The african guy who was assisting me with Rakesh told me tv is on 4 year warranty which like an insurance (those were his exact words), if anything happens to the tv they will repair it. I came home, took tv out and putting the tv legs and when I put it on, it had lines like it cracked. I went back to game on tuesday and was told there is nothing they can do, that is not covered. Now I'm sitting with not working tv after I spent so much at that store, not even courtesy to say because you were not told that the damage is not covered and you spent so much at our store, let us fix it for you. The guy just told even if I complain to head office I will not get any help I must just buy another one... WOW THE SERVICE OF GAME HAS DETERIORATED SO MUCH and regret why I bought these items there instead of buying from Hyperama. I wish to return the other items.
