Just like majority of reviews say, they take your money and deliver nothing. I've called 3 times same requested info from the rep and then never get a call back. I'm actually reporting to the BBB and a few other places to have this place shut down! Now I have to go through the headache of having my card stop payment to this garbage eflowers site.
Ordered surprise birthday flowers for a friend. Paid for same day delivery. 4 days later, the birthday is over and the surprise is ruined (non-existent). No flowers and No refund. They basically stole my money. I have called 3 times and sent 2 email messages. No response to email at all and each phone call they take the same info and promise a call back that you never get. I've called my bank to dispute the charge. I've also made a Facebook post to warn others. This was definitely my bad - will only order directly from flower shops in the future.
Crappiest service ever! I ordered online for same-day delivery. Got a call saying they couldn't be delivered same-day. Given option of next day delivery, 5 days later delivery, or cancel. I said ok to next day delivery. Well come 5pm California time NO FLOWERS! So I called and cancelled order and want a full refund for something that didn't get promised, and was told someone will be calling me. Come Monday morning, I still hadn't gotten a call back, so I called and still nothing. Then the flowers show up and they were wilted and crappie looking, and not even what I ordered to be delivered! No I won't be recommending anyone to use your business.
I made an order for a a funeral. The service was from 7 PM to 12 Midnight. I arrived at to the Funeral Home at 7 PM, after sharing with the family, I discretely looked around looking for my basket of flowers. Mine was not there. I looked 1 by 1 and it was not there. I even looked at the wreaths just in case they had been substituted, since they said that the flowers may be substituted. However, nothing was there. I paid $144.32 so I thought, maybe they were late. But I left at 11:30 PM and nothing arrived. Unfortunately my family will never know that I sent flowers, but most of all what saddens me the most is that I was not able to show my love with the flowers I sent my cousin!
I have never regretted something as much I regret having used this "eflowers" scam, fraud, crap! I ordered same day delivery flowers for my niece and she never received. I called numerous times asking to receive confirmation once they were delivered and got the same rehearsed line " we will call you back ". Now that I'm asking for a refund I was told it would be processed today when the person said the same thing to me yesterday! It's customer service it's a joke, the whole thing is a scam, wish I had read this reviews before placing order. The last person I spoke to said, " I will take your word for it and process this refund " are you kidding me?! It wasn't delivered!

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered 7/24. He was home all day and nothing arrived and yet he received an email stating the flowers were delivered. He called immediately to inform them the flowers never arrived. Call center admitted that sometimes delivery emails are sent when flowers are out for delivery but not yet delivered. The lady at the call center took his info and said "the shop" would get back to him. He received another email stating that "unfortunately we have been unable to confirm that this order was not delivered as it was intended to be". So now it is up to us to prove we didn't receive it? Then they requested how we would like to proceed. My husband, hoping this was an honest mistake asked that they deliver the flowers, as promised, the following day 7/25. The next day he received an email stating they were unable to place the order with a florist in our area for delivery on the 25th, would he like to have them delivered on the next available delivery date 7/26. At this point my husband was Done! He replied to the email Cancelling his order. He then received an email asking him to call them regarding the order. We have called multiple times and every time the call center apologizes, kindly takes a message, marks it urgent, and states that "the shop" will call back. We have never received any phone calls or emails. Our card was charged, they have our money, and no refund has been issued. These people are thieves! DO NOT let the FTD logo fool you! I have also register a complaint about them with FTD. I am beyond livid! I am contacting my cc company and sharing our experience where I can so others won't be victims.
This business is a freaking joke. They say guaranteed delivery, yet it's been two business days and the flowers still are no where to be found. I called numerous times and their response is "someone will be in contact with you very soon". I have yet to receive one. I called and demanded a refund, so we will see if that actually happens to. I ordered flowered for a birthday gift. The order confirmed next day delivery was available in that zip code. The next day I received a call that instead of delivering on Thursday (as confirmed) they would not be able to deliver until the following Tuesday (5 days late). I called multiple times over the next days asking for a refund. They took down tons of info and never called me back. So not only did I not get flowers but they also will not refund the order with ease. Really disappointing and borderline fraudulent. I'd suggest a different company.

Order flowers online for my mom the flowers came looking nothing at all likes to what I had ordered. For Arrangements Lack of Color, no decorative vase. To make matters even worse, I receive a confirmation email stating that the flowers were delivered however an actuality they were never delivered until 2 hours after I received the confirmation. The flowers look so bad it look like they were picked from a meadow by a child.
Don't waste your money. Sorry I goggled fdt and they were the first to come up... but they are no fdt... they prices are height I paid 150.00 for roses and vase that could have been purchased at the dollar store! Very sad only offered a 17.00 refund.

If I did what I usually do when I use a new company and look at their reviews I would never have used this company. I ordered a very simple bouquet, and although it was same day and it arrived same day, it looked nothing like what it should have and it looked like they picked flowers off the side of the road and plopped them in a vase. When I called the customer line I did get through to someone, Tiffany, and she said they would deliver the correct one and remove the old one (what?) that day. That did not happen and so far its been two days. I After reading these reviews I will continue to us 1-800 flowers when ordering out of town. Or Bake me a Wish they have always been great. Should have stuck with what I know to be good. Fool me once...
I ordered flowers to be delivered in two days. I receice and email the day after said delivery date that the order was not downloaded but they could change the delivery date for some time next week. When I spoke with someone at customer service they said the order was not downloaded. So I asked why not send them tomorrow since I ordered it with two days notice ship with a two day notice they gave me some garbage excuse as to shipping and computers that made no sense, then said the flowers of choice are not actually available. I called them out for lying and simply wanted truth. They continued to back track and gave me no actual concrete reason or help. So if you order from this site. Place your order at leave one prior to the shipment date, and a select a shipment date a week prior to actual desired delivery date and maybe after all the delays it may be sent only one day late.

I have called twice now and the call center (located somewhere out of the united states, I presume) took my information and promised a return call from the "florist." No call, no flowers. I'm calling my cc company.
I am giving you a buyer's beware tale, they have no office, they have zero customer service ability (when you call, they are polite) no email confirmation, no paper trail for you to have in case of some issue. If you search their site, it makes you uneasy - Go To 1800FLOWERS - a professional company, with good business ethics.

One of dearest friend passed away last Thursday and the family located a funeral home by Saturday. I placed an order for flowers that never got there. I called the 1800 number and the did not have any idea why? And they could not reach the florist. I did not select the florist, they did. This was one time occasion and the refund would not make up for it. Never ever order from this site. I do not want to fee like this again. Save your time, money and dignity and go some where else.

I order flower on thursday for same day delivery as of saturday no flowers were delivered! Been calling every day and the answer is allways the same... "Our main office will contact you as soon as possible"... in 3 days haven't received any calls... and its funny how they already charge me for it
So many complaints. 1st order never delivered. Got on their back and 2nd "order" never delivered either. I purchased a groupon and wanted florist.com to refund the $15 I paid for groupon as well as what I paid florist.com on credit card. I shouldn't be held responsible for having to go through 2 companies because they, florist.com, are irresponsible and poorly managed. Groupon did their job of helping to advertise, florist.com lost my business by being horrible at what they do. After over 2 weeks of flowers not being delivered and over 5 phone calls to florist.com to constantly check on everything, they still won't provide me $15 I spent on Groupon. So never again will I or any of my family or friends ever be using this company.
I submitted an order for a cute all pink bouquet to be delivered to my neice for her sweet 16. She sent me a thank you for the flowers and a picture and they were absolutely nothing like what I had placed. The bouquet was not all pink it had different flowers in it and the whole reason I picked it was for the Gerber daisies and lantern vase. When I contacted the site they only gave me three options for a refund, two of which meant that they had to extract the flowers from the recipient. I wish I could upload a picture. The flowers looked like my five year old stuck a store bought bouquet in a vase and tied an awful purple ribbon on it. I was so disappointed.
