Ordered for a funeral for same day service for another State and paid $57.98. I got a confirmation email and thought all was good, right? Nope, got a phone call something about couldn't deliver until Friday which wouldn't e until two days later! After the funeral and burial btw! So I call them back at the number left on my voicemail and of course told that it's their answering service and they would pass along the message. No call back, so I call again a few hours later, the same thing! I wait until the next day and I get the same thing give them all my information again, the recipient information and all and then told that they will send over the message immediately and tell them it's urgent and that I'm upset! Well now we are on Friday and I'm calling for the fifth and last time, hopefully, and told them I want a refund and they tell me they don't do that the shop does the refunds, so how does that work I said, because my bank shows you guys took my money!? No reply to that and I said someone had best call me and I mean today and give me my damn money back and do not deliver a plant to someone after the funeral has already come and gone! I'm beyond pissed and in disbelief that there is a company out there doing this to people. I'm only upset that I didn't do my research on them before ordering! I should have just sent money with my daughter when she went out if town for the funeral the I wouldn't have to depend on strangers at all! Horrible experience and just STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed order for an arrangement for my daughter's gender reveal party in advance. I specifically asked to have green flowers substituted for any blue flower available & to please deliver it by 3:30 because it was a school. I called twice the day I placed the order and spoke to a cust serv rep, who assured me my requests could be handled. She never sent me a confirmation as she stated she would. On the morning of the delivery date, I called again and spoke to another rep who said it would be escalated and she would get her manager involved. Also promised a confirmation when it was complete. 3 hours later, I still had not received any call or email, so I called back only to be told they could not find a florist who could substitute a blue flower and had not bothered to notify me. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTER. HAD I BEEN TOLD, I WOULD HAVE USED ANOTHER FLORIST TO MAKE SURE IT ARRIVED FOR THE OCCASION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! 0 STAR RATING.

Very unhappy I was given an 11 hour window and delivery between 9 AM and 8 PM for flowers that were supposed to be a surprise for my wife after speaking to one of the employees at 8:30 AM and her supposedly called the florist and the florist claiming that they will be here by 1 PM I was skeptical but willing to take their work especially after the employee claim that they guarantee it if the florist says it will be here by 1 PM it's now 230 I called them back they claimed they never guarantee anything but yet they do you record your phone calls and they do keep notes but they can't seem to pull those notes up after being on the phone with yet another representative for about 40 minutes called the florist and said they would be here by 5 PM which didn't work for me I requested a refund unless you could be here in an hour he called the florist back and said the florist will deliver within the hour let's see the funny thing is for businesses they have a four hour window or specific time frame to deliver before residential it's between 9 AM and 8 PM how can that work when you want to buy flowers for a loved ones and you have to make stuff up to make sure they stay home when we want to go out and enjoy the day? Next time FTD make sure your workers don't see deep guarantee a delivery because dad brings one star from me and I'm sure it was from anybody especially when the delivery doesn't show up when it supposed

Very dissapointed

I received the flowers today (7/5/20) I would like to tell you how very very dissapointed I was with this order.

Firstly, It was a special birthday gift for my wife's 60th on the 8th May and had so much planned as in party, presents etc but because of corona events this never happened. I thought a nice bunch of flowers to be delivered would make it a bit more special. I work for a local Funeral company and deal with florists all the time but thought it would make a nice change to have eFlowers send her some.
I was out most of Thursday 7th May (delivery date) on funerals only to get back late in the afternoon for one of the admin staff to tell me the box of flowers were just left at the main entrance to the building (staff were inside at the time) with no contact or notice to say they were delivered.

When I opened the box I was dumbfounded as to condition of these flowers. They were in such poor and weltered condition and the packing of them looked like they had been in the box for a week and were loose from the securing strap and all battered about! I was too embarrassed to present these to her on the Fri her birthday and had to buy an extra £12.99 bunch (which is all they had) from our local supermarket which was the only chance I had left till the end of the day.
I sent eFlowers a complaint in an email attaching photos too show the condition of them but to date 16/5/20 haven't even got back to me or an acknowledgement at all, so I will never use this company again and would advise anyone to consider somewhere else for there postal flowers... very disappointed...

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday today, May 31,2018 on eflowers.com It was to be delivered today. I got a confirmation email at 7:45 am. At 12:07 pm I missed a call from *******092 with a voicemail from "Patrick" stating that they're having trouble locating a florist in that part of Connecticut and to call as soon as possible *******404. I called that number at 12:16 pm where I was told it was an answering service. I had to give them all of my personal information including reference number, name, phone number, address, and the recipient's name and address (it wasn't accessible to the answering service even though I placed all of this online) and was told my call would be forwarded and I would receive a call back. At 1:13 pm, I've yet to hear back anything so I call back again. I was told all the same things and asked all the same questions. I ask the woman if there is a manager or supervisor of the flower company I could speak to and was told that they couldn't give that information out. I said I wanted to cancel my order and get my money $52.98 refunded back to me and the woman let me know that she could not do that on her end and would forward the message on to the flower company and I would have to wait for a call back. It is growing near to flower shop's closing time in my mother's area and I don't have another $53.00 to get them elsewhere, still no callback or resolution regarding my arrangement or money.

Paid $106.00 for a Waterford Crystal vase with a bouquet of flowers for my wife on valentines day. When the package arrived it was totaly diffrent from what I ordered, it was a cheap very thin vase thats not even worth $1.00 in the dollar store and the flower arrangment was yellow, white and peach and look very cheap(same arragement was $29.99 on ftd website with a big SOLD OUT on it) where I ordered them RED just like the picture... When I called, I told them that the wrong order came and that I ordered a Waterford Crystal arrangment, they apologized and asked if I want them to send the right order but it won't reach till the following Tues. I told them no it was for my wife for Valentines, they again apologized and said they understand and would refund me my money. I said yes and if you want me to send back the wrong order and they told me no, so I said no prob.

Today I looked on my cc statement and two charges of $106 and a refund of $26.00... Called ftd to find out that they refund me 30% for the vase, huh? Tried telling them thats not what I agreed on and thats not what ftd cr told me so I asked to speak to a supervisor however she was worst than the cr... anyway called cc company and told them what happened and its under investigation... Watch out for these CROOKS, never again...

No same day delivery

I ordered flowers successfully at 8 am in the morning. At 2 o'clock I was told that it wasn't possible. I had no time to recover or order somewhere else. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

I would give FTD zero stars if I could! They told me everyday that a floral arrangement I ordered online was going to be delivered the "next day". After 7 days of non-delivery I finally cancelled the order. I was lied to profusely by two separate "supervisors" who told me they would cancel the order after 5 days of non-delivery and set up delivery with another local florist. When I called support after 7 days of non-delivery, I was then told that the order was never cancelled with the original florist and that there were no other local florists to give the order to. I knew I was speaking with an out-source support team and when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor in the United States, I was told that their support team was the only team to handle my problem. I tried to remind them that it was NOT "my" problem, it was THEIR problem which they could not solve. They said they would continue to wait for a response from the local florist, who after 7 days FTD still had no response from. How long did FTD expect me to wait for delivery of sympathy flowers that were to be delivered the day of the funeral?!... I was NOT going to wait indefinitely when it was evident that there was no hope that the flowers would ever be delivered. DO NOT USE FTD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF YOU WANT YOUR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER OR AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER!

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered 7/24. He was home all day and nothing arrived and yet he received an email stating the flowers were delivered. He called immediately to inform them the flowers never arrived. Call center admitted that sometimes delivery emails are sent when flowers are out for delivery but not yet delivered. The lady at the call center took his info and said "the shop" would get back to him. He received another email stating that "unfortunately we have been unable to confirm that this order was not delivered as it was intended to be". So now it is up to us to prove we didn't receive it? Then they requested how we would like to proceed. My husband, hoping this was an honest mistake asked that they deliver the flowers, as promised, the following day 7/25. The next day he received an email stating they were unable to place the order with a florist in our area for delivery on the 25th, would he like to have them delivered on the next available delivery date 7/26. At this point my husband was Done! He replied to the email Cancelling his order. He then received an email asking him to call them regarding the order. We have called multiple times and every time the call center apologizes, kindly takes a message, marks it urgent, and states that "the shop" will call back. We have never received any phone calls or emails. Our card was charged, they have our money, and no refund has been issued. These people are thieves! DO NOT let the FTD logo fool you! I have also register a complaint about them with FTD. I am beyond livid! I am contacting my cc company and sharing our experience where I can so others won't be victims.

This happened on 11/17/16. My grandmother died and we live out of town. We ordered the flowers through our local florist and the used Designs by Gizzard which was near the Hopcroft funeral home in Hazel Park Mi. The flowers were to be there at noon the next day for arrived for when the showing started at 2p. We got there no flowers. We contacted our florist who kept calling Gizzardos. All the way up to almost before the service at 7p the 2 orders had not arrived. Finally the flowers from the grandkids come but never the flowers my mom had ordered for her mom. I communicated to our florist several times during our time there, they would be in the phone with Gizzardos who kept making all sorts of excuses. Said they brought them and that the funeral director must have them. He did not. Grandma was the only customer there so there was no mix up. All afternoon they had said yes they were on the way. Our florist told them they would have to refund the delivery. Then when the 2nd order didn't comw, our florist called them again and they they threatened to come get the ones they delivered back from us and then we could just have none. Really!?. Who does this to grieving people? Then they said they would bring them tomorrow, the funeral was one day only. Such unprofessional behavior. Our florist felt so bad. They are refunding my mom and the designs by Gizzard is being reported to the FTD!

I ordered flowers for Thanksgiving to be delivered the day before (Nov. 25. At 4:30 they sent an email saying the flowers were delivered, but they weren't. I called and spoke to someone who ASSURED me they would be delivered with a free upgrde by noon on thanksgiving. If they knew they couldn't make good on that (which they couldn't) they should have just told me so; I could have tried to get a different service. They did not arrive at noon, so I called again, and was told they would contact another florist andI would get themby 2 pm. at 2pm nothing happened. I called and insisted on talking to a supervisor who said - oh, it's Thanksgiving day, not sure you can still get them but we'll give you an upgrade for delivery tomorrow. Obviosuly that does me no good. I tried to cancel but he said to wait - they never came and I have cancelled. I hope I get my money back. They are great at apologizing and promising upgrades, but if it doesn't come in time for the holiday what good is that? They are irresponsible in promising that it will come soon - when in fact they have no way to deliver. They should say that upfront, and then I would have gotten flowers myself. Completely unprofessional! I will never use them again.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
August 23, 2018

Ordered flowers on Tuesday for same day delivery well ahead of the deadline, never arrived and never bothered to tell me there were issues with my order.

Call customer service on Wednesday they apologize that the flowers did not arrive and say they cannot deliver today but will deliver on Wednesday. After lots of fighting they graciously agree to a full refund and will deliver the flowers on Thursday.

Flash forward to Thursday at 3pm. Currently on the phone fighting with customer service because flowers once again will not be arriving today. No one bothered to contact me about this. I had to call customer service and that's when I found out.

They claim flowers will be arriving tomorrow but I'll believe it when I see it.

THIS BUSINESS SHOULD SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. All of the Google reviews are fake.

Ps customer service if you are reading this. My flowers better arrive tomorrow or you bet I will post a review like this on every site I possibly can and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I am writing to give feedback about my experience and tell you how disappointed I am. I ordered flowers through FTD's website to be delivered today. I checked in the morning since I know when I send this recipient flowers, she usually gets them around a certain time. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives via their chat that gave me the runaround and were not able to give me an accurate status. I then finally spoke to another representative that said and I quote "Your order looks great and should be delivered by 5" basically assuring me there were no issues with my order. Another hour went by, and still no delivery. I contacted customer service again only to have another rep tell me that the recipient wasn't at the location and they had called me to tell me, but were not able to reach me so there was no delivery made. This was beyond infuriating! The only reason I even knew there was an issue, was because I called. NO ONE called me to inform me, my recipient was there all day and I never got a phone call. The lack of customer service was beyond upsetting. No one was able to get a hold of anyone, and the only thing they could offer me was next day delivery! This was for someone's Birthday, and their surprise was ruined. Next day delivery would do no good, I do not feel anyone, including the supervisor I spoke to went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am disappointed, upset, and anything else you can think of. Yes, I requested a refund, but that doesn't matter because I still received poor customer service and someone's Birthday wasn't made special. I will never use their service again and I would hope no one else has to go through this ordeal. I hope they upgrade their customer service as it is lacking terribly.

I ordered some fancy flowers in a vase called, "Be My Beloved" from FTD a week prior to Valentine's Day to be delivered to my girlfriend's workplace. Their so-called "florist" shows up to her workplace TWO HOURS after close of business. I called and complained about them not making it on time and we rescheduled it for the following Monday. In addition, I received a confirmation Email stating they refunded me the service charge as an apology and changed delivery date to what I requested.

Monday came and went with no notification so I called again. Some lady on the phone who barely speaks English couldn't find my order saying I never ordered anything from them. After telling her numerous amount of times that I did, I was transferred to a different representative who spoke English and seemed to know what they're doing to find my order. I told them the situation and once again, rescheduled for delivery Tuesday. Later on that Tuesday, I had a bad feeling that they once again failed to deliver 30 minutes prior to the close of business so I called FTD. They tell me that the florist stopped by twice today but the building was closed already. I confirmed the work address, the name of the place, which you cannot miss locally in that town, and their close of business isn't for another hour and a half! They are full of $#it!

I'm waiting for my refund because this is absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT spend my money on this incompetent site ever again. There are plenty of other floral shops that deliver close by and using FTD is definitely not one of them that I will go to online to do it. Thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day surprise for my loved one. -slow clap- Bravo, FTD... bravo...

Highly disappointing

My husband placed the order online from eflowers.com. The best thing I can say about the order was that it arrived the day it was supposed to.
The flowers I received were a huge disappointment. A grocery store arrangement thrown into a vase might have looked better. Some of the flowers looked like they had been out of water for quite some time and beat up pretty badly, I assume during the delivery process. White lilies were missing petals, starting to turn brown, instead of plucking off the stamen, the entire center was cut off! The white roses were browning on the edges and cut so short they were overshadowed by the mauled lilies. The greenery was half dried out and the several stems of the purple filler flowers were bent and broken, wilted and dried out because they weren't even touching the water.
I called to report the condition of the flowers the following day and was told I would receive a call back from the local florist that arranged and delivered them. Nothing.
Again, I called the customer support number listed on the eflowers.com website and was told I was only calling a messaging service. 'Bernadette' assured me that she would send them another message to inform them again of my dissatisfaction and that I would hear back. Nothing yet.
eFlowers.com website states that they guarantee satisfaction and they will refund or replace the "arrangement" - neither of which has happened. If I knew who the local florist was, I would route my communication through them, but conveniently, their name is not on the card or envelope.
My recommendation would be to save yourself the embarrassment and trouble and order from a local, reputable florist.
