Please allow us to clarify that while our platform is not completely free, we do offer various payment methods to ensure that all users have access to the credits they need.

At the moment, you can make a payment using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Maestro credit or debit card, prepaid, and gift card. Please keep in mind that your card should be eligible for both international (worldwide) and online purchases.

There are some cards that we cannot accept, though:
— gift cards for specific shops (Walmart, Starbucks, Staples, etc.)
— gift cards for online stores (Apple, Google, Steam, etc.)

If it is available on the payment page, you can also use an alternative payment option: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Sofort, or iDEAL.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any other payment methods (cash or bank transfers) on our website. PayPal option is currently unavailable as well.

You can choose among various packages and try the cheapest ones in order to understand how our project really works. We do not pay the validated members for communication with other users and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the user is paid by the Partner for communication we fine the Partner and immediately delete the user's profile.

Also, please note that we can review your case individually if you provide us with the member's ID and more details. So we can double-check the verification of such a member.
