This site is horrible, the processes are not friendly and they will steal your money. Even though their partner refused to check us in after taking well over $400 from us they will not refund the money. This has caused us serious financial harm. It has been extremely challenging to deal with a company online that gives no response. We have contacted them daily with promises they would be in touch by email with 0 response. One excuse after another. They take your money immediately and refuse to refund the money we are rightfully due. Now I am forced to work with the BBB and my bank to recover the erroneous charges. This place is not legit, they speak very little English, and do not follow up as promised. Beware of this company! They will rip you off without any regard. The Maingate Lakeside Resort is responsible for this mayhem as much as Travel Up. We never used the reservation but ended up paying twice. The US Government needs to close them down permanently. CROOKS!
