How long will it take for my item to get delivered?
Depending on the level of customization in your gear will vary the time it takes to get to you. You will get your item within 7-12 business days of ordering. Most items however will ship much faster than that

Ordered a necklace for my son. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Price was great, shipping was quick and the necklace is very good quality. Will definitely order from here next time I'm looking for something unique.

I would definitely order from them again! Customer service was 100%, and their products are very reasonable in price and quality, as far as I've experienced.

I ordered 5/12 it's now 6/13 no order sent to me no updates no communication. Generated email responses no live person or number to call. I regret trusting this company to deliver goods as their site says 7-12 business days.

I ordered 2 of these cat mugs for my daughter and son in law for Christmas and they absolutely loved them, the quality of the mugs was great, the pictures came out crystal clear and very well done, I will order more at a later date. My daughter was so happy with them that she posted the pictures on face book.

I ordered 2 personalized mugs that each had a photo of a rescue dog (the mug said "can you tell me the story about how you rescued me again?). We kept one and gave the other as a gift. Love the mug. Easy to order. Received on time. Have recommended this site and would do business with them again

I ordered the Father's Day from the cats mug for my husband. Not only did it arrive a week prior to Father's day (quite the feat in the midst of a pandemic) but it is exactly as ordered and he absolutely loves it! Throughout the process I received email updates so I didn't have to worry about when it arrived. Thanks so much!

I ordered some items for my Grandson and in the process they had moved. There was so much of an issue with their local post office getting the package delivered and your company sent out the package 2 or 3 times to make sure he would get it without any additional shipping charges! You were so helpful and he loved it when the package arrived! Thank you so much for your help!

I can say that the key chain blaster will scare any one away from trying to steel anything hanging off of a woman's arm. I gave one to my sister and she has to make night deposits and she loves it and thanks again for letting me purchase them

I ordered a cool looking necklace for my spouse. They delivered what appeared to be blurry printed image behind plastic and set in CHEAP metal. I requested a refund and claimed to provide one. They "cannot" supply transaction numbers for the refund. Still no monies returned. Complete rip off.

Excellent look, and affordable price. Creating personalized gifts and memorable things is so fun! I recommend these products for a unique gift. I have purchased 2 "On memory of" mugs for myself and family. They loved it!

Bought this mug for my daughter. It arrived in about 3 weeks, which I thought was fine considering it is made after you order it. My daughter loved it. It appears to be of good quality and the writing looks like it was applied before the final finish was applied, it isn't a stuck on stencil.

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews here! I placed an order for a mug as a gift for my husband. I did contact customer service to verify I'd correctly indicated the personalization, and the response was very quick and courteous. The mug came fast, was PERFECT, and the person I gave it to LOVES it! I will never hesitate to order from this company. Could not have been more pleased.

1/5 start. It took a month to get there, no tracking info, no good info from customer service. I finally got my "human is a viru" mask (the s isn't on because they didn't bother to crop it properly.) Would not buy again from them.

I bought a necklace for my daughter for her birthday from this sight. It perfectly described what we were feeling towards our girl on this happy occasion. It came quickly and in great condition. The product and the company are great thank you so much.

This product looks like it was put together by a 1st grader... cheap plastic medallion with a sticker... i got ripped off... should have only paid $1.00 for this crap... i asked for a refund and they never communicated with me... customer service sux... still gonna keep bugging them for a refund... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I bought a cat mug as a Christmas gift. When we put in hot water the cat was NOTHING as vivid as on the web. I sent an email to customer support 12/20/19 & have not received a response back as yet. I inquired if it was faulty or a preparation that needed to be done as no instructions. Totally disappointed & will not buy anything from them again. I'm hoping for a replacement mug based on the cost of it.
