Totally ruined my anniversary! Don't do it. Use a diff service! What they advertise and what you get, which is extremely over priced is completely different. Called to complain and they COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF! Gave them $98 for pathetic flowers. You've been warned.
My husband sent me roses on Mother's Day represented my children. They were packed in a box with a vase, but cut end of the roses were dry, without any moist protection. I have received flowers from time to time, but this was the first time that I received flowers put directly in the box. Poor roses were starting falling apart. I emailed the customer service and reported that because I thought that happed by mistake. They said I would receive a replacement as soon as they got ready. 5 and half months have passed since that conversation and I haven't received or heard from them. They wasted the chance to correct the mistake. So I decided to put my real experience in the public and not to business with the company again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Not only was the flower arrangement I chose for my family members funeral late, it wasn't what I selected and paid for! THIS WAS FOR A WOMAN THAT LOST HER CHILD and you not only substitute the order, but were late with delivery. She could've received dandelions for all I know and the sales rep was totally clueless and unmoved by this horrible situation that can't be fixed! It can't be taken back! Or can't be changed! Losing a child during a pandemic, when it's difficult to be supportive long distance; I thought sending a beautiful arrangement to show love and sympathy from Afar, but had no idea it would be this way. I have no idea what she received and I refuse to ask because that's just distasteful. Thanks for nothing! Taking this to the internet for sure. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM. What you order is not what your recipients receive. I ordered 10 Premium Christmas Spirit Bouquets in December 2020. Only one received was like the premium picture on the website and one was never received. The rest of the bouquets were much smaller than the pictured image on their website and did not look like the image either. They contained different flowers - not what I ordered. The company doesn't care about the customer. After many emails and communications, I finally received credit for the flowers not received. A minor adjustment was made for the other flowers. Out of frustration and having wasted over 10 hours fighting with this company, I decided to let it go but tell the world NOT TO ORDER FLOWERS FROM FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM. I hope to save you time and money.
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my mother's birthday with a guaranteed delivery today. No flowers, no notification, no birthday gift. I had to follow up myself only to be told they couldn't find a florist... in Dallas... really? Do not order from this company, you will be disappointed!
I was SO disappointed. The arrangement I ordered was gorgeous and I could not wait to send it to my friend, but what she got looked absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered and was MUCH smaller than advertised. It's somewhat hard to tell how bad it was from the photos since the one I ordered is a photo of my computer screen, but you can see the obvious size difference simply by looking at the number of flowers in each. Also, I ordered a bouquet listed as "pastels" but every flower received was the same... pink. If I could give this no stars, I would. Will never order from here again, they can keep my $12.00 credit I somehow earned. Buyer Beware.
Unfortunately I had the absolute WORST experience with this company. We ordered two baskets on the same day to be given to two employees. One arrived as expected, the other did not. I contacted customer service immediately and they told me it had been delivered. I asked WHERE it was delivered because it wasn't here. It turns out they were referencing the one that did get delivered. So they apologized and said they would investigate. They told me it would be delivered within 1-3 business days through a preferred floral shop and refunded part of my money. It did not arrive as I was told so I contacted them again and they said they would follow-up. Now I am 10 days past the expected day of delivery. They told me it would be redelivered on Oct. 1st, but it did not arrive as I was told. Now it is 15 days past date promised and I inquired again. Then they said they would deliver on Oct 6th, and thankfully it did finally arrive. Customer service is always polite and implies they are "on the problem" but nothing happens unless you follow-up over and over again. Unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER if it is anything important and/or time sensitive. Sorry -- it is unacceptable.
Paid to have birthday flowers delivered by noon as my daughter works until 1 pm. Didn't happen, called customer service, they said they would reroute to her home, didn't happen. Delivered at her work at 4:50 pm. Will never use again!
They literally give you the crappiest flowers, for 80 dollars I expected it at least to look like the photo. The purple flowers were switched out and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie, they refunded me $12 for the arrangement and I will never use their service again
Save yourself the headache and skip this site. They make all kinds of promises via marketing (expedited delivery is a joke) and customer service has an excuse for everything but are never willing to make things right. I preordered flowers for a surprise proposal expecting them by 12pm ET as promised on the site, and at 4pm still nothing. Reached out to customer service and they offered to refund me 4.99... slap in the face considering a spent an arm and a leg. I had to fight just to get my refund and at the end of the day was left without flowers for the proposal. ONCE AGAIN AVOIDDDDDD if its important to you.
I was charged a total of $63.31 for a flower arrangement that specifically had sunflowers. They delivered a crappy low budget arrangement with ZERO sunflowers on 9/2. The employee's birthday surprise was ruined. Then they promised to send the correct arrangement on 9/7 after the holiday and nothing was delivered, then again on 9/8 and nothing was delivered... apologies and empty promises is what they give. Then finally it arrived today... still the same crappy arrangement now with 2 sunflowers in them. What a horrible company! Bunch of scammers in this company! Stay clear of them! Order directly from your local florist that's well known! I actually ordered from this company in error because I Googled my local florist and this company came up with that local florist's name in the link. Obviously this is done on purpose since they are so shady!
My order was placed on 8-21-2021, to be delivered on 9-2 for my Granddaughter's birthday. Notified on 8-31, the order had shipped. Upon calling. I was told they could not find a florist in my area to complete the order. Was assured everything would be delivered on time. Flowers were late snd the personalized vase I ordered consisted of the pic hanging on the flowers. Chocolate strawberries and cheesecake pops never arrived! Below you will see what the arrangement was supposed to look like, what it looked like and the photo that was supposed to be on the vase. Never again!
I have ordered flowers online numerous times and although they were indeed beautiful, often times they fell short in the quantity used. I know flowers are pricey to begin with and with all the added costs of shipping, early delivery fee and taxes, you pay a pretty penny for them. This was my first time using this company and I was truly blown away by the size of the spray( for my dear uncle's funeral) as well as the beauty and quality of the flowers. I would like to find out the name of the local florist that they used so I can send them a glowing review.

I called from you flowers and was told well we don't have a florist in our network for that area. OK, Why was I not informed over the full week before the event date? Call me? They have my Number, Email Me, they have my email? POOR service! Will never order form them again.
This company is the worst! We ordered flowers for a sad friend early in the day Thursday for SAME DAY ARRIVAL! The next day Friday, the flowers had still not arrived and customer service center does not care! They say we will investigate LOL! I placed an order 3 days before the flowers were to be delivered to my daughter's jpb. It was her 40th birthday & U wanted something special... that had a meaning she & I knew. I finally found the Be Happy arrangement, which is all based on the smile happy face ceramic mug that the flowers were to go in. My daughter contacted me to thank me & she sent me a pic caused I asked if she liked the mug. Instead of the smile mug, the flowers were put in a regular vase. And the arrangement, well, I could've done just as well. I contacted the From You Flowers ppl several times. They gave excuses & each time, I received a partial refund, along with a dollar amount off of another arrangement, trying to appease me. Like I was going to put more money out to them, ha, no way! Then just 2 days later, they said they'd resend the floral arrangement in the smiley mug. Where was the mug the 3 days before the delivery the first time? I told them no cause the whole sentiment was for my daughter's once in a lifetime 40th birthday & she didn't want to have to explain to her coworkers. Then, to further try to appease me, I got a full refund & they wanted to send a complimentary Designer's Choice arrangement. I never once asked for either. You can look at the pics, see what I ordered and what was received I will NEVER AGAIN place an online order with them! I'll give 1800flowers a shot next time!
I sent a bunch of lilies to my niece in America from Australia. The picture she sent me on the day she received them left me really disappointed. There were about 5 lilies 2 of which looked droopy and half dead. They looked nothing like the picture on the website. I paid $AD77.00 I could have found a much better arrangement of flowers in the supermarket for $25.00.
I won't be using this company again.
Fraudulent to say the least. They wouldn't confirm my order unless I called (which was only mentioned after they accepted my payment) and I couldn't place international calls since I live abroad. When I tried to contact their agents they would reply with "we cancel if you don't call" and then would end the chat. They refunded 50% of my 140$ invoice after they decided they want to cancel it. Pretty sure their business model is to make profit off of cancelled orders. What a scam! This company should be shut down!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
