It was a spontaneous gesture on my end to my fiance. I loved how I was able to easily choose the flowers I liked and have them shipped to her job within hours. Now that's what I call a spontaneous reaction. I love how I was able to make it happen as if it was planned in advance!
The website and customer service was good but the delivery of the product was originally poor because the first delivery was incomplete and incorrect. But the replacement that customer service corrected by phone was perfect. Would use them to deliver more bouquets

Really nice selection of flowers and easy to use website. The only thing I wasn't sure of was the difference between regular, deluxe or premium. I wasn't sure which of those the picture referred to, because when I clicked on the picture of the flowers, "deluxe" was automatically selected for me.

I ordered flowers for my little sister who live in Texas. Ordering flowers online can be risky in my past experiences. You never know if $**.** worth of flowers is going to look like a $**.** bouquet of flowers when it's delivered. My little sis just posted pictures of her flowers that were delivered to her, it is BEAUTIFUL! Looks just like the picture, beautiful flowers, I am very satisfied and will be ordering from this site again!
I thoght the additional price for delivery/customer service was a little pricy. I have not heard back from customer about exactly how nice order was - but I will contact you if not good. If he really like it I will order from you again in the future.

I know that the flowers were delivered as you let me know and I was very pleased with the time frame, but I had to pay a lot of money to get them delivered same day. I thought the amount we were charged to have them delivered the same day was ridiculus. What started out as $**.** for the arrangement ended up being a few pennies shy of $**.**. I will check with the florist next time previous to ordering on line. Therefore that is the reason for the ratings earned. I am sorry that you have a problem with me being honest.
The pricing was right but by the time you add on the handling charge (about half of the flower pricing) the pricing goes way up. So the dollar amount is misleading.
