I have purchased GearBubble's mugs as gifts for friends using images of their pets and every person has been thrilled. I even received a mug from someone else who used GearBubble. I can only speak about their mugs since that is all I have ordered but I would not hesitate to order again and again from them.
I have bought several different mugs from GearBubble and they always arrived quickly and in great shape. The only downside has been that after a year or so the black starts to fade but very happy overall.
I'm updating this review. Gear Bumble corrected the problem and sent 2 new mugs. My long time friend will now get her present. Thank you Nicole. You have given me faith in this company.
This company repeatedly told me it was shipped and out of their hands... and blamed the shipping company. The shipping company says to contact the original company. All said and done, I'm screwed out of $43 and they won't take responsibility! I'm beyond mad! These were presents for my friend of 45 yrs dying of congestive heart failure! Shame on these guys!
First of all I bought a necklace for my wife way before Christmas and still says being processed. I have tried to e-mail them with no reply. And tried to call the customer support line to hear not taking anymore calls. So many people are having the SAME problem. Something needs to be done. Just look at all the reviews... I rest my case.
I had purchased a mug from GearBubble and was very pleased with it and gave the purchase 5 stars. I just received my second item, supposedly a bracelet that says 'Dog Rescue Mom' - what a disappointment. The item looks cheap, and could not possibly fit an adult wrist. It only measures 2 1/2 inches across. It's not worth half the $16 I paid for it.
I placed an order in early December for a present. As of 01/09/21 it is still not delivered. I emailed for information and all they keep doing is sending me the same tracking information over and over for a package that hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Seems automated. Do not expect help if you have issues with your order.
Placed order on 6th Dec, paid with card, informed that I'd receive a confirmation email that never arrived. Today I tracked my order and was astonished to read it was 'flagged as fraudulent'. Wrote to *******@gearbubble but so far have heard nothing. So disappointing, 4 children excited about giving this customised mug to their dad for Christmas.
Come on GearBubble get your act together and let me know when, if ever, I'll take receipt of this order.
We ordered a necklace they had advertised on social media on Dec. 4th. We attempted to contacted them 4 times: three by email, with always an automated response. One phone call, only to get a voice mail stating they were not taking any messages. The emails always stated to check the tracking and if past 12 days to contact them. This makes me believe its a scam or a business that can't keep up and should just tell people their item won't get shipped until after Christmas. In further investigating the necklaces didn't have very good reviews either: poorly made. Now we have to make sure they didn't charge us for a product never delivered. More hassle than it's worth.
I purchased a very detailed double sided printed t-shirt of the original Star Trek Enterprise for a friend. He really loves it! GearBubble kept in contact thru entire process from order confirmation to delivery. Will order again.
This company is awesome. They offer unique personalized gifts, reasonably priced, excellent customer service and quick delivery. My Daughter loved her personalized mug. Thank you so much. I will order from here again!

Avoid this seller at all costs! Facebook ads drove me to their site, with the promise of delivery by Valentine's day. I have emailed them repeatedly with no answers, I still see "order is being processed." I will NEVER buy from these people again!

My customer ordered a Medium Sweatshirt with my custom design. Gearbubble sent an Extra large Hoodie with really horrible quality print. On top of that they got paid for wrong item and refuse to send me my payout after many attempts. Don't use this company. They don't care. They will rip you and/or your customers off.
