I ordered a gladiator freestanding freezer and refrigerator. The freezer had to be re-ordered because the hole for the bolt was stripped and couldn't attach the foot petal. The whole reason I ordered this merchandise. My order was placed the middle of May the merchandise arrive in June. New freezer was ordered the day they were delivered. Here it is the middle of August. I still don't have my freezer and haven't any updates from anybody. I cannot recommend buying the Maytag gladiator freezer refrigerator from GARAGE giant anyway you can get it cheaper from Lowe's. Nobody wants to help or give me an answer. I am not happy at all. Don't seem like anybody from either company cares about their reputation.
It's been a month. I still haven't received my purchase. I haven't received any dates without asking of when it might even be shipped. I want to finish my whole garage with your product but now I am questioning my decision. Your feedback is not very good.

We purchased a package of garage cabinets and had an issue with the original shipping company. We called Kim at Garage Giant who absolutely jumped all over the issue and by the next business day contacted us to let us know our cabinets would be delivered by a different shipper and we had the cabinets a few days later. Unfortunately, one of our cabinets arrived damaged and minutes after I contacted them with pictures of the damage, Kim emailed to let us know a replacement has been ordered. It's nice to know some companies still provide great customer service. The cabinets are great quality, too. We're planning to order more.

Spoke to Mel at Garage Giant. She was super helpful. Ended up getting the NewAge Pro series which was a bit more than I wanted to spend but man it's top quality. And looks awesome in my garage. No dinks on delivery and easy enough to install.
We ordered our cabinets and they said we would have them on 7/4. Who delivers on a holiday? Not them. No emails, no explanation, nada! Finally after we reached out because we were unable to track the delivery, we were told they aren't delivered late! Ha Ha on us, we still don't have them. The new date is 7/15. It was a 14 hour trip from California to Colorado. Why is it taking this long? Apparently they are sitting in a warehouse about 10 miles away and they can't find a local carrier to drive across town. Really poor customer service.
Garagegiant claims things are in stock and states a delivery window on their website when you order. It is false advertising. What they mean is that the item is in stock somewhere but not necessarily in their warehouse. When I contacted them to find out where my items were they could never give me a definitive delivery window. I had to contact them multiple times to finally be told that there was a delay on the manufacturer's end. So much for "in stock". To-date I still have not received all of my ordered items and still cannot get a delivery date. The New Age cabinets I ordered are amazing. But next time I will order directly from New Age even if it is more expensive. There is no accountability. This business promises something but does not deliver. Very disappointed.
Aviad answered all my questions (mind you, I had many). He even took my calls on the weekend. The entire ordering process was seamless, and at a great price. The Ult-Mate line is the best. Arrived on time, well packed with no damage. They are beautiful in my renovated garage.

His order was shipped on June 19,2025, which falls well within the estimated timeframe, and was delivered on Friday, June 27,2025. At no point did the customer contact us to report any damage or issues with the delivery, nor were any damages noted at the time of delivery. Following the review he submitted, we proactively reached out via email and voicemail to offer assistance, but we have not received any response.
I did not see anything on the site about the product not being available. Was told 4,5 days later it would be about 6 weeks for the product to be available.
I will definitely talk with them before ordering to be sure of product availability.

I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I use these 3 cabinets inside as a pantry and they are perfect. I love them so much, not kidding, I'm looking for other places to put them. The only very minor glitch we had was when the pre drilled holes in the backer panels did not line up with the ones on the cabinet. It was easy to just drill new holes. Assembly wasn't difficult but it did take us a bit, maybe 4 hours total. We got really speedy on #3! Very satisfied customer and hoping to purchase again soon.

Fantastic quality. Easy to assemble, just takes a little time. Only complaint is that the cabinets need to have leveling adjustments on the legs. Most garages are built on a slight slope for water drainage and the ability to level would make these cabinets perfect.

I've order 3 seperate times from Garage Giant. Each order arrived quickly, and all items where packaged so they weren't damaged during shipping. I did call customer service because one cabinet pull wouldn't accept the screw, and was sent another immediately.
