I bought 4 keys form gamivo and all stopped working after some days. Their keys are timebombing.
It has been 4 years since they stole money with their gamivo SMART subscription.
I unchecked the option to get the subscription, but somehow they say I didn't. They own the website, who can prove them wrong?
I received a steam key for a game with a similar name. It was Inversion(subid *******, appid *******). It's not the game what I have purchased. I'm looking only for Inversion 2012(appid *******) and not activated the game(subid *******) because already have this. To many sites provides wrong keys for Inversion 2012. But only on Gamivo support does't understand how to check the key.
They asking for your personal data and screenshots when is key not used. They don't care about users who purchased this game after me. All they do is follow their own rules, but not trying to help with issue that is not on my side. And reseller GameSaloon is still selling Inversion on the store page of Inversion 2012.
Be careful and please don't buy anything on their website. They protect sellers and only follow their own rules. No one will help you if something goes wrong.
I am in love with this site so far, I have brought a few games and the codes work so far. It is trustworthy, reliable and so.
One of the many other reasons I like this site is that it is pretty cheap, the codes are pretty affordable in shekels.
I recommend people to buy from this site.
Sent me a key for a game, description of game in product description. Didn't work on Mac as described, and was an old documentary. No compromise, no refund... as they say they sent me a product key... which was completely useless, and not as described. Would recommend to stay away from these guys
During my sign-up and purchase, I was being cautious but, somehow, I ended up being a subscriber of their $#*!ty service.
Even unsubscribing from this service was not as straightforward as it should be.
This was my first and last time.

Their support pretend that their keys allow the user to extend their subscription. But after buying it turns out these are promotional keys that don't allow subscription extention. Then they don't want to give any refund, even though I bought their protection warranty. They try to trick you into believing they will attempt to re-sell your keys to check if you didn't use them before sending a refund. I accepted once and I never saw my money back: nothing proves they are even trying to sell them. After many exchanges of messages through their support and their incessant requests to get the same screenshots again and again I decided to submit this review.
Dodgy company. Offer you a 15% off a product voucher then sign you up
For a subscription you don't know about or want.
Won't give you your money back and keep citing terms and conditions.
I paid £4 for a Now tv code and they've taken £26 out of my account for a subscription I haven't used.
If they were a honest company they'd see it hadn't been used and give you your money back
If they email you any codes with a discount avoid and put in spam box.
Also many people are saying their codes don't work,
Won't give you their managers name or address. It says in Linkedin they are Poles but says address based in Silema.
Used the site a few times to buy steam credit and a couple of games. Without my knowledge, I was opted into and charged for Gamivo Smart. Gamivo Smart is a useless service that charges you a monthly fee to get very small discounts off games. I never used it and never signed up to it. Gamivo automatically opt you into this rubbish upon purchase and then fail to remind you that you're a signed up to it. When I realised and despite never once using it, they refused to give me a refund. Avoid this company like the plague, they don't like admitting they're wrong. CDKey is better.

I got scammed by them, they sent me a code that has Global region and it says that it works in my country. When i try to redeem it says my country is not supported, they do not want to give me a refund. Stay away! Save your money and go shop somewhere else.

Advertised a PC cd key for modern warfare and received and Xbox key. I asked for a refund and it took them a week to agree to give me one once it was sold. One week more later and I was told that it was sold and they want to give me store credit. Wtf? I said no thank you, please send me this back in the original form of payment. Guess what? No reply for a week so now I'm contacting my bank and paypal because these guys just made double the money on one game and they're a freaking scam.
BS. Don't use. They charge you for a fine print membership that you don't become aware of until you start getting random charges every month. They don't give refunds

Adds a SMART subscription to your shopping cart without telling you that its gonna charge u monthly. Then proceeds to charge you monthly. If u cancel and request a refund they tell u its your fault you signed up and they won't refund you. Extremely shady website.
So I wanted to buy Minecraft. The code didn't work and they gave me the money back. No problem.
Then they charged me a subscription I didnt want for like 4 months in a row. It was like 12 overall, so I didn't notice it (it's partially my mistake), but still. It's super shady.
I wanted a mcafee renewal at a good price. Gamivo had a good price. I took it. I was a bit confused about mcafee license number, but Gamivo support helped me in a timely manner. So, I will use them again when in need. Good job!
They will sell you a used Microsoft key (ex. Visio).
When you try to add the key to your Microsoft account, you will get an error.
When you complain using the support they will tell you to install the software from some shady servers, for sure with some kind of virus.
You refuse to install the software, they will tell you that to confirm that you did not use the key, they will have to sell it to other customer... Infinite loop...

I bought the game Minecraft legend. The system prompted me to open the code. I refused to unlock the code and forced a refund. Today the money is not in the account and nobody knows anything. So ask where the problem is! The system wrote that I will give the money within a month.

As the title says, I'm already fighting for days with the support who is either just totally dumb, or only cares about the money to support fraud or is not capable of doing it's job.
I got a 2 week Game Pass Ultimate key with the description of "not working with an ACTIVE subscription". But it also doesn't work if the account had a subscription before.
At that time the Gamivo Support tried to involve me in some shady "we can list it for resale in your name" but actually didn't offer a full refund including the payment fees. With a resale the money I'd receive would probably be much less.
I just got it confirmed from Microsoft Support that the key is a special key for new customers only.
So the Support is unable to support, customer care is non-existent, they obviously don't contact the Platform the key is meant for to easily solve the issue or at least confirm what the scammed buyer tells.
Take care when buying from them! It is their JOB to solve FRAUDS that happen on THEIR page!
They give you cold so I have already been redeemed by other people and then when you try to get your money back they don't want to give you your money back they want you to jump through a whole lot of Hoops and hopes that you will give up trying to get your money back from them because that's the type of business that they do it's really trashy did they think they can do people like this and steal your money there bunch of Thieves
The key was valid for 3 days only. I contacted support, got an answers 2 day later asking me to conctact support from the publisher. The publisher does not answers. So here i am stuck between 2 support ticket without a game to play.
I wish i just brough the game on the official web site...
They hiddenly subscribe you for their 3 EUR monthly useless subscription when you buy something. They never refund it.
Avoid them and don't even give them your credit card details if you don't want to be a victim of a fraud!
