I have had a wonderful experience buying products from this company. Charms arrived faster than stated delivery time. I would highly recommend buying from them.
They have changed a lot, but back in the day, Great Sales. Never Any Issues. I grew out of the Gap Awhile back, Not sure what they are up to today, but they still get four Stars!
Great quality, sizes are perfect, online deals great. Will shop there again. Bought online a lot since get coupons and free shipping. Returns are easy and processed quick.
This is where my daughter likes to shop. Clothes are cut for younger people so I don't find much there that will fit. The clothes are very trendy so I guess that's why my daughter likes it.
Horrible customer service.
First order: I ordered a skirt which took over 4 months to come in. After being charged for the item and advised it would arrive within 2 weeks, I received an email that the skirt was out of stock and that I would be notified when it was back in stock. 4 months later I received the skirt and of course, it did not fit. I promptly mailed it back. Due to horrendous weather and shipping delays, it took my skirt quite a while to make it first to me, then back to the warehouse. It arrived about a week outside of the 30 day time frame you have to return an item (30 days from the time it leaves the warehouse, not the time you receive it. It took 12 days to get to me from the warehouse). My item was refunded, however I received a very nasty note from pipelime regarding the time frame. Hello?!?! It took you over 4 months to get the item to me in the first place and then you send me a nasty email about the item arriving a few days late?
Decided to give them a second chance and ordered a dress which arrived defective. Mailed it back and because I purchased it on a credit card (how else do you purchase online?) - it will take up to 2 complete billing cycles to refund the purchase.
They carry all of the same brands as Macy's and Nordstrom. Save yourself the frustration and shop the department stores instead.
Gap is the perfect balance of casual wear to high street fashion week worthy items. I love the quality of the clothing. I cant say enough nice things about the company.
Cant fault this place for informal outfits, always find there website nice and fresh up to date with offers always poping up as a nice suprise. Quality of clothing is outstanding as is the low prices
Pros: nice fittings, reasonable prices, very nice designs for middle age people (30's not the 1100's :D)
Cons: in china very expensive compared to the us although made in china!
I will never order again as the quality was really bad. I am truly disappointed... The order was also delayed more than 2 weeks and then i find the pathetic quality that made it worse.
It's DELICIOUS! My denim shirtdress is exactly what i'd hoped for, with marble wash detailing. I m happy with the bargain and will definitely shop around next time!
Gap kids has the cutest selection of kids clothing. I always know that when I need something for my kids, Gap Kids is the place to go. Keep it up!
This place still has boring clothes like Olde Navy. This store will put you to sleep from being bored there, if you like coffee and mundane clothes this place may appeal to you.
Always best stuff in market comparatively to the others will be available at this site, I always prefer to purchase my all dresses from GAP and never had problem.
Picture shows (Left) Gap l and (right) normal size L Sizes are not to US standards. I have yet to buy a size that actually fits the size I'm ordering.
I was at gap today and my credit card declined and they could not help me. They were clueless. And I put in a random bday and they could not help me fix it so I left and didn't but anything
Technically I would give them 2.5 stars but whomever processed my return was courteous. I received a pair of shoes on Sept. 18th (the order was placed on Sept. 12th). I use their USPS generated label to return the shoes on Oct. 12th. For me that's 24 days - within their 30 day period because usually vendors like Amazon for example count from the day you receive your order and the day you drop off the package for returns. The package gets to them on Oct. 25th. It's out of my hands if the return service mail they commissioned takes two weeks. But for future reference, it seems like the return of 30 days is actually 30 days including possible time in transit to return and if that's two weeks for me, the return period is actually half of that - maybe 14 days. I received an email notifying me that my return was out of the period (it is if 20 days are counted for shipping) but they processed the return as a courtesy. That was kind of them but I'll be sure to either avoid ordering from them or at the least return anything the very next day.
Gap was one of my favorites in 2000s. However, it's more about being stylish than comfortable. So, I should admit that their clothes are good but not perfect :(
A week ago I went into a Gap store in Knoxville with my family to buy some things for our new Grandbaby and the store was supposed to be for all baby things. It was in the mall at Knoxville. It was 90 degrees out and all they had was winter stuff, sweaters and things. This would be fine if it were winter but it was hot out. The sales ladies were really nice and talked about the cold air coming up but we wanted something the baby could wear now. Some lady shopping in the store told us about another baby store that had what we were looking for. Thats were we went and bought what we were looking for. I assume the people ordering stuff that dont live here cause its still hot and only an idiot would sell this stuff at this time of year. The Gap company people need to talk to people here cause this is the wrong stuff. The sales ladies said they didnt order the stuff and had to sell what they got in the store. The sales ladies could probably help the corporate folks out with ordering or could send someone to the other baby store in the mall and order what they are. I wont waste my time there again. They can email me but I doubt they will.
FALSE ADVERTISING?! I live in Canada, and don't buy online often, but when I saw that Piperlime offered "free returns" I felt more comfortable. I ordered a pair of booties, which I didn't totally love when I tried them on, so I sent them back using the provided shipping label, as instructed. Later, I was told I would not be refunded the shipping costs (approx $65) because I had actually bought the booties through an affiliate -- FiftyOne -- and their returns process was different. NOWHERE in the materials I received did it say I had to follow a different returns process, or explain what that process was, or else I would have. I feel this is a little bit shady. Further, I called their US customer service to discuss this (which was not resolved. I was told to contact Revenue Canada), I used their "toll free" number for residents outside the US advertised on their website. I was later billed by my phone company because this is, in fact, not a toll free number. Not impressed. Advise against buying from Piperlime, unless you plan on keeping your purchase. The returns process is bull$#*!.
Answer: During the pandemic, it is actually impossible. They do not have customer service reps and the call just simply says they cannot help you.
