Within a week's time the Sopranos dvd set was delivered in a perfect condition. Just as promised the dvds were of the highest quality, far better than the ones that I used to view earlier. To be very frank, funtvshop.com maybe new into the business, but they have all it takes to beat the big guns in this business.
They sold me DVDs that were clearly pirated and only about 50% of them worked! When I tried to get resolution, they simply offered me a credit of $30 to be applied to the total of $95 I paid for the set. When I asked for a refund, they wanted the DVDs to be send back with a tracking number, which would have cost me $36.
To date... no resolution and I am VERY upset about this. They obviously know how to work the system!
This site is a joke! I paid $14.99 for "Express" Shipping - which took over 2 weeks to get to me. (I wonder how long it would have taken otherwise). When I finally got my product, shipped( FROM CHINA!) It was a total knock-off! Someone tried to duplicate a boxed Dvd set & it was not a good imitation. Their "Customer Service" dept. is non-existent & they aren't responding to my emails. Luckily I paid thru Paypal, who got me my purchase price refunded, only after I sent the product back to China, at my expense, for $58! Still waiting for a credit that "Funtvshop" promised to send me. I feel totally taken advantage of!

I'm starting to think this is a SCAM because you promise things which you can't keep up to. We discussed regarding my issue over the phone, I'm a navy retired with disability and I can't use your website properly.
I hope this time someone hears about my complaint and will think twice before trust in a company. Buyers beware! At least the goods are in good condition, elso I would have filled a BBB complaint by now.
Today when I checked my bank account I had indeed a credit back but it is only 10% where is the rest? I don't think it's a mistake on my part, please credit back the other 5%!

DO NOT buy anything from them. I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. When they finally sent me a "tracking number" for the USPS, I plugged it in to the USPS website and hey guess, what it doesn't freakin' exist. I now have to go to my bank and try and get my $90 back. In addition I am reporting them to the BBB and Postmaster general. They suck.

Sure wish I had found these reviews before I ordered! They are absolutely correct. I ordered a DVD set from their website after noting they had a physical store in California. Have since discovered they do not have a physical location in the U.S. The DVD's took two week to arrive and were shipped directly from China. The DVD's I received will not work in a DVD player or a Bluray player, and the set was missing the special feature DVD's that were suppose to come with it. I've made numerous attempts to resolve the problem but was told my only options are to (1)return the defective set (at my cost of $39) and receive a replacement, or (2) take a partial refund (less than half the purchase price) and keep the set (which is completely useless). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
I ordered 2 boxsets of dvds. Very good service the shipping was fast and the product of good quality. Easy purchase and transaction.

They sell knock off DVDs filmed in a cinema with subtitles and very poor quality. Zero refund due to their carefully engineered returns policy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

There is no store at 163 Montgomery Drive in Santa Rosa CA, USA as they claim (there's not even a building -- verified by neighboring businesses for my Visa fraud complaint).
The DVDs they send are Asian, can't be played on American DVD players, can't be returned because the shipping label is in Chinese, they give you "illegitimate address" in English in China to return the unopened DVDs, their phone # is in Saskatchewan Canada but no one's heard of them, and they don't even send you the DVDs you order from their site.
That doesn't matter, however, since they're pirated Asian copies and can't even be played on American machines. I had Visa do a chargeback since they frauded me. This company exists under several names all operating out of Korea and shipping DVDs out of China, but admitted in an email to me that they have no stores in US, Australia, etc as websites claim.
FRAUDS who will steal your money, send you DVDs you didn't order, can't play, then force you to do a Visa chargeback to get a refund since it is literally impossible to return the DVDs for the correct ones, and to close your Visa card and get a replacement card so that FUNTVSHOP can't charge you again for the bootlegged, pirated DVDs that you can't even play on your machine.
FBI won't help even if you spend hundreds of dollars since they only deal with consumer fraud of "millions of dollars" (according to Alburquerque NM, USA, FBI field officer): report FUNTVSHOP fraud to FBI's website: www.ic3.gov.
