Replaced my old ecm with one from Flagship One and my van started right up and my engine light went off.
We received our ECM today, unfortunately it was the wrong unit. I'm sure with the help of the Flagship One technical team we can rectify the problem though.
After visiting with the technical team, they sent a return label for the wrong ECM. They then found me the correct ECM that was less expensive, and credited my card. That's how you do business right.
The web site says 4 to 7 day shipping Its more like 4 to 7 weeks. They do keep you updated by telling you it will soon be shipping. Ordering was easy and hassle free. The E C M fit and worked correctly, truck fired off with no apparent issues except my tuner wont connect anymore. Not sure what's up, have replaced E C M before with no issues. Other than the time being down getting the part ( Its like that everywhere else)it was a good experience.

Part took way too long to ship. Ordered and then part showed waiting for calibration. Finally shipped and part worked well but wait time was way too long. If you have time to spare this is a good option for discontinued parts. If you need it in a reasonable amount of time look ElseWare.
New PCM worked perfect. Plugged it in and fired it up.
Easy to order, the only compliant is how long it takes to get the item I have inpatient customers who can't wait.Other than that it was great!
After driving it around, I shut it off momentarily then I restarted it. It worked fine. Shut it off again for ten minutes, then no start!
They helped me out quick! I had issue reading the label. I contacted them online, and sure thing they solved it on the spot. I got my product on time and even get followups on this. This thing with followup on these kind of parts makes you feel that they care for solving my issue. Keep it up!
