Never received flowers
June 4, 2021

Sent flowers for someone's last day of work (they were retiring). Flowers never came, although they reported they were delivered. It's a scam with questionable contracted vendors. Stay away from this company. I called to have my money refunded. They offered discounted flowers to be resent but the event is passed. Not to mention a question of ethical practices saying it's delivered and it never was. It's an elementary school, no one took it from the principals office. They finally refunded my money, but I really just wanted my mother in law to have flowers on her retirement. Very unhappy. Stay away.

Embarrassing

I ordered a standing arrangement for a funeral. The only positive to the order is that it was delivered on time. It looked horrible. It was not full. It appeared to have only 1/3 of the flowers. The arrangement was not in the correct shape. There was no shape. The flowers were randomly thrown together and the card was missing. It looked horrible and it was very embarrassing. I truly hesitated to let the family know that it was sent by my family. The item was very expensive and I expected better. I'm pretty sure the florist that was chosen is 100% responsible for this issue but if the company is not going to make them responsible then it is my duty to notify other consumers.

This company puts up lots of fake reviews. In truth they are horrible. Told me they would deliver express took 140 dollars of my money and never came. Then had a bunch of excuses and no delivery. Do not order if it's important that you get it on time.

BUYER BEWARE

The delivery fees/surcharges will increase the price 20-30 dollars. Additionally, if you are paying for expedited delivery, they do not meet the time agreed to. If you attempt to cancel, they will say the florist has confirmed they already out for delivery yet they time will be extended to an hour and a half beyond the agreed time. They will also not provide the contracted florist information for potential to pick up. Included advertised bouquet pic and would have attached the actual but it is still not here... The intended recipient is gone for the day. Total disappointment!
I was purchasing the flowers for my administrative assistant for her birthday, she had not received a large bouquet since the early 90s from anyone, she deserves the largest and best service. I thought ordering on line was the fastest, easiest way. I will shop local next time.

I've ordered from fromyouflowers.com previously with great success but sadly the local florist that did the delivery this time was a complete disaster. They delivered to the wrong address at 8pm and then showed up after 10pm with a substandard arrangement. The recipient said it looked like the florist rummaged through their leftovers to put something together. She even said it looked like they put a lot of anger into it. Hmm. I called support and all they would do was negotiate a discount after I asked for a full refund. It took a lot of work but I finally got the refund. Hopefully they will fire that florist.

Hi I had the worst experience in my life with this company. I sent my daughter in law Mother's Day flowers and 8 days after the date it still wasn't delivered.? They promised to reduce the price for me after I called and they would send it that day, yet no flowers was delivered. I am very saddened because this was the first time I was sending a Mother's Day flowers to my daughter-in-law so I feel so bad about the whole situation then when I called them they kept apologizing and still no delivery I eventually had to cancel my order. I also sent my sister a Mother's Day flowers with the same company and two days later they called to say they were unable to deliver it because they couldn't find a flower shop in Canada to make the delivery. Bear in mind they told me to hold so they could verify if the delivery possible for that date. So this was a extremely bad experience I had. I have nothing good to say about this company except the costumers service rep displayed understanding and never was although I was frustrated. I'm very sad and disappointed

Very disappointing

Ive order twice from from you flowers ( I really tried to give it a 2nd chance). 1st time flowers were on time but looked nothing like the picture. Flowers arrived smaller than the picture (and yes I ordered the largest size). 2nd time I placed an order of 6 deliveries. Not one arrangement was on time. One was delivered 1 days after, 4 were delivered 4 days after the scheduled time and the last I was called after 2 weeks about no able to deliver to that location! Why would you make that location available online. Very poor site, unorganized and cant understand one person in customer service!

The first picture is what I paid 70$ for.
The second photo is what they actually delivered to me after taking my 70$. They wanted to redeliver to my mother in law on mother's day. How embarrassing to pay premium price on 7 roses with filler and get that.

Would not recommend

I ordered an arrangement from Canada to Santa Clara for my aunt who is undergoing cancer treatment. When she she sent a message thanking us the arrangement was nothing close to what I had ordered. When calling the company to complain they attempted to rectify the problem by refunding 30 percent. Substitution are expected but the entire thing was changed. I would not be able to know if the flowers were replaced with flowers of the same cost. See photos below. What I ordered vs what was received.

LATE WITH NOT ETA

Had flowers set for same delivery and three days later, the order shows as still pending. Sat on hold with customer service for 10 min before speaking to an actual person who, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend, there are several other companies out there! Flowers never showed up and I am still battling for my refund.

Never Again! False advertising!

I will never order from them again! I ordered a PREMIUM arrangement to be sent to my mom for Mother's Day. I made sure I ordered it way ahead of time for it to be delivered the Wednesday before. I paid the PREMIUM price! The flowers that were supposed to be sent was a large bouquet full of plenty of roses, daisies, carnations, and other gorgeous flowers making a luscious Spring bouquet. It looked like it would be a large vase and a huge arrangement. What arrived the first time was a small vase with about 10 roses and some small pink flowers and babies breath. I called customer service several times. They apologized for the mistake and tried to call the florist but couldn't reach them. Eventually they agreed to send a complimentary bouquet that would be the quality and size of the bouquet I ordered and give me my money back because they would not be able to deliver it before Mother's Day. I'm still waiting on the refund, but that is the only reason I'm giving one star. The second bouquet had less roses than the first and had the other flowers but it was just as small as the first one. The quality control of the florists is not good. If you can't arrange to have florists replicate what you advertise exactly as pictured, then that florist needs to be removed from your system. It was an embarrassment that the bouquet was as small as it was when the picture was as large and as luscious as it was. There is no excuse for this kind of highway robbery. If you're going to send a $30 arrangement, don't charge me $75. Ok, granted I got both for free, but it was because I complained! Where is your own quality control? Where is your effort to change the florist? The second arrangement should have come from a different florist. Unfortunately, they also refuse to give you the name of the florist so you can't contact them directly. It was an awful experience. This review is based on the principle because it is false advertising! Buyer beware. I got my money back but will everyone even know how disparate the picture is from the reality of what gets delivered? The large vase and large PREMIUM arrangement on the right in the picture is what I wanted to be delivered. The two on the left with the small vases and the small arrangements are what arrived: one initially and one after complaining to customer service and being assured I would get exactly what I ordered from the website with apologies and assurances that they would make sure. Never again! Completely false advertising!

A Total Headache

After four days my order was never delivered. Five promises were made by five different customer service reps. "I promise your order will be delivered by such o'clock today." Never happened. Not much remorse after they kindly provided my refund. Very bad and stressful experience for me. I hope you have a better experience.

This company has horrible customer service. The flowers I ordered never arrived on time and when I was asking throughout the day I got no response. The only time I got a response back from anyone was when I cancelled my order. Once I cancelled my order I immediately got a shipping notification to let me know my order had been shipped and I paid extra for the shipping at a certain time. Company just gave me the run around the whole entire time. I would NEVER AGAIN USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENT.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for a sad day. Ordered 1 wk prior and expedited. Didn't arrive. Asked to have it delivered on Mother's Day. Still didn't arrive. Shows delivery date anticipation may 7. It's 2 days later and still no flowers. Paid $125

I understand Mother's Day is a busy day for flowers but from what I ordered they looked nothing like what I order and when I went to complain they say I can only give me a 15% refund which is nothing compared to the $160 I spent in this scam of a company. I trusted this company to hopefully send something beautiful to my mom and grandmother on Mother's Day but all they got was $20 looking arrangement.

Horrible

I have used from you flowers several times and it is always a hit or a miss. My final straw came this year 2021 for Mother's Day. The previous year I had placed an order for Mother's day for my Mother in law and the flowers never arrived. I reached out to the company who apologized and gave me a 50 percent discount on a future order. This year I order Mother's Day flowers again and the flowers once again do not arrive. I am once again greeted with another "I am sorry" and this time i told them it was not acceptable. The company had an entire year to find a florist and if there were none available then they could simply state that delivery to the location was unavailable which in this case they did not do. The customer representative was short and rude and simply said all she could do was refund the money or allow the delivery to arrive at a later date with an apology from the company and a few more flowers added to the bouquet at no extra cost I decline and I told her that if I could not get a full refund and the flowers delievered for free that u wanted to close my account. I went it to inform her that I was a loyal client who had purchased three bouquets for Mother's Day as well as used the site throughout the year as well once again the agen who was online by the way was rude and never even empathize with what had happened and simply asked if I wanted a refund. I just answer that I wanted the refund and I wanted my account closed. This is a horrible customer service and way to treat their customers. From you flowers does not value their customers and they certainly do not care to obtain them. I have had issues in the past with not enough flowers to their bouquets and have gotten discounts when uve taken picture of the bouquets and shown them that they were not worth the deluxe or premium packages that I usually order. I do not recommend taking a risk to order flowers with this website and have your recipient not receive them for the special occasion that it was intended for. As I stated two years of not getting the flowers for Mother's day and a very rude and unsympathetic customer service rep who did not even care that the flowers were not delievered.
