Great site!

I'm not sure why anyone is leaving bad reviews of this site. It's the main site for funko's. I have ordered from them over 30 times and everything comes well packaged and in mint condition! I had 1 issue once where they didn't pack one item, and customer service was fantastic and shipped it out and I got it 2 days later! Plus the only place to get their exclusive pops. Always had good service from them

This is the first time I decided to purchase a large quantity of different items from FUNKO most of which were gifts for kids, and Inwas disappointed to say the least. The two Items I reported and tried to get replaced were clearly damaged prior to packing and shipped damaged from the warehouse. This means if they rip your box and or mishandled your item there you may not be able to replace them. They do not guarantee your items will ship undamaged or get replaced and this most definitely is unacceptable
JEFF responded basically talking down to me in an email explaining they would replace the one item but may not in the future as if I was at fault.

This is how you know it was damaged prior to shipping. Physics- boxes don't get ripped inside of sturdy boxed and bubble wrapping. The hard cases like in the comic covers don't get scratches across the FACES of the items plastic case when there is nothing in the box to scratch them. This is a crap company.
Advice: Buy single items or one at a time from another company that sells funko because they will likely exchange your item. Funko makes plenty of money and should change this ridiculous policy.

Collectors items are only valuable if undamaged. Funko lost a customer here and I bought over $500 the first purchase and will never again.

First: agent didn't even read my response and sent me an automated or at least tone-deaf message. And then proceeded with something along the lines of "we can't alter your order because it's too deep in the process, but also it isn't deep enough to actually ship it to you" which makes no sense. Funko's products are great, but ordering from the website is easily a chore. I have needed cancellations on two orders minutes after ordering them and, replacements on damaged deliveries that have absolutely no protection, and address changes on different orders and Funko always happens to "not have the ability" to do any of them. They claim they can't cancel and they claim they can't change addresses, both of which I have the experience to say are standard in internet fulfillment positions. Worst part? They rarely acknowledge it if at all and continue to bide by their bad policies and horrible customer service as if they were proud of it.

First time buying from the actual Funko website and I wish I never did. I received my order and all of my pops had defects on them. I tried talking with someone to try and get a refund because I don't want them anymore and apparently my defects don't qualify for returns. I hate this company. They lack customer service. All they care about is money. Pretty pathetic. I would not buy from the actual website. Don't make the same mistake I did.

We ordered online and typed in all of our correct information, address, credit card, etc. Once we submitted the order a screen popped up and asked to used apple pay and we had no choice but to click it. The order charged the correct credit card but used the address from a defunct apple gift card so the item was being sent to the wrong address (why the order wasn't shipped to the current cc is beyond me). I tried calling immediately, only to be routed to an inefficient email system. Funko refused to change the address even though the items had not shipped. It took over 5 days for the item to ship so they had plenty of time to fix the address. We took time to contact the wrong address and had them ship it back to sender. FUNKO never refunded us the money. I had to spend 1.5 hours gathering the information to get back my refund. DO NOT ORDER from their website. If anything goes wrong you are screwed and will be out of money. This company should go down and be done with...go out of business already.

Overall, the company's website is worth checking out. Funko.com carries the pop vinyls of the same name, t-shirts and other various collectibles. Their shipping time and communication is pretty good too. Just be prepared to deal with high traffic on the site on the days exclusives are put up!

I ordered 2 Funko Pops for my children for Christmas and the order was never delivered. I reached out to their Customer Support team and they said there is nothing that they can do since it's been more than 15 days since the purchase.

I ordered a Boxed Stan Lee Tee shirt for my daughter. When I received the box, I thought it an odd size box for a teeshirt but sent it to her in Florida from CT. She received it yesterday and, instead of the t-shirt they sent a (yuck) DC Superman Funko pop. WTH?! Gotta be all ESL warehouse workers that can't tell the difference between a doll and a T-shirt.
They have not responded to me, other to say, we received your message. (don't bother us again). NO phone number to contact them at and I see I have 15 days to return it and I am almost out of time!
I will NEVER purchase anything again from these mental midgets! Picture one is the tee shirt I ordered, the other is what they sent!

They will not let you confirm an account, no international shipping for gifts. Shipping is over charged. And if you try to co tact them you will get no response.

I was shipped a defective product, a piece of hardened glue on the inside of the display case so I returned the item. I was charged $6.95 for shipping, $6.95 for a return fee and $0.54 tax for a total of $14.44. On a $25.00 product! No apology and no responsibility or accountability on FUNKO's part. I feel that they do not care about customer satisfaction

Funko do not buy
December 21, 2022

I ordered through lounge fly website that funko owns back in November, week later the order shows unfulfilled, I emailed them and they responded 4 day later with an automated message and a coupon stating it will arrive by Christmas. … Christmas is 30 days away so there is us plenty of time to receive the order by December 16. I verify the shipping label and it's still sitting in the warehouse. I emailed them again stating what is the purpose of seeing it shipped it. They emailed me four days later stating the same copy paste email about receiving it before Christmas and the same coupon they sent me last time how am I going to use a coupon on a website that takes a month to deliver items that I paid for instantly it's totally unacceptable very on personable poor customer service and I am even concerned that the items will arrive. Today is December 21 and still no order. Don't sponsor mediocre companies with poor service to us

Bad bad customer service

I am a fan of funko pops and used to buy them wherever I see them. This time I decided to buy six in one go, so I went to the company. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with them and until now nothing has been resolved. First, they sent a shipment of 5 items which I never received. I reached out to them and they said they'll send me another one. I asked them if I could add two items and will purchase them, which the answer was a dry and hard no. Then when they were sending it to me, I asked them either to add a signature upon delivery, or deliver to the leasing office, or to hold by the shipping facility to ensure that I will get it. The customer rep mentioned that I can do that with UPS when they pick up the shipment. Calling UPS, they said that the company has not uploaded a manifest or they have to choose that option. When I go back to them, they said they can't help as UPS has picked up the shipment. I had to write several emails just explaining to them what they have said, and their answers just showed not caring or considering their customers, they didn't even bother reading their notes on their system. Good luck finding a phone number or a way to get hold of someone in customer service, they just stop responding and ignore your emails. They don't care about serving the customers nor about having a professional business. They managed very well to turn a fan of funko pop against them.

Not great at all

The service at Funko Shop has gone down considerably since Covid, with no accommodation to adjust. Ordered Pops in December, which arrived in shabby shape (scuffed up, Pop boxes were shelfworn and a little warped. Contacted CS who said they'd send replacement boxes (which never came). Tried again this past month because I was interested in an exclusive, and purchased three more Pops with my order. Again, shipping box was a little ragged, and despite inner packaging the overall packing was sloppy. Pops were again shopworn (mylar windows scuffed) and two were a bit warped, including the "exclusive." So I don't get the glowing review by the buyer who doesn't understand the neg reviews. You should expect that a company that makes COLLECTIBLES would have some sensitivity to the condition of their product. Contrast to one of the online toy sellers (and retail partners) who go out of their way to guarantee the figure and its package will arrive in mint shape (they "get" why we buy). It's really making me NOT want to buy from Funko directly anymore.
