I had purchased a TV from game on the 25th July 2022. It said last chance 2 in stock at gateway Umhlanga branch. I sent all the relevant documents. The website had shown delivery on 2 August 2022. I called themamy times to query. They kept asking me to wait or cancel the order as they are looking for stock. Today 15 August 2022, customer care calls to say that they do not have stock and will be canceling the order and doing a refund. The tv is still being advertised on the website saying 2 in stock until date. What is game online really up to? False advertising? Misleading customers. Their customer care personal also have stinking attitudes. They are rude and have now telephone etiquette. They speak as if they are from a fish market. The store in Umhlanga also have rude staff. I called in to query if stock is available and they were expremely rude. Avoid buying from game. Better service at Makro.
