Gamivo "selling" things you didnt order - and then blame you for the mistake. I ordered one game-version but was given another version. I never actively choose the game version I ended up with. Gamivo somehow changed it without listing/showing it clearly. The possibility of this they deny, but I know what I clicked/ordered.
On top of this they secretly slip a monthly subscription of 2 euros in your order. I clearly unchecked that option initially, but they apparently slip it back in before final payment, and NOT showing it (unless you hit/clik a tiny, hidden, not intuitive small arrow - im told afterwards...)
This way of buiness tells a lot about Gamivo, so if you want to get tricked go ahead doing buisness with Gamivo.
Gamivo customer support asked me to verify identity multiple times. Which took pretty long for them to reply back to me. Then they decided to ask me if I was going to resell the product I bought from them because I bought x3 times from them prior. ( keep in mind they told me this isnt prohibited, they dont "mind" if you resell) except I dont know why in their right mind they think I would do this, im already overpaying so much for their giftcards.
I was gifting games to a friend that is currently overseas. Since, if I buy them the game directly or with a regular giftcard, it remains region locked to my country. I explained this to them yet they still decided to cancel my order and of course now I have to wait DAYS to get my refunded money back. Which is absolutely annoying. $103 USD for a $70 GPB giftcard is insane anyways ( and who would even think to resell that $#*!). Never buying from them again.
I bought 2 keys from them and the first time I got tricked into the smart sub. The 2nd key I made sure the smart sub was unticked and after checkout it was on. They took forever to answer my emails and then said they can't refund it since it has perks for the month and sounding like a bot repeating the same thing each back and forth that's took forever.
I bought a game on the same price as eneba.com had. Instead of that, i have allegedly subscribed to a subscription, and now they charged every month. The support say that it's imposible to take my money back now that i subscribed even thou, i never agreed to that
Same as other people said they activate your subscription without your notice and then they tell you no u activated even if it didnt even charge u back then / take care and dont use this site it will scam you
Be very, very careful while purchasing stuff from this website. They literrally scam you into purchasing their subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription but I can't because my subscription is "deactivated" on their website, but they keep trying to charge me. It's been almost 2 weeks since I've contacted support, with no answer.
They will do everything in their power to charge you random ammount for their subscription service, which at times can be hard to cancel. For two times they did this, even though i carefully removed the option, which they almost hide so u dont notice, to pay for their trash subscription service.
NEVER AGAIN.
They get you to sign up to their SMART subscription to save money on a purchase that isn't clear at all. I clicked cancel after I signed up so I wouldn't get charged after the trial.
I then get charged a month and they refuse to payout. Avoid these crooks and go elsewhere.
Smart subscription NOT so smart again. Watch out when buying a game. Sometimes they will add the smart subscription to your basket and if you are not carefull end up charging you money every month. I'm sure they are gonna write an elaborate explanation telling why it is the costumers job to make sure they read the fineprint. Doesn't matter we all know this is not our job. Otherwise great website.
I bought a 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial from them not realizing that (1): 14 day Xbox live gold trials are free and (2): you can't use them if you've already had a gold subscription. I tried to return it but they said they couldn't refund me unless they were able to sell it to someone else. Never heard of this type of method of return but I did not agree. I'm not going to wait for them to maybe give me my money back while they try to scam someone else. Selling free products and hoping people make the same mistake I did is less than dishonorable and less than a 1 star.

After purchasing products from Gamivo online and paying for the order via PayPal, I received an email stating I had to send a copy of my drivers license with handwritten note to verify who I was. This is amazing given I was an existing customer. While uncomfortable sending this info over the internet, I scanned the docs in PDF and was told they don't accept PDF's. At this point it was clear there is some fraud happening and i am working on having my funds refunded via PayPal.
Dear all, PLEASE ALSO CHECK other reviews here and you will notice that I am not the only one who complains about this shark behavior of Gamivo. During a game purchase this web store charged me some weird "Smart Subscription fee", which I didn't notice in the first place. When I noticed the second deduction the following month, then upon my complaint they would not refund it. So in order to prevent further charges, Gamivo staff asked me to unsubscribe on my own through my account. Typical scam company, this was my last purchase from them. Do not buy from Gamivo, or be VERY careful about the small print inside their eye-friendly, reversed color footer on the pre-checkout page. Also make sure to unselect the subscription field on every single checkout page, as Gamivo will pre-select it again on the following. This is bad business practice, nothing else.
I tried to order an MS Office key from them and after a week long process of trying to get the key to work and their support staff being woefully unhelpful I asked for a refund and after supplying them with all the information they asked for I still wasn't granted one. Literally the worst website I have ever used. Never ever ever ever buy from them.
This site has to be the worst customer support ever made get run round ignore your complain then if you put bad review on trust pilot gamivo accuses you of not contacting company which i have no support still then reports you how childish i dont recommend to anyone not as adverstised on site you dont receive the service which is bad customer support this is how i feel i cant recomen also for future promoting such as future streamer will go elsewhere for this as gamivo cant be trusted
$#*!s force you to subscribe to buy anything. So simply unsubscribe after right? Well ya... But they make sure to confuse you, when unsubscribe they say you are now unsubscribing, what they don't tell you is they send you a second unsubscribe email you don't find for a month later... So they charge you anyway... $#*! you... Never buy $#*! from you ever again.

Bought a 50 RDP CALs license on the 16th of november. When trying to activate i get the message it is already activated.
Still no working key after 9 days of mailing with support. It's a waste of money and time.
Eventhough i bought RDP cals they send me on day 2 and 5 a solution to activate windows. Noobs i didnt buy windows i bought RDP cals
My advice to everyone not to buy any license key here.
If you still want to buy keys here be sure to disable smart with each order. You will get a useless monthly subscription to nothing. Support of this company is crap.

I received a bad $25 Razer Gold Pin and immediately reported it to support, I have given all the necessary information that has been asked for, I last received a reply after following up on the 6th of October telling me the vendor needed more time, it's now the 14th and I still haven't received a resolution. When you buy a game for the first time you are automatically signing up to pay a monthly Gamivo SMART subscription fee which will automatically be taken from your payment account. The checkout process is not transparent - it is not at all obvious that you agreeing to pay a monthly subscription fee.
Selling "preorder" codes and not delivering on time of release. After you buy the code, they tell u that *preordered content might not be avaliable* like srsly? "Might"?. No reply from Customer support ether. Scam fiesta
Orderd Cyberpunk 2077, havent delivered the cdkey yet and the time is 23.10 release day. Customer service wont help and only says it can be delivered at 00.00 12/10/2020, day after release. Wont refund my money and refuse to help. Never gonna buy something from this scamsite, be aware. Never buy a pre-order from then if you want your product release day.
