I am a fan of funko pops and used to buy them wherever I see them. This time I decided to buy six in one go, so I went to the company. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with them and until now nothing has been resolved. First, they sent a shipment of 5 items which I never received. I reached out to them and they said they'll send me another one. I asked them if I could add two items and will purchase them, which the answer was a dry and hard no. Then when they were sending it to me, I asked them either to add a signature upon delivery, or deliver to the leasing office, or to hold by the shipping facility to ensure that I will get it. The customer rep mentioned that I can do that with UPS when they pick up the shipment. Calling UPS, they said that the company has not uploaded a manifest or they have to choose that option. When I go back to them, they said they can't help as UPS has picked up the shipment. I had to write several emails just explaining to them what they have said, and their answers just showed not caring or considering their customers, they didn't even bother reading their notes on their system. Good luck finding a phone number or a way to get hold of someone in customer service, they just stop responding and ignore your emails. They don't care about serving the customers nor about having a professional business. They managed very well to turn a fan of funko pop against them.
